Great condition 1989 Buick Reatta For Sale! It runs great and is in really good shape. It has a touch screen computer that lets you monitor your RPMs, Oil Pressure, Ect.. It is equipped with a diagnostic machine as well that points out anything in the vehicle that needs attention. It is a great buy and a collectors item as well. I also have a book that came with the purchase of the car that shows the manufacturing of the car and other interesting things about the car. I dont know too much about cars but this is a relic of the past for sure.

What you are looking at is an all original 1989 Buick Reatta. The car truly is an all original classic, this can be seen from the original Buick floor mats to the owners manual that is still in the plastic wrapping from GM. The owners manual also has a Buick Reatta Pen included, which I thought was pretty neat. I purchased this car from the original owner last summer, he owned the car since 1989, and took care of the car as someone who paid full retail to drive it off the showroom floor. The car was regularly maintained and all records were kept. (See last photo, there is a stack of the records). Clearly, this car was meticulously cared for and loved. One of the last things he had done to the car was he upgraded the entire suspension, this was a costly upgrade for him to make. With that said, it really makes the car drive and feel like your driving a brand new car. Having driven previous Reatta's, I can tell you that this makes a big difference. In my time the car has needed nothing, all I have done is changed the battery as a preventative measure. The car has the all original red paint, with no sun fading, scratches, or rust. For an all original car form 1989 the paint still looks great. All in all, the exterior I would rate a 9.5, the pictures speak for themselves. The interior is tan and is also in really good overall condition. The drivers seat has very minor fading on the left side, but that is all. The other seat is perfect and the drivers one is pretty close to it. The steering wheel has wear, but it is very minimal, it is just leather fading from being from 1989. Like I said earlier, it has the original floor mats. The head liner is slightly droopy, you can see what I am talking about in the pictures. The rest of the inside is perfect, including under the windshield and on the door frames. The computer system is fully functional and the touch screen works great. Even the cassette player is fully functional! The car has the sunroof option, although, it is not functioning at this time. Also, there is a dime sized dent on the sun roof. There are only two other minor problems with the car. First, the headlights need to be put up manually, this is really simple to do. The second is that the AC needs to be recharged. When you turn the AC on you can here the fans blowing the air and feel the air blowing at you but there is no freon, it simply needs a refill. The headlight kit's are about $50 on Ebay. Having AC hasn't bothered me as I like to save gas and cruise with the windows open, I have the AC refills for the next owner to recharge as you wish. Very good condition (with minor exceptions), strong running motor and trans. Being sold AS IS. ONE Owner vehicle. has been garage kept, and not driven for the last 5 years until I prepped it for sale. Comes wearing aftermarket rims with perelli tires with good tread. Also comes with ORIGINAL Reatta rims and tires with about 1/2 tread left on them. Pictured both. only have 3 reatta center caps. PLEASE VIEW ALL PICTURES. 26 year old cars are NOT perfect. For your consideration is my beautiful 1989 Buick Reatta. The car is in immaculate condition, especially for it's age. The only blemishes the car has are two tiny dents by the back left wheel well, a small scratch by the back right wheel well, some paint specks that are next on the front left side, and minor fading on the drivers seat. (You can see the minor problems if you watch the video that I provided) Overall, I would rate the exterior a 9 and the interior a 9.5. When I bought the car I put a brand new battery in and also bought new tires. The car is all original, this includes the miles and all of the parts. Also, the car is almost entirely functional, the only things that do not work are the automatic headlights and that the rear red light will stay on. This means that to get the lights to pop up you have to do it manually ( takes about 15 seconds), and in order to get the rear light to turn of you have to pull the fuse (takes 2 seconds). With these minor problems being said, they are very minor electrical problems, you can find the parts online for cheap and I have been told by various mechanics that both problems are simple fixes, it just hasn't bothered me enough to get them fixed. The AC blows cold, the radio is very clear, the windows and all other electrical units work as they should, and the car drives like it's new. I bought this car from the second owner last summer and have loved it ever since, I have never encountered a problem. The reason I am selling it it because I am a college student and need the money. This is an extremely rare care that has been meticulously kept, I never left it sitting outside, nor did the previous owners. There comes a time when you have to let your prized possessions go, and for me this is my time. First, my normal and LONG standing eBay account is My3Buicks, you can check it for feedback. 