This car is in great shape. It doesn't have a single rust spot. Paint is mostly original except the hood and the roof that were re-sprayed because of sun damage (done a couple years ago by previous owner). The valence was re-paint this winter and brand new oem fogs were added. All the panels have the original VIN sticker. Clear Title. The CARFAX is available for serious buyers. It's mechanically sorted out. The S38 shows excellent compression numbers. Pulls without any hesitations. No check lights. The transmission has been rebuilt this winter and shifts butter smooth now. All the fluids are new on the car. All the cam lobes were checked and are in excellent shape. Clutch was checked and is in great shape. The car has original suspension with SLS system. One of the rear shock was replaced 2 years ago for a brand new oem one. Original wheels are straight but the paint on them will eventually need to be redone since they don't shine as they used to. Runs when it wants to, believed to be fuel pump. Fuel fuses and relays all changed. Lots of other new parts all purchased from bavarion auto sport in NH, have most receipts. New parts are as follows, Hood release cable & handle, can shoot a nickle into your neighbors yard this thing opens nice and strong. Some vacuum hoses, throttle body - used, plugs wires cap rotor valve cover gasket all new, New coolant, thermostat & housing, timing belt, water pump, power steering pump, alternator, crank position sensor. While i had it apart, i replaced the gear on the end of the cam, just for the cause, old gear is fine. Fuel pressure regulator and injector seals also brand new. This car has a new $3000 automatic transmission, was done back when i bought the car somewhere around 2003....i drove the car for about a year then parked it in my garage while i drove my truck. Started rebuilding this car little by little a few years ago. Time has come to let someone else finish and restore everything as you go, thats if you want to, you can fix the fuel issue and drive like it is, it alo has new brakes all the way around calipars included. Needed a ball joint so i ended up buying new front control arms with all ball joints already attached, you can install them. The interior needs work and could use a new top...from sitting, the stitching deteriorated and rear window un-stiched itself, re-stitch the window back in and the top is usable. If i think of anything else as far as new parts i will edit and list, i know i forgot something. The car has 184k on the odo, had engine replaced with a engine that had 80k miles, you can tell the motor has low miles by looking at the head under the valve cover in the photo listed. The tranny was rebuilt from top to bottom and i drove for about a year so i'd say the most miles on trans is approx 10k miles. The body has minimal rust, good solid car and very fun to drive. Has many new parts and everything i listed hasn't even seen the road yet, very worthy to restore the rest. Ask any questions you may have. good luck!

Alpine White 1988 BMW 325is - Texas car and completely original - one owner! Working odometer shows 155,949 miles. This car is all original and runs like a top. 5 speed manual transmission. Had been sitting in storage for years so we went completely through the car and did all the fluids (oil, transmission, differential, power steering, coolant and brake), changed spark plugs and wires, new battery, changed control arm bushings, guibo disc, transmission mounts, thermostat, replaced rotors and pads, replaced all four calipers, changed out ABS relay and converted AC to 134A and it blows cold. Has original radio that works as well as original on board computer that works. The radio LCD display has some bleed-through on the panel but still works fine. Original dash with no cracks whatsoever. Drivers side seatbelt retractor sometimes will not pull the belt all the way in. Leather on the drivers seat has some wear and cracks but no tears. Passenger seat is in good shape and the rear seats are like new. Power windows and locks, cruise control, sunroof and power mirrors all work - sometimes the passenger side window switch gets touchy. The body is in excellent shape with the exception of a dent in the front left fender near the headlight (see pictures). Tons of service records, all original manuals and paperwork, original Bentley service manual, original untouched toolkit, inspection/service light reset tool, lots of spare parts and more. Original 14" BBS wheels with Goodyear tires. This is an exceptional example and would be great for a collection or as a cool daily driver.
