1991 GMC Sierra short bed regular cab true Z71 4x4 5.7 TBI 4sp Automatic 700R4 transmission.Runs and drives,steers,brakes,shifts like a 1991 truck that has 50k miles on it.This truck restoration started out with a highly maintained engine/powertrain and a very straight body just a couple of small dents,more like dings for a fresh driver quality paint job .Everything came off the exterior to do the paint.Bumpers came off,all moldings,door handles antenna mount window seals. lamps,grille,windshield and back glass came out.A new windshield went back in along with new body side moldings,wheel opening moldings,under hood mat, door pins and bushings,everything that went back on was cleaned and painted or reconditioned,carpet came out and was reconditioned,power washed and re-dyed,it was reused because it was in such great shape.As far as I know everything works.Tested was all lights,accessories,windows locks cruise wipers washers AC blows ice cold.Pioneer aftermarket AM/FM CD player sounds good.4x4 works great,goes in and comes out of 4 wheel drive quickly.Interior is immaculate,everything from the dash to the door panels,seat and carpet,sun visors all very nice,headliner looks new.Brakes have 80%+ lining all the way around.Tires have 85% or more rubber.Look at how clean and straight the inside the bed is .I pulled out a bed liner that was i since day one.Could of had it painted but left it this way to show it off, and left it for the next guy to do a spray in liner or what ever you want.The key here is how nice it was to start with. A well maintained not abused straight body RUST FREE truck.See how clean the untouched interior floor is with carpet out,amazingly clean.This truck has not dropped any fluids on garage floor. It is dry underneath.Just service rear differential,also a transmission service and of course a chassis lube, and fresh oil and filter.All power train looks to be stock. This Z71 does have a dual exhaust with a flowmaster single in dual out,sounds nice not loud,just a nice tone out the back.

This 1990 Jimmy is in very good shape with only 51,600 original miles. The pictures tell the story. This Jimmy is unique in that it was a GM Executive Vehicle – see the delivery address on the bottom-left of the window sticker – GM delivered this Jimmy to itself!Fully-loaded, top-of-the-line SLE trim. All original interior and mechanicals. New A/C compressor and evaporator and has been converted to R-134 refrigerant. New radiator. Keyless entry and alarm. Factory heavy-duty suspension and quad front shocks.Original owners manual and papers included.Check out the window sticker! It has a few condition issues. There is an older, minor body repair in the body panel just to the rear of the driver’s door-due to a parking lot accident. It is showing a crack now - a collector would want to fix this. The speedometer stopped working in December-now it reads 85 all the time. The radio works great but has occasional static. And there is chassis rust underneath that is cosmetic and could be removed by media blasting. Other than those things, the truck is an amazing survivor and is in incredible condition both visually and mechanically. The engine, trans, and all the mechanicals work perfectly. I've owned it about 2 years and I drive it about 10 miles a week, and it runs perfectly. I get compliments all the time. It has been dealer serviced at the Chevy dealer in Plano, Texas. My 1990 GMC Sierra ST is in great condition. These trucks are very rare and hard to come by. This truck runs and drives very well, and everything (to my knowledge) works. The BF Goodrich tires are new within the last 5,000 miles and have great tread wear. The interior is in perfect original condition with no rips, tears or cracks. The truck is completely original except for the addition of dual exhaust. The truck has all of its original parts present. The drive train runs extremely strong. I treated this vehicle to a full cosmetic restoration including: new paint, stripes, Tonneau cover, bumpers, step pads, window sweeps, weather stripping, hood mat, door hinge bushings, front air dam and fog lights. I spared no expense. There is a full bed liner under the Tonneau cover. If you are looking for an original truck that looks, runs and sounds great this is the truck for you. You will be hard pressed to find a nicer Jimmy. Both the body and under carriage are rust free. Only 76182 original mles The interior seats (front and rear) have been updated to a 1990 model. (have the original but they are so uncomfortable) The radio has been updated to a Retro Sound with blue tooth(the dash is uncut) The speakers have all been upgrade all in their original locations. I have also had heated seats installed with the switch located in the center console (see pics). I have also installed power remote door locks. There is new carpeting installed. Everything from the a/c, cruise control p/w, p/l, rear p/w window works. The engine ( original GM 350) (has had GM vortec heads, Performer Intake, a mild RV cam, MSD ignition, an upgraded QuadraJet carburetor, L&L headers and an auxiliary transmission cooler. The front automatic hubs have been replaced with Warn manual locking hubs. Both the front and rear axles have new locking front and rear differentials and 3.73 gears. There are duel batteries installed so there is plenty of power so the winch can be powered in either the front (mounts behind the front license plate see pics) or rear (cant get stuck that way). Rims are original factory rally II. The tires have less than 1500 miles on them. All the shocks, steering box and a/c compressor are new along with numerous bushings and other parts. I gave you all the good here are the things that are not perfect. There is a small chip on the tailgate and on the right side of the hood both which are less than 1/8 (the size of the tip of a dull pencil tip), which have been touched up. There are also a couple of small chips in the windshield that have been sealed. I can send additional photos or answer any questions. If you are looking for a nice K5 this one is ready to go.
