The power top system on the car is currently bypassed, which is a common practice on these cars. Current operation consists of power latches in front still operational by pressing the top switch, then manually put top down into place. Not sure what reason for that was, but car does show a repair receipt for $1800 at 59k miles showing both top transmissions and cables being replaced, so if you desire a fully functioning power top it may be something very simple to return it to stock operation. The car is riding on its non-original but rare, Porsche 16" Staggered Cup Design 92 wheels. They are all in nice shape with no curb rash and re-cleaned and wrapped in Michelin All Season performance tires. The beautiful light grey leather interior is all original and looks great. The German leather seats have really held up well with no scuffs and minimal ware lines. Everything works in the car.. lights, gauges, radio, seats, windows, locks, a/c blows ice cold, etc. The car will also include its original manuals, service book, accessories, compressor and tool kit. Mechanically, this Porsche is in great condition and runs and drives great. It has very healthy and very quick. This car boasts 247bhp and flys 0-60 in 5.5 sec with a top speed of approx 165mph! The car has a very strong 5-Speed G50 transmission that shifts perfect. The car has just been serviced at an authorized Porsche service center with Mobil 1 and was given a clean bill of health. 1990 Porsche 911 /964 Carrera 4 convertible. It has only 55,457 miles and most of the service records that are going back to 1993. This is a three owner Porsche in excellent condition. Porsche has original paint and the car is mostly is original except the radio. The paint outside is in great shape no major scratches or dents. Interior is perfect. That convertible roof is in working condition, does not make any noises when going up or down. All of the power is working on the car. Air-conditioning is working but it's not so great will have to be re-charged. The transmission is shifting perfect without any problems and the clutch is in good shape it does not sleep. After driving the car and the car seat for a month I can see a few of the drops on the floor. The tires are about 90% good. The rim does not have any curbs scratches. The Porsche comes with service records, owner’s manual and the service book. The car has a clean Carfax and there is no sign of accidents. I have owned this car for 12 years and have completely went through it. I have rebuilt the following. Engine, AC, Transmission, clutch, drive shaft, air blowers, wire system harness, new tires, wheels and it has a new top. I did all this because it was not needed but wanted the car like new. The car has been stored in a garage its entire life and has no rust and the paint is original with only a few small stone chips in the paint on the front of the car that have been touched up. I still have the original wheels with new Michelin tires which only have about 1000 miles and the spider wheels which are on the car now and the tires on them only have about 800 miles. I do not have time to take care of this car any more and that is why I am selling it.
