1989 NISSAN 180SX - RB25DE Swap (R34 skyline engine) This BEAUTIFUL 180sx has been legally imported from Japan to the United States, and is available to be purchased! This particular model has had a 2.5L Inline 6 engine swapped into it from an R34 Skyline. It is the naturally aspirated version. It is in outstanding shape, and has SUPER LOW MILES. This is the Japanese version of the USDM 240SX. It Is right-hand steering. This particular car has only 5,300 KM On the odometer, which is roughly under 3,300 Miles. We can not guarantee the accuracy of this though, and it is possible that the odometer was changed when the engine was replaced. It is mechanically FLAWLESS and the interior is fairly clean as well! The Right seat does show some wear however, and the dashboard has some cracks from old age. It has a lovely BLITZ exhaust system that gives it a nice tone, and a aftermarket air intake. This is an as is sell no refunds. I am selling my baby cause i dont have the time or money to put into it anymore. I took it to the nissan dealership after rebuild of ka 24 engine it has a bad egr valve. Thats the only thing wrong with the engine. Which you can simply make a block off plate for it. But if your buying this car your prob gonna do a motor swap anyway lol. It needs rear shocks. The dash needs to be put back together the parts are in the trunk. Fixed the speedometer. Has a dent on the left rear near the bumper. I have the the bumper kit for it. Ill throw it with the car. The passenger side mirror has a crack in it.. The ac has a leak some where in the line but fixable.. Also the reverse lights do not work for some reason i bought a reverse switch for it just havent gotten around to fixing it. It has a new clutch. New timing chain. New belts all the way around. New head.I have a new seat in the driver side. I also have the seat that matches it will also throw that in with the car. The car is pretty much there. It just needs some tlc to take it to the finish. I know im not gonna get back what i got into but if your looking at this car. Let me start off saying this is not your typical 240sx. This is not a project car. This is not a car that was slapped together and needs to be tuned. This car is turn key and ready to be driven. There is over $20k in parts put into this car and at least $10k worth of labor. No ebay stuff. All name brand Japanese parts. It's been very reliable to me since the time I acquired it back in 2009. Oh yeah and it's tuned to 500hp. Some history on the car. This is an original California car from 1989-2009. This car was owned, built and tuned by Steve Shadows. This was his personal car and he only put in the best of the best into it. If you do not know who he is, he is a very well knows EMS tuner in the Nissan community and especially known for tuning SR20 and RB engines with several different EMS systems. You can do an internet search and see his business page shadowerks.com and facebook as well as zilvia. The car was transported to NJ in 2009. It's never been driven in the winter or in the snow. There is no rot on this car. Every panel is solid. I've owned several 240's and I know it's impossible to find a 240sx that is rust free on the east coast. I've also seen the carfax for this car and it's never been in a accident. Here are the details on the car. Redline mt90 in the transmission, Neo gear oil in the rear differential. Castrol synthetic10-30 in the motor. The brake pads have about 85% pad life in the front and rear as well as fresh brake fluid. New tires up front and the rears are worn but still have some life left. A very extensive list but I wanted to include as much info as possible. I have owned the car for the past 6 years and have only driven it in the summer. I drive it for maybe 1,000 +/- miles out of the year. I only use 93 octane gas and have never turned up the boost. The car is currently running 15 psi. It should be right around 400hp at that boost. That's the way it was set when I got the car and I never needed to turn it up. The car is scary fast the way it is. If the tires aren't warmed up it will break traction in all gears when boost kicks in. Running higher boost would be even less traction. I never tracked the car to see what it can do in a quarter mile but Steve stated it would run 11's and even 10's at high boost. I've only used the car for spirited driving, going to car meets and I took it to 2-3 club loose events. I obviously don't use the car enough and its time to move on. I also want to make this clear. This car can be driven on the street without a problem but it is built for a track. It's fast, light and can get loud when you get on it. It doesn't have the luxury of air conditioning, heat, radio or rear seats for passengers. I know people who will daily there cars like this but its not for everyone and definitely not everyday for me. I am asking $10,800 for the car. You will not be able to build another car like this for the price. This is an absolute bargain with the amount of time and money put in. I am in no rush to sell but I don't plan to keep it forever either.

