I PURCHASED THIS CAR A FEW MONTHS BACK (barn find)LAST SEEN LIGHT SINCE 1982 WELL AFTER DOING RESEARCH - I FOUND THAT A 1972 CHEVELLE THAT HAS A BLACKENED OUT HEADLIGHT BEZEL A COWL INDUCTION "DOMED" STYLE HOOD, FACTORY HOOD PINS AND HOOD PIN CABLES, BLACK RUBBER FLOOR MATS, SPORT STEERING WHEEL, WOOD GRAIN INSERT DOOR PANELS ALL SHOWED REAL GOOD INDICATION THAT IT WAS A VERY RARE " HEAVY CHEVY" VERSION ONLY MADE IN 1971 AND 1972. ANYWAYS THIS PAST WEEKEND I THOUGHT JUST FOR THE HECK OF IT I WOULD REMOVE THE BACK SEAT AND TRY TO FIND A BUILD SHEET . TO MY SURPRISE I REMOVED THE SEAT AND THE FLOORS LOOKED SUPER NICE , UNDER THE SEAT WAS THE BUILD SHEET, AND AGAIN TO MY SURPRISE THE YF3 CODE WAS THERE AND INDICATED IT IS A TRUE HEAVY CHEVY 4 SPEED, POSI CAR WITH V8 TURBO FIRE ENGINE. WOW ! I ACTUALLY TOOK THE REST OF THE DAY TO GET THE CAR RUNNING, AND AFTER CLEANING THE POINTS AND ADDING"some" FRESH GAS AND PLUGS, THE 350 CUBIC INCH CAME TO LIFE AND RAN PRETTY DECENT. I ACTUALLY MOVED AND DROVE THE CAR AROUND MY YARD AND THE BRAKES WORK, AND CLUTCH SEAMS GOOD. UNREAL! NOT BEEN ON THE ROAD SINCE 1982. I PURCHASED SOME SUPER NICE MODERN 1X8 WHELS AND GREAT TREAD 235/15 RADIALS AN DROVE IT AROUND THE BLOCK, NOT BAD FOR OVER 30 YEARS IN A BARN///////// I THINK I WOULD PERSONALLY ATTEMPT REGISTERING IT AND PUTTING IT ON THE ROAD ! ANYWAYS THE SKINS OF THE CAR NEED REPLACEMENT(FENDERS, QUARTER PANELS), THE ROOF, DECKLID, AND HOOD ARE VERY SAVEABLE AND SOLID FRAME IS GOOD, AND FLOORS LOOK GOOD . TRUNK FLOOR IS PATCHABLE, BUT I WOULD PUT A TRUNK FLOOR IN IT . THIS IS A REMARKABLE FIND AND I AM SELLING IT TO SOMEONE LOOKING FOR A RARE PIECE OF GM HISTORY IN AS/IS CONDITION WITH THE NOTARIZED PA. TITLE THAT IT CAME WITH. THE INTERIOR IS CLEANABLE OUTSIE OF THE SEATS NEEDING UPHOLSTRY. WE CLEANED JUST THE DRIVERS DOOR PANEL AND IT LOOKS GREAT. THE DASH AND REMAINING INTERIOR WILL CLEAN UP AND LOOK GOOD, AND THE SEATS NEED LOWER CUSHION WORK TO BE SUPER NICE. THE HEADLINER IS GOOD. JUST A SMALL HOLE. THIS CAR UNDER THE HOOD HAS ORIGINAL EVERYTHING PRETTY MUCH LIKE IT CAME DAY 1 FROM FACTORY. I AGAIN WOULD NOT BE AFRAID TO REGISTER IT AND DRIVE IT LOCALLY AND HAVE SOME FUN WHILE I RESTORED IT. BUT IT IS A AS IS WHERE IS SALE. I CAN STORE THE CAR ON MY PROPERTY FOR UP TO 1 MONTH. GOOD LUCK, ASK ANY QUESTIONS AND I WILL ANSWER IMMEDIATELY OR LEAVE A NUMBER AND I WILL CALL. After completion, the truck spent the majority of its life in AZ up until the time it underwent a complete frame off rotisserie restoration. This was a highly optioned truck from the factory and with some new modern options thrown in the mix, it makes for a tastefully upgraded show piece.  During the restoration, the body of the truck was stripped down to bare metal and was refinished in a gleaming coat of two stage black paint. With its long panels, the truck is extremely straight and given its West Coast heritage, the body is totally rust free. Also stripped was the original chassis which is smooth and unpitted unlike many Midwest and Eastern trucks that saw a lot of salt. Prior to reassembly, the chassis received a coat of GM semi gloss black.  The motor is an LT1 that has been bored and stroked to 427 CI. It sports aluminum heads and breathes out through a set of coated headers which flow into a dual exhaust system. The engine has a mild cam and the dual exhaust system has a great rumble. Keeping things cool is a heavy duty radiator with electric fans and spinning the accessories a serpentine system. The transmission is the rebuilt Turbo Hydromatic unit that pops of nice clean shifts. All of the 4x4 equipment is working properly and truck is very nice out of the roads. Just turn the key and go - with the fuel injected motor, everyday reliability is at your beck and call.  The truck has a new interior restored with the factory correct red hounds tooth buckets. Original factory interior options included the Red Houndstooth bucket seats with the factory center console, upgraded gauge package with Amp gauge, Oil gauge, Temp gauge and Vac gauge. The K10 is also equipped with the factory Tachometer and tilt column. Keeping the cabin cool is the factory 4-season Air conditioning system and a modern digital radio sits in place of the original unit.  