Cab was removed so the chasis could be painted and reinstalled with all new bushings. Paint color is Mercedes Benz Alpine Rain Brakes were completely repaired. Truck has a 351 with a 2 barrel carb. Runs and drives. New windshield and sliding back window installed. I do not have side windows. Inside cab was painted to match exterior. Tires thread is like new. Dual exhaust, sounds great Only thing left to do is finish the interior and some front grille work. I have the front bumper. Will make a great truck.

Up for trade is my 1973 Ford F-100 Ranger Pickup Truck with Factory A/C and Low Miles. Formerly owned by an elderly gentleman that took very good care and maintained it well. The paint shows great from 10 ft. When up close I can see minimal touch up that was not done to professional show quality. Odometer currently reads 93,000 and I believe this to be correct after driving this truck daily. This truck starts like it should, shifts like it should, drives down the road like it should with very minor play in the steering wheel and brakes like it should. In Fact the transmission looks, works, shifts and sounds like it was recently rebuilt. Look for yourself and you will understand. This truck has an aluminum intake on it's original 302C.I. V-8 with a 650 edlebrock carb. The interior shows very nice with it's original genuine leather bench seat that has no tears or cracks. It looks naturally discolored. I thought about dying it but decided to let the next owner choose. The dash has no cracks. The tires have great tread. This truck has a front disc brake conversion on it with brand new Rotors and pads. The back drums and shoes are also new. It has a tool box that works properly but I don't have the keys. It also has a visor with lights in it that I removed because I thought it took from the original look of the truck. The tool box and visor go with it. The windshield as well as all of the glass has no cracks and looks nice. I have the original Georgia Title for this truck. Will come with title as well as a bill of sale. The tailgate works. The lights all work properly and it has a CD- Bluetooth AM FM stereo Trade value must be around $5000. I can add cash to the right deal. 1973 Ford F100 390 FE Automatic 2WD 80k miles Runs great and strong without issue! Power steering, AC (blows cold), front disc brakes. Dual exhaust with headers. Doesn't take much to get the tires smoking. Lowered with DJM Dream Beams (front), Custom spring flip (rear)New windshield (not a speck of rust around windshield seal). Several other new parts throughout. Tires are in great shape with a lot of tread left. Huge back window!! Body has rust and some dents. There's some bondo hacks from previous owner's. Nothing dramatic. A sunroof was installed by previous owners. It's water tight. This is a rat rod or shop truck. It's not a good candidate for a restore. You are bidding on a very classy and cool 1973 Ford F100 Short Wide Bed Hot Rod half-ton two wheel drive pickup. While not a flawless show truck, this is a very good-looking mild custom that you could get in and drive every day. And to anyone your driving by 10' away, it does look like a show truck. Very good-looking, clean, and unique while not being over the top. Custom bodywork includes rear tail light and bumper elimination, rear roll pan with custom tail lights, and a 1979 rectangular-headlamp grille and surround. The paint is a two-stage metallic Copper; it still looks great from 10-15' away; clear coat has begun to fail in some areas on the flat surfaces, and the clear has been touched up. The pictures of the truck were taken from 10-15' away, so you can get a genuine feel for how it looks. The outer body is very straight, with only minor dings, scratches, etc. The interior features newer carpet and headliner, nicely painted dash to match the exterior, a nostalgia Hot Rod steering wheel, good contemporary stereo, and full gauges. Again, not flawless, but good-looking and clean. The truck features new wheels in a custom black metallic finish, and big BF Goodrich Radial T/A tires; 295/50-15's out back *(their largest!), and 235's up front. Good brakes, tight steering, smooth acceleration. A good sound truck. Has had pro floor pan patch panels where the original flooring was soft with pinholes. Engine has about 82,000 miles on it; transmission has been rebuilt, brake linings replaced and drums turned. Odometer reading is 81,227; it has turned but doesn't show on old style 5 digit odometer. Dash and dome liner very nice, no cracks. Has like-new Highway LT radial tires. Was painted from factory blue to current blue in late 1980s; any rusty (minor) panels were replaced. Has never been in an accident. Was a Colorado vehicle (garaged) until 2001 when it went into retirement; has been stored inside in Kansas until March of this year. We have taken it to car shows but it is not show perfect. There are three very small areas where paint bubbled and has minor scratches on passenger side from fence gate. Engine bay and box have not been detailed. It gets a lot of attention and compliments. We are not aware of any mechanical issues. Since it has been in storage and driven minimally since 2001, we suggest the buyer trailer it and not drive any significant distance until it has been fully serviced. This is a F100 I purchased from a tire shop owner , it runs and drives well. It has dual exhaust pipes and has a really nice rumble to the motor. It does not have mufflers, but some type of sound deadener before the pipe ends, so that it makes the rumbling noise. It sound very cool almost as if it had a mild cam, although frankly I dont know if it does. Truck is not perfect by any means and