This is a 1985 G.M.C. Sierra Classic 1500 Long Wheel Base Pickup. Its as CLASSIC as any I have ever seen. I bought this truck from a friend that updated to a brand new truck to pull his other Classic truck. My friend put a GM Goodwrench Service Replacement Engine in this truck in 6/9/2000 and everything to install it. And I have all the receipts showing everything done to it also. The last time it was registered was 2015 by him. But it did duties on my friends property until he stopped using it. Fully Loaded. Power windows and door locks. I notice the window regulators are weak but that is normal for a 31 year old truck. And as far as I can figure on the mileage on the truck. The replacement engine went in at (18401). The miles on the meter reads (45,4455). So I figure its (36,054) miles on the replacement engine now. It had a original 305 engine before, I guess. Not for sure on that one. But I like a 350 better than the 305 any day. It has duel gas tanks but my friend took one off but still has it so you can put it back when you are ready to do it. I personally bought replacement frames that goes around the headlights here on EBAY from one of the sellers cause the original frames are cracked but still on the truck. The truck has been changed to the R134 set up for your A/C. So you can get what you need to service it at your local parts store. You will need a new A/C compressor but do have the old one with the lines. Buyer is responsible for shipping or pick up. $500.00 deposit 24 hours after action closes . Selling my lifted 1985 Gmc k2500 4x4.. plow truck, manual trans w/t granny low gear Runs and drives great, things a tank lol ,comes with a fisher speedcast plow, all body panels replaced and truck restored like 10 years ago,, in great shape minor rust here and there, a few bed supports rotten where the tire kicks up junk on passenger side, napa sells replacements though, bed itself is nice, clear coat on roof and hood faded and cracked , but truck still looks amazing as you can tell from the pics, truck/frame is solid , getting harder to find in this condition.. Speedometer and odometer stopped working think it might need a new cable .. or gauges idk.. mileage is around 163000 miles pretty accurate to the best of my knowledge though New parts within the last 2 years with receipts .... -stainless steel brake lines -Full exhaust ,, new headers all the way back -replaced every u-joint on the entire truck with greasable moogs -replaced clutch slave and master cylinders and ss line -new heavy duty radiator with all new hoses, thermostat and gauge -replaced water pump and added a flex fan -replaced alternator -new 20gal gas tank primed painted and undercoated and new sending unit and all new copper/zinc fuel lines and hoses and fuel pump on motor -replaced front and rear axle pinion seals -replaced starter -brand new front brake pads and rotors done last year -new warn manual locking hubs installed last year as well -Off Road Designs steering box brace kit installed Also have some new parts I never got a chance to install yet... -Brand new super lift front spring, bushings hardware with new super lift front shocks,,new oil pan, new chrome front diff cover with gasket, new tail light, new stainless step guards, new head light trim bezels, new window rain guards, new e-brake cable front portion , extra alternator, few other parts cant think of right now... comes with an extra set of used steel wheels only , no tires on them truck also has edlebrock intake, valve covers, carburetor and air filter , pioneer head unit with ipod cable , brand new factory placed speakers, sounds great, new dash pad, new vinyl seat, led reverse lights, 17in mickey Thompson wheels with dick cepek tires in great shape and a 4inch SUPERLIFT full suspension lift kit installed, im sure im forgetting some stuff thou.. Truck is not perfect, but it is in great shape for its age, never left me stranded, get in and go .... Looking to get $6,500 for the truck with the plow and all extra parts, CLEAN TITLE IN HAND .. HISTORYThe truck is located in Kingsville Maryland and runs great. I bought this truck 4 years ago from a farmer in Conowingo Maryland at the time he said he was the original owner and has had it around on the farm. There wasnt a scratch (less rust) on it, the bed looked like he didn't haul or put anything in it. The dents are from me using it like a truck. The engine is as good as the day it was sold sounds great and runs like a Diesel 89,689 original miles. I love the smell of diesel in the morning. I am not sure of the motor size other than 6.2 liter I am not a motor head. I put 3000 miles on it since I have owed it. The lights work on all bulbs are good as seen in the pictures. This truck still has a lot of life left in it. I call my truck The General Lee The truck is on my property in Kingsville MD ready to inspect and test drive. It is not tagged for the street.