Factory Options: 4-Season Air cond Rear Shock Absorber 400 CID V-8 engine Power Steering AM-FM p/button radio Cheyenne Super Equip Red Houndstooth Interior Bucket Seats Seat Sep Console Rear Bumper Chrome Door Edge Guards Belt Molding Front Wheel Lock hubs Rear Axle 3.73 Turbo Hydra-Matic Ralley Wheels Amp-Oil-Temp-Vac-CA Tachometer Tilt Column Heavy-Duty Radiator Heavy-Duty Battery Speed Warning If a Cheyenne 4x4 is on your list, don%u2019t miss out on the opportunity to add this stunning K10 to your collection. 1972 Chevy K-10 4x4 Shortbed Pickup Truck – Originally from Southwest U.S. I am the 4th owner of this truck. The history of the truck as I know is as follows: Original Owner – Purchased in 1972 and sold to 2nd Owner on January 9, 1975. 2nd Owner sold it to 3rd Owner on March 10, 2015. (2nd and 3rd Owners were good friends.) As the 4th Owner I purchased the truck in June of this year and had it shipped from Phoenix to Fort Wayne, Indiana. · First Owner – 1972-1975 (3 Years) · Second Owner – 1975-2015 (40 years) · Third Owner (3 Months) · Fourth Owner (5 Months) · (Transfer title from Arizona from 2nd to 3rd Owner comes with truck showing dates above.) Odometer reads 04380 – but actual mileage is unknown. Truck Features: · Four Wheel Drive (4x4) with Front Locking Hubs · Air Conditioning · 350 V-8 (crate motor – not original) · Automatic Transmission · Power Steering · Power Brakes · Gauges – Battery, Temperature, Oil Pressure · AM Push Button Radio (works well) · Medium Olive Color · Parchment Trim (Off White) · Tinted Glass · Front and Rear Shocks · New Front and Rear Brakes · New Distributor Cap, Rotor Button, and Coil · New Glovebox · New Rubber Floor Mat · New Door Thresholds (stainless steel) · New Upholstery on Bench Seat (matches original) · New Door Panels (original panels come with truck) · Many Original Parts – Stock – Has Not Been Altered · (2) Manuals on CD (overhaul and service manuals) The truck has been in Arizona most of its life, and is in fairly good shape for its age. The truck had a truck cap on it most of its life as well, so the bed is in very good shape. The interior is new. The dash pad is original and looks good. It only has two small tears in it each about the size of a pea. All gauges work. Replaced the rubber floor mat, and replaced the thresholds with stainless steel ones. New glovebox, New radio antenna, New cardboard shield behind the seat (in front of the gas tank), New door panels, (original ones come with truck), New reupholstered seat. New front and rear brakes and bled the system. New distributor cap, rotor button, and coil. The truck starts on the first or second try and idles smoothly. The truck does have a few small drip leaks that show up after being parked. It does not smoke when started. Comes with overhaul and service manuals on CD, new door hinge pins and a new right outer tie rod end that goes with the truck. The truck does show evidence of being painted multiple times as you can see in the pictures. It looks like it was not sanded down before repainting. The truck also has body filler and a few bubbles in it in a few areas – the rocker panels, the floor pan at the forward part of the rocker panels, the driver side cab corner, at the back of the cab near the gas cap. It also looks like the front bumper hit something lightly, but it came back and cut into the front fenders a little. There are also a few dents and dings around the truck as can be seen in the pictures. Lastly, there are a few small rock chips in the windshield (all glass looks original – tinted from factory). Overall the truck is very straight and drives straight down the road. Chevrolet only made 6,069 short bed fleetside 4 wheel drive (4x4) trucks with the 6.5’ bed, so there are not too many of these still around. This one is a Custom model, and it has power steering, power brakes, and air conditioning (A/C). Air conditioning currently does not work. The system has been discharged, but all parts are intact and installed on the truck. The 4 wheel drive works well and is very strong. The truck also has duel saddle fuel tanks. $500 