I have a 1989 240sx s13 hatchback for sale, wasn't wanting to sell it but needing something more practical for a daily driver. Has a clean title and is registered and runs great, I use it as a daily driver. Power Windows Work!! -Dual Cam KA24DE engine swap rebuilt with all OEM internals has approx. 30,000 miles-Oil changed every 3,000 miles, engine runs great-New motor mount on passenger side to replace old one-New transmission throw out bearing-New OEM clutch-New clutch slave cylinder-New driver side rear brake caliper-BLACKWORKS RACING dual core radiator and 2 electric fans on a sensor-Short shifter-Car is sitting on adjustable coilovers, can adjust height and camber-XXR rims, have slight curb rash on a couple of the rims not too noticeable though- New tires up front just put them on October 17-Quick release steering wheel-Bride Gias reps V. 2 reclinable seats--- THEY FEEL AMAZING-Driver side has NRG 4 point harness ran on a harness bar-No rear carpet or rear seats, trim is still in place-Dash has 3 cracks, not too bad of shape-ISIS 3' Straight pipes with resonator-New ignition module-new NGK spark plugs-Motor leaks NO oil, replaced all seals-No timing rattle-Some cheap gauges mounted inside, Air/fuel ratio, Boost (not currently hooked up), and Water Temp-New BatteryABSOLUTELY NO RUST!!!!-No AC/PS -Vented Hood, needs to be sanded, blocked, and painted… the stock hood is on the car as of now, i would recommend gaining the aftermarket hood before placing back on the car to keep from cracking I use this car as a daily driver, so it is reliable as far as 240's go, and this one will run for a long time to come if it's taken care of. 2 things that may need to be addressed soon in the future would be to replace the starter and take a look at the sensors, the car drives phenomenally; however when using very light throttle just to retain speed it will either accelerate or act as if no throttle. Revs sit perfect at 900RPMS most of the time, very healthy running motor, does not have the normal horrible timing tick. Also--- the fuel gauge reads wrong, when the gauge drops slightly below half a tank the tank is actually empty, you'll learn that the tanks are not that big on these cars, good thing-- it only takes less than $30 to fill it up! Runs perfect, shifts perfect, drives perfect. Original untouched engine, 2400cc, ECCS fuel injected. Pristine interior with factory air conditioning and factory radio. Original spare, never used. Gorgeous rare plum lavender metallic all original Nissan factory paint, Code: LG1. If you love lavender purple this is the best shade we've ever seen. It is a shade of metallic lavender that says 'oooh' every time you see it. Gorgeous. We still love the car but are too old to be bothered by every 18-35 year old that sees the car and asks to buy it, or wants to race at every stop light. The car was purchased in 1990 from Beaverton Nissan. Beaverton Nissan told us only three 240's were ever painted this color. The 240 is the most reliable and trouble free car we have ever owned. In 24 years, nothing has ever gone wrong with the car and it starts every time on the first turn without touching the gas pedal. Weirdly trouble free. Mechanic has gone through the entire car top to bottom, front to rear. Absolutely no rust, no leaks, no issues. New muffler and new resonator. Couple tiny door dings and minor hood and paint dings. New Diehard battery August 2014. Also, 2 studded snow tires.

AT THIS PRICE YOU CAN AFFORD TO DO MORE***** I have for sale is a extra clean totally solid 1989 Nissan 240sx that has been Professionally converted to a RIGHT HAND DRIVE CAR, using a JDM 1998 PS13 front clip that now has 54878 Miles or 88319 Kilometers ACTUAL on it now. The conversion was performed by AUTO-PRO BODY TECH in Miami Florida. This car was one of the many cars that they had done for DISPLAY/SHOW purposes. This car is reliable enough to be a DAILY DRIVER, the power steering and AC WORK and the running gear Motor, Trans and rear Diff work excellent, it is very street worthy considering the slightly built SR20DET motor, it can spin these very wide wheels and tires with ease. It has a custom wide body kit on it, 20mm wide front fenders with 50mm rear fenders along with side skirts, rear bumper and Front bumper.The FRONT part of the car has a S14 KOUKI Custom conversion and the rest of the car is S13 COUPE. The Hood is CARBON FIBER with Turbo vents and the TRUNK LID is also CARBON FIBER. The Hood has a reverse opening feature. The WHEELS are REAL 2 PIECE VOLK RAYS that are staggered and in excellent condition with the FRONT TIRES being NEW Nexxen N3000 235/35/ZR 19 inch and the REAR TIRES being almost New Hankook Ventus Sport K 104s, 265/30 ZR 19 inch. Both tires and wheels are spectacular looking. The MOTOR is the stock SR20DET Manual Boost Control that came with the front clip along with the ORIGINAL ODOMETER that now reads 88319 Kilometers that equal 54878 Miles. It is SLIGHTLY BUILT with a High Performance Stainless Steel Header, HP Chromed Intake Manifold, Very Large GREDDY Front Mount INTERCOOLER, Stainless Steel 3 inch TURBO BACK Exhaust with a CARBON FIBER Muffler that has that Titanium Blue tip. I just put a SPEC STAGE 2 Clutch in it about 500 miles ago and a new rear main seal. It has a ALUMINUM RADIATOR with Dual Fans and this car has zero overheating problems. I swear that this drive train runs solid tight and reliable. I am anal about my toys and would not have it any other way. The SUSPENSION has just been upgraded to adjustable NEW ISIS HR PRO COILOVERS with NEW GODSPEED FRONT TENSION RODS & NEW adjustable GS RUCA, Rear LOWER CONTROL ARMS and New TOE ARMS, Just had an ALIGNMENT DONE after the suspension upgrades, all this about 500 Miles ago. A new VLSD just installed a Month ago. BRAKES are Front 300ZX Z32 Calipers with Drilled and Slotted Rotors and the rears are Stock Calipers with Drilled and Slotted Rotors all with fresh pads and working excellently. INTERIOR is extra clean with CUSTOM CARPET, Suede door and dash accents, Dash has just been recovered with Black vinyl, The Front Bucket Seats have also just been redone. The car has S14 SEATBELT Conversion, SONY XPLOD Radio with CD/Bluetooth/Sattelite abilities. New Pioneer Speakers. I was just upgrading this car because like I said I am anal about my toys. I also have a 1989 REAL JDM SILVIA COUPE with the CA18DET motor, so I have two RHD cars and I finally decided that one of them has to go (Im tired of paying Insurance on 4 cars), So I chose to keep the Stock Real JDM SILVIA because I realized that I didnt really need all that power and flash of the custom car. I guess Im growing up LOL. *****I have the correct CONSOLE & EBRAKE , TURBO TIMER & UNDER BODY LIGHT CONTROLS TO GO WITH THE NEW BUYER, forgot to mention that the car has the under body lights already mounted I just didnt want to use them and never go around to removing them.**** All I can say is that this is a trouble free car and will make somebody very happy.
