1972 Ford F100 Ranger automatic with 1967 front grille. It has 61,000 miles according to records and the odometer. A lot of work has been done. I have all service records from early 80s. The motor and transmission were rebuilt in the 90s. The top end of the engine was just rebuilt with new heads, valves, gaskets, etc. It has 360 V8 FE engine with rebuilt carb, power steering, power breaks, 9 inch rear end, long bed. The frame is spotless and there isnt any rot except for one small rust bubble by the tailgate. New floor pans and cab mounts welded in. New front springs, new brake lines all around, all new brakes and hardware. New radiator, new hoses, new belts, new filters etc. All Ranger trim is there and all woodgrain has been redone. There really isn't anything wrong with this truck, runs perfect with a lot of power. There is some bad body work the previous owner did inside the bed for some reason but its not that bad. Truck is ready to go. Call/text/email for more info. Happy to negotiate shoot me some offers. 203-six73-4329 I tried entering the VIN for a history report however ebay seems to have a 17 digit minimum but these old trucks have 11 digits VINs. The VIN is included just remove the last 6 numbers from the end.

This truck has been my daily driver for the last 12 years. Runs great! 4 wheel drive works great! It's a bit of a mixture of trucks..... - 1967 Cab - 1977-78 Transmission package - 73-75 era power steering There may be more in there, but that is what I have discovered in my repairs through the years. 390 FE V8 Engine - Also has "rear sump" oil pan for better off road clearance Edelbrock 4 Bbl Carb and intake manifold Headers with dual Flowmaster exhaust np235 4-speed Transmission (L-1-2-3) np405 "Mated" Transfer case DANA 44 Front End DANA 60 Rear End Dual Fuel Tanks Power Steering Power Brakes 33x12.5x15 BFG Tires on Unique rims 2 Spare tires and rims (Older Big-O Tires on Chrome rims - also 33x12.5x15) 2 Spare doors with all glass (left and right door) Custom Front Bumper In-dash Radio/CD player Trailer Hitch with 10" drop Ball hitch Includes Bed tool box filled with all the extra parts I have collected for it (Including a set of "california style" mirrors) Things that need attention: Power steering - 1 or 2 hoses and possibly the pump need to be replaced. Brakes - Will soon need new shoes Exhaust Headers - Have a slight leak where the tubes merge....gives engine a nice "Meaty" sound... Windshield - numerous cracks....I don't mind it, but you may want to replace.... Sure, Camaros and Mustangs are hot, but these are the vehicles that get snatched up within days of being posted, and this 390-powered dark green one is a lot nicer than most. If you grew up in the '70s, trucks very much like this were a common sight, but today? Not so much. Most were mere tools, used up and tossed aside, with Ford all too happy to build you a replacement. This one appears to have followed a different path, perhaps with someone who wanted a little utility on the weekends but who also appreciated a bit of muscle on the daily drive. The dark green paint looks great on the slab-sided pickup, a bit formal and a bit sporty; maybe if Frank Bullitt drove a pickup, this is what it would have looked like. Gaps are very good all around and the bed hasn't been bashed by heavy loads, and as a lifetime southern vehicle, you know that the steel is in good shape. There's plenty of bright trim on this top-of-the-line Ranger, including a stand-up hood ornament, original aluminum grille that's in remarkably good shape, and chrome bumpers that really sparkle against the dark green paint. The bed is in great shape, as I mentioned, and it's covered by a professionally applied spray-in bedliner that shows rather well. The black interior is a very upscale looking place for a '60s pickup truck, particularly with the fresh cloth and vinyl seat cover for the original bench. It's mostly original, with a factory dash full of gauges in a wide oval panel and the secondary controls underneath. This truck also offers factory A/C, which is a nice bonus that uses R134a refrigerant for modern performance and serviceability. The thick steering wheel obviously isn't original but it looks and feels right in the vintage pickup truck. Overhead you'll find a modern AM/FM/CD stereo head unit in a neat custom console, which cleans up the look of the original dashboard quite a bit. Black carpets help with noise and heat control, as does the slight tint on the windows. A strong-running 390 cubic inch V8 provides impressive performance in the relatively lightweight pickup truck. With legendary durability and a great V8 exhaust note, you'll quickly forget about hauling hay when you're behind the wheel. It's equipped with a big Holley 4-barrel carburetor, an Edelbrock intake, and a familiar MSD coil to help it run its best, while a few chrome dress-up pieces make the big engine bay look racy. An electric fan does a superior job of keeping it cool in traffic, although with that giant radiator, it's probably never been an issue. Underneath there's a C6 speed automatic transmission and a heavy-duty 9-inch rear end, so you can still use this truck as intended and the suspension is pretty much stock so no worries about bottoming-out with a load in back. Late-model Ford chrome wheels add some sparkle and still look proper and they're wrapped in fat 255/70/15 white-letter radials. So don't be surprised if you see this one move to the SOLD page pretty quickly. Hopefully you're the guy who grabbed it, because trucks this nice don't come along all that often. This is a classic 1967 Ford Ranger, F100 with a 390 ci motor. It is in good shape and runs excellent. The exterior shows a little rust which I show in the pictures. The paint otherwise is fine. Automatic transmission shifter in column runs strong. Tires in great condition, chrome wheels, and truck has 2 spares. One of the first years with factory air installed unit mounted under dash, fan blows 3 speeds, the air works when you add a couple of cans of r134 but will leak out after a month or so. I just add as needed rather than take the time to find the leak. Interior is EXCELLENT, no tears in seat, original brown carpet and upholstered (with vinyl inserts in center) bench seat, door panels perfect and original. No cracks or dings in windshield or door windows. If you are looking for a gas saver this is not it. It has dual exhaust with no catalytic converters, cruise control, and tachometer, Truck has aftermarket cd changer but no tape player. It is only driven short trips and was purchased as a novelty but it has become somewhat of a burden to work around in my garage. I have owned for a about 5 years and as far as I know there is not a thing wrong with it, other than a small oil leak which I diagnose as an oil pan gasket. This is a very nice, straight original truck and will make someone a nice classic, you don't see many around. Asking price is firm - $6,500. Feel free to call/contact me (text OK) with any questions if interested.