deposit due via PayPal. Balance due within ten (10) days of end of auction via cashier’s check, money order, or cash. Truck must be picked up within fifteen (15) days of end of auction. Shipping is buyer’s sole responsibility. Buyer must arrange own shipping, or pick up truck locally in Fort Wayne, Indiana. If you have any questions or need to see any additional pictures of the truck feel free to contact me through the link above – Ask Seller a Question.I have listed this truck two other times here on Ebay through auctions, but the buyers did not follow through with the purchase due to "family emergencies" etc. No low ball offers please. Serious offers will be considered.

1972 Blazer K/5 4x4 Custom Show Truck Restored Blue & Parchment Interior 400HP Chevy 383 Stroker EngineRancho 6" 3/4-ton SuspensionRestored Blue & White Paint New Trim & Chrome One of a Kind! Please bid only if you can afford to pay within 3 days of auction's end. This is a very special 1972 full custom build K/5 Blazer pickup... you won’t find another like it. Read below for full details, and call Tim at 360-936-9257 with any questions. I will need to speak with you prior to accepting any offer. This full custom build is the Titan Demigod offspring of the mating of a 1972 Chevrolet C/10 pickup and a K/5 Blazer. It is essentially a Heavy Duty K/5 pickup, if Chevrolet had built such an animal. Beginning with a factory 1972 Custom 10 pickup and 4x4 Blazer chassis, the bed was professionally shortened to match the Blazer 104” wheelbase. It was then assembled with some of the best available Chevrolet components, including the heavy-duty Dana 44 front- and 14-bolt Corporate rear ¾-ton axles, a full new Rancho 6" lifted performance suspension system, and an ultra-high performance 400+ horsepower 383 Stroker roller motor to round out the package. The body, paint, interior, trim, etc. were then restored close to essentially factory-new condition, and the undercarriage detailed to match. This is a very high-end body-off-frame custom build, designed to create true pickup version of the early K/5 Blazer with ¾-ton suspension, and a monster engine. It hit the mark in spades, and has to be one of the most beautiful and unique early Chevy 4x4 trucks in existence. I own a restoration shop, and this very special truck would literally have cost over $75k to build at my conservative shop rate. I built it to keep, but she’s up on the auction block now. Full details as follows: Body, Paint, and Glass -Complete and full body dis-assembly including all trim, body panels (doors, hood, fenders, tail gate), interior, electrical, glass, door mechanisms, etc. prior to work commencement. -Complete professional bodywork including stud gun and hammer-and dolly metal-finish to achieve as close to perfect fit and finish before any minimal body filler was applied. -Body panels worked individually, then fitted to the cab and flowed to one another. Panel fitment is excellent. -Raptor spray-in bed liner installed in the bed and on the cab floor prior to paint. -Beautiful high-end two-stage base/clear contemporary take on the original Medium Blue *(Hawaiian Blue) and White finish. The interior has been fully repainted along with the exterior for a new-paint look throughout. -New window channel felts, inner window felts and outer wipers, and new door weatherstrip in both doors. -Lubricated and adjusted window regulators -New tinted windshield mounted in a new gasket -New clear rear glass mounted in a new gasket -Original door side glass in nice condition -New front inner fenders and fasteners -Underside of hood painted to match body -Fenders removed and painted inside to match body -Firewall and cowl painted to match body as original Chrome, Trim, Bumpers, and Emblems -Polished and restored front grill surround installed with correct new rivets and fasteners; very nice condition -New grill and restored original Bowtie emblem -New chrome door-mounted Sport Mirrors -New chrome Rear Bumper, nice original Front Bumper -New wide lower polished and black side molding trim -New tailgate center, upper, and lower trim along with a new chrome tailgate latch bezel -New tail lamp surround trim -Restored original 350-8 and Custom/10 emblems -Restored wiper arms with new blades -New parking, brake, and side marker lamp lenses, gaskets, and bulbs -Cleaned and polished chrome outer door handles -New common-keyed door lock cylinders and ignition cylinder -New fasteners, bumper bolts, etc. where appropriate. Interior -All interior metal panels are fully body-worked and painted the same two-stage Medium Blue finish as the exterior -Beautiful virgin 1972-only doors, no cuts or speaker holes -Restored, re-foamed, and recovered original Medium Blue vinyl bench seat is just gorgeous -New fitted premium low-loop blue carpet with new chromed steel door sill plates -New transfer case shifter boot and restored trim ring -Restored undamaged original 1972-only Parchment door panels and armrests -New chrome inner door pull levers, window cranks, and lock pulls -Restored un-cut original dash including new paint-New dash pad -Restored gauge cluster including cleaned gauge faces, restored needle indicators, new black and gauge chrome bezel, new fasteners, new lens, restored controls -Additional 3-guage under dash cluster to closely monitor oil pressure, water temperature, and output voltage -Restored steering column -New optional reproduction Deluxe Chevy steering wheel -Restored pedal assembly with new rubber pads -Restored glove box including new liner, and original build sheet -Uncut original radio dash area and original radio -New dome light bezel, bulb, and lens -Restored original sun visors and catches in Parchment Undercarriage, Axles, Brakes, Steering, and Suspension -Undercarriage, frame, and underside of body tub completely cleaned and detailed -Heavy duty frame mounted trailer towing receiver hitch -Wheel wells completely detailed -Dana 44 front- and 14-bolt Corporate rear ¾ ton axle housings cleaned and restored including new bearings & seals -Big front sway bar -New front disc and rear drum brakes including fully restored components -New Power Booster and Master Cylinder -New 6" Rancho suspension lift including Pitman arm, front springs, rear blocks, and new U-bolts -Rear Leaf Springs with additional lower springs -New Rancho RS5000 shock absorbers -New Rancho RS9000 dual steering stabilizer kit -Power steering box adjusted -New tie rod ends -New U-joints and U-bolts Wheels and Tires -Super rare restored factory 16.5" x 9.75" steel wheels with exceptional and rare restored Bowtie wheel covers... these make the truck, in my opinion! -Excellent Goodyear Heavy-Duty 37” military radial tires Engine, Transmission, and Transfer Case -High Performance 383 Stroker 4-bolt mains roller engine built with a big solid roller cam, angle-plug high-flow heads, aluminum 4v performance intake, new Edelbrock 4v carb, big headers, and HEI performance ignition. Built at a local speed shop and performance tuned, in perfect running condition... very powerful and sounds like a race car; well over 400HP -New 2.5” exhaust and Flow Master series 40 mufflers -New water pump, starter, alternator, hoses, and belts -Cooling system service and fresh antifreeze -Fresh tune-up including plugs, cap, rotor, wires -Fresh fluids and filters -Turbo 400 automatic transmission serviced with new fluid and filter -Transfer case detailed and serviced -Radiator removed, rebuilt, and reinstalled As you can see, the truck is absolutely amazing. I would keep it if I could afford to. Clear title in hand, matches VIN exactly for inspection and export. While every effort has been made to describe the vehicle as accurately as possible, it is in fact a 44-year-old classic, and therefore being sold as-is, without warranty or guarantee expressed, written, or implied. The truck is gorgeous, but is not a new vehicle and can be expected to have minor flaws. Please be ready to make payment in full within 3 days of auction’s end via deposit into my Bank of America account, or bank wire transfer Shipping is the full responsibility of the buyer; I own a classic car restoration shop and can recommend a reliable and affordable broker who I have used many times... ultimately the choice must be yours alone. Feel free to call me directly at 360-936-9257 with any questions you may have.