it is not a show car. I have driven it quite a bit, and even a distance of like 40 miles when purchased, and offered no problems. I do not know if this could be "your" daily driver. People always ask me that and that's a loaded question becasue ther e is no way to know what someones else's conditions and requirements are..it does seem to drive shift and stop with out any issues that jump out at you or that appear to be wrong other than the wear and tear from age. 4 new tiresnew batteryaftermarket detachable radio. (works perfect and has ipod aux plug, it seems a little loose on the dash if you try and move it around , maybe not secured properly in the back. also speakers are not built in they are external speakers that sit in the bank behind the bench seat. it does all work however)after market sliding glass window- (not sure how to lock it. maybe missing a small locking tab< stays perfectly closed, just not locking)all glass seems good and driver grade, no cracks that I have seen. new windshield weatherstriphood had a lot of imperfections so it was completely repaintedhas disc brakes in front, drum in rear, no power boosterwipers work, headlights workdoes not have side external rear view mirrorshas nice rims which appear to be aftermarket with center caps. they are not new but nice.new pt wood treated bed.bench seat has been repaired and dyed black. not a show seat and I would say needs reupholstering. definitely usable but lots of repairs on it mainly on the ends and driver portion of seat. front grill has been dented in in passenger side in several spots, please see pictures.tailgate gets stuck when opening sometimes, maybe its just lubrication, but it does always open with a little effort. has after market three gauge set up as dash gauges are disconnected. oil pressure and coolant pressure works perfectly, battery indicator is intermittent, maybe a ground cable, maybe gauge is bad.no air conditioner, although seems to have plate for ac compressor. has chrome air cleaner, edelbrock carb, and edelbrock manifold. lots of work has ben done to this motor, you can tellexhaust pipes are new from rear to close to frontframe is excellent, there is no rust anywhere on frame that i can see and ive looked extensivelybody has rust in the following places- small rust nothing major on inside of hood on the inner driver side lip, ,,, one dime size rust hole, on top of the corner of the passenger side above the windshield corner. it was filled in, also some minor rust on the inner top of cab frame, on passenger side, only really visible if you open door, its a series of like small little holes maybe an 1/8 in diameter, and maybe four little holes. could easily be fixed by grinding and a little filler. I left it as to not cover it, also on the same passenger inner frame of door on the bottom front corner, again visible when door opens, there is like a three inch spot that has bondo, looks like old repair.floorboards are solid, bed was solid, hinges and structures all solid, only little rust mentioned is around windshield, truck has very little rust, nothing significant, and no caked on bondo anywhere, except small spot I mentioned above in inner door. Obviously I dont know what has been repaired in 42 years that I cant see, but I've looked closely and its generally very solid truck.someone woked on undercarriage, there are many new grade 8 bolts, new brake lines in some parts, it appears it was someones driver. it doesnt have any leaks that I notice, but it is an old car, I am sure there is something leaking in tiny amounts somewhere but I can see it really. speedo workstank is on frame and not inside cab which is nice. looks like someone painted the truck white. it looks decent and presentable, not a show paint job. Also has some faux paint details in some areas were there was imperfections.has new roll pan from lmc truck which was also painted to matchjust had oil change.has lap seat belts, and passenger one is missing one side, they are also tan for some reason. (seat belt kits are inexpensive from aftermarket truck companies and will bring shoulder harness portion)has interior vinyl embedded headliner, though chrome around headliner could use a polish as it has surface rust and humidity spots. dashboard is driver grade. it was dry from sun and I treated it with silicone, and it looks presentable. an also be recovered, but its usable. windows roll up and down, but are not completely smooth due to age, prob needs lubrication but do function properly as far as opening and closingdoor weatherstrip is missing on both doors. carpet is driver gradeI have no clue how many miles are on it, its 42 yrs old, It definitely has over 100k on it, and prob twice that, but I am assuming based on gaskets motor has been worked onv8 nice running motor, im trying to figure out what displacement ishave clear title fro the truck in handinside driver side door handle has a piece broken off. it works perfect but I placed blk tape over it so it wouldnt scratch someones hand. Needs to be replaced but worksalso trunk latch has a missing tab on it under hood so I use a small pliar to grab it easier and open hood, but it works perfectly this is a great used short bed truck that has had tons of stuff done to it, it can be someones work in progress, or a cool truck to hang around in. It starts right up and could be a daily driver. It has some white smoke out of 1 side of exhaust which i believe is a sticky lifter due to the truck sitting for long periods of time. All of the lights work, stereo and speakers sound good. The dash has been covered for years and only has 1 crack in it. It has a lot of potential and it sounds like a monster truck.
