Up for sale is my 1st generation DSM Plymouth Laser. Most of you looking at this know it's identical to the Mitsubishi Eclipse and Eagle Talon. This vehicle had only two-owners...my father in law bought it new and sold it to me a few years ago. Since I've had it, I have done a lot of work to keep it in great mechanical condition and have included pictures of a lot of things. But if you have any questions, ask me. I have receipts for everything since the car was new...even gas! The vehicle is front-wheel drive and automatic transmission. It has power door locks, windows, and even keyless remote entry with a remote start that I had installed. The engine runs great, good power and great compression. The transmission shifts smoothly through all gears and overdrive works too. The paint is dull in a lot of places from the clear peeling off which is common for these years. And there is a little surface rust in some areas that you can see in the pictures. Car has brand new tires with less than 500 miles on them. I had the wheels sand-blasted and powder coated black for a factory finish. Then I searched the whole country for original hubcaps and installed those. The front and rear brake pads and rotors have all been recently replaced as well (within 2K miles). Under the hood I replaced the battery with a Bocsh, replaced the fuel and air filters, and replaced all the belts. I also removed the valve covers and replaced the gaskets because they started to leak. I replaced the spark plugs at the same time. Two of the motor mounts were replaced due to age (drying/cracking). The front suspension had an overhaul too. I replaced the front control arms, and all new bushings, ball joints, and sway-bar links were installed. Inside the car I reupholstered the headliner and rear shelf with factory material because they started to fade with the sun. I also replaced the radiator and flushed the coolant system. Pretty much the whole car is new. The only thing I didn't do is fix the A/C. I have the parts purchased already to fix it, but they are not installed. yet. I am an ASE Certified Technician for over 8 years and have been a Master Certified technician for Mercedes-Benz my entire career, so you know all the work is done right. Please ask any questions.