I have for sale an original 1972 Chevy K10 1/2 ton 4x4. Truck is in really shape considering most of these have been tore up for years. The only spot I see where any repairs have been done are the rockers. They must of been replaced years ago. You can buy new rockers for $25 each. This would make this truck pretty much rust free. Truck is nice and straight. Paint is faded. Original wood bed floor needs replaced. It still has the original green rubber floor mat in it. Truck runs and drives good. These 4x4 trucks are getting very hard to find in any shape. I can help arrange shipping anywhere in us(fl $600,Tx $500, ca $750,ny $700) need zip code for correct and current quote. Clear title in hand. Any questions feel free to ask

It is what I would call a very nice driver that could also be shown. Underneath the hood is very presentable but not completely show quality. Everything on this truck works to perfection and it needs nothing to be a nice truck for someone to drive and enjoy. Please don't hesitate to call if you have questions. I prefer calls over text, but texting is ok. I will not respond to emails. 573-380-3588. My name is Hunter.

Fantastic in every way, my 1972 Chevy is sure to delights it's next owner. This truck looks fantastic, drives beautifully, and sounds incredible. It has approximately 2,000 miles on it since a complete overhaul and engine rebuild, including transmission and four wheel drive transfer case. The odometer reads 7,800 or so, but I don't know the exact original mileage. Neither does the previous owner but based on its condition, we don't feel this is a very high mileage truck. I honestly don't believe it only has 7,800 miles on it. Great looking paint (less than two years old) and tons of new chrome. Very very straight and very very solid and clean, including underneath. The truck has been lifted, and sports Goodrich 33's on chrome rims. Ceramic headers and dual Flowmasters give the truck an incredible throaty sound to the original 350 V8 that was completely rebuilt. This truck will go down the highway at 75 with ease. A real head turner and still a daily driver if you want it to be. I live five miles from work and drive it work most days during the summer. I have my eye on something else so this one must go. She is not a trailer queen, and has a few minor blemishes, but overall an excellent looking truck and a reliable vehicle. Everything looks and works true to the original chevy specs. This is one beautiful machine. Newer paintRebuilt 350, mild cam, 4 brl carb, electronic ignitionRebuilt transfer caseNewer BF Goodrich all terrain tiresRancho shocks, shimmy damperHeadersDual Flowmasters, stainless exhaust, chrome tips on both sidesNew front inner fendersRebuilt heater core, works excellentNew batteryAll gauges work accuratelyStainless rear bumper with heavy duty frame hitch2nd gas tank in wheel wellMetal bed with spray in linerNew chrome step barsAM/FM period radio with kick panel speakersAll new door and window sealsDiamond plate bed rails(4)Chrome fender archesReupholstered interior - looks newNow the cons; the horn isn't wired. It's there and works but it's not wired. There's a couple of minor paint scratches, nothing you can see from a few feet but she does have a couple of nicks. Absolutely nothing significant that can't be easily touched up. The paint around the antenna has minor cracks, and a tiny bit of overspray on the rubber in one or two spots. The steering wheel is an original reproduction. The bed has a few dings and marks, again nothing significant. I installed a set of chrome door sills that need to come off again and get shaved down a few mills. I left them on but they make the doors a little harder to close. The rims have a little glazing here and there. They still look great, but they are showing signs of wear. I've never tried anything to clean them up as I think they're fine, but there's lots of options on the market for getting these back to new condition. Overall this is a sweet machine. I've thoroughly enjoyed it and get compliments on it everywhere I take it. Show it on a Saturday night and then taker her four-wheeling on Sunday. This is an incredibly fun truck to drive, to show, and to own. As an avid antique car/truck collector, I've noticed these trucks are appreciating nicely too. $1,000 deposit via paypal at close of auction, 72 hours to complete sale after that.