1990 Buick Reatta, there were 2,457 Reatta convertibles built between the 90 & 91 model year. This example has 9,910 original miles on it. It has a clean Car-fax as well. As can be seen in the pictures it does have damage to the body. Back 10 years ago the original owners had a couple foreign foster children for a brief period and the kids decided that the Reatta would make a great toy to play on. I believe the older driver also had a hand in a couple of the dents. The original top was torn by the kids and a new high quality top with glass window with defrost was installed. Trunk is spotless and show ready. It also has newer tires and a new battery. I have had multiple Reatta's and this one drives the best of them all, I had a previous convertible with 8k miles but it sat on original tires so this one drives even better than it. I have put over 400 miles on it recently and it runs and drives like a nearly new Reatta should. Plenty of smooth power, excellent ride and nimble handling. There are no excuses need made for the way this car rides and drives, just excellent describes it best. I would not hesitate to climb in this car and drive it anywhere in the country I feel that comfortable driving it. Interior is in excellent condition and would take very little to make it show ready, there was some minor mouse damage to the sun visors edges but that would be the biggest flaws of the interior. A/C light comes on intermittently, original owner said he never had it serviced so after 26 years, it's time to be charged. Door ajar light is also on, and as any Reatta owner knows, this is a common and usual issue usually treated by unplugging the sensor, but that is for the new owner to decide, didn't want to hide the fact and easily could have. Radio and CD player work, there is rattling in the speakers which is also common issue on Reatta's as the speaker cones dry out. The only other issue worth noting is it needs a new trunk lock. Power windows, all functions of the power seats, cruise control, power mirrors, remote entry(one original fob and one aftermarket fob), power trunk button, gas door button, all gauges work as they should. Interiors lights come on when door handle is lifted as they should, key hole is illuminated. Headlights work smooth and properly with no bounce once up as some Reatta's suffer from. It has it's original Guide Halogens. Engine compartment is extremely nice and clean as can be seen in pictures. Underside is clean right down to original exhaust. The car passed stringent Pennsylvania State Inspection and Emissions.  There are only a few Reatta's convertible left with this low mileage. This one could easily be brought back and be a fantastic show car, or a fantastic driver with YEARS of enjoyment and it would still be low mileage. This one is hard to part with as I am enjoying it immensely.

Up for sale is one Classic 1990 Buick Reatta 2 door coupe with a sunroof a 3.8lt v6 and a 4 speed auto trans with overdrive. It is red with a tan interior. It has the sunroof witch there were 8,515 Reatta's produced in 1990 and 2,312 were convertibles and only 10% of 6,203 had a sunroof option so about 620 cars produced that year. The Assembly at the Reatta Craft Centre was performed at a series of stations each with a specialized team of workers, rather than on a conventional assembly line. After a team had completed their portion of the assembly, the car would be moved by robots to the next station. Paintwork was performed on site under subcontract to PPG Industries. Buick Reatta was hand built in Lansing,MI in the Craft'e center and the total production for the 4 year run was only 21,751. This car was a Arizona car and has absolutely no rust. The Digital dash functions perfectly as dose the heater controls and all the lights also. All of the power buttons work as do the 16-way power leather seats.All models rode a 98.5-inch wheelbase, and shared an engine and interior design with the larger Buick Riviera. Styling cues included hidden headlamps and a bubbleback rear window. Sole powertrain was General Motors' 165-horsepower 3.8-liter V6 mated to a 4-speed OD automatic transmission. Four-wheel disc brakes with antilock control were standard. Reatta also inherited Riviera's electronic gauges and Electronic Control Center, which used a touch-sensitive display screen instead of conventional controls for climate, stereo, and other functions. Two options were available: sunroof and 16-way power driver's seat. Initially, cloth and leather interiors were offered, however only leather remained after the first season. Also added for 1989 was keyless entry. The Product Manual and order form listed the exterior/interior color choices. For example, a white car could be ordered with any of the four interior colors (tan, blue, grey or red). We have found a few “color over-ride” combinations. The best example is Bright Red 1990 cars with red (burgundy) interiors. This combination was not listed in the literature. This car has a tan and burgundy interior witch is also very rare. This car is a daily driver and i have put new tires, struts, bushings, fuses, new digital dash, new plugs, wires, vacuum lines, fuel tank, fuel pump, fuel tank straps, brakes, rotors, sensors, speakers, stereo, intake gasket, air filters, fuel filter, oil filters and oil changes every three thousand miles. At every oil change the front end is inspected and greased. The trans was flushed and filter change by AAMCO recently. The car runs and drives amazing. I put and after market steering wheel with a quick connect and i have the original wheel still. I have a new digital dash spare, a whole new dash assembly and several other extra parts. The car needs to be painted and a few dents removed as the Arizona sun cooked the paint and several interior parts. The dash in the car is cracked and so are several of the interior molding panels from the sun. The sun roof dose not work and needs to be repaired the motor works great its the drive cable that needs replacing. The 16-way power seats work great and need to be redone as the sun cracked and broke the leather. The headlights work and the taillights work and the fog lights work as do the 3rd brake light and the signal lights but the headlight control switch needs to be replaced. This car has 1 keyless entry remote and 2 sets of ignition keys and 2 door keys. I also have the shop manual for the reatta from gm but i do not have the owners manual packet it was gone when i got the car originally. This is a great daily driver or collector car or full custom one of a kind it needs some cosmetic work but the mechanic's of the car are great. I am asking $3,300 B/O and i have a clean title ready to go. I am motivated seller but i will not give the car away the car is worth 2x's what i am asking in parts alone. This is not a parts car this is a driver one of the most comfortable, sporty, and attention getting cars on the road. Please ask questions i am happy to answer them for you.
