This Buick Reatta luxury sports car was carefully hand-crafted by Buick Division of General Motors at the Reatta Craft Center in Lansing, Michigan. It is finished in a great color combination: Artic White exterior, White Convertible Top and Flame Red Leather seats and interior. (See the 2-page picture from the 1991 Buick Sales Catalog.) Includes Leather-Bound Owner’s Portfolio, Signed Craftman’s Log, Pen, Penlight and Tire Gauge, etc, complete in perfect condition. Features: The 1991 Reattas differ substantially from the 1990 model year, not only in fewer units produced, but many new innovations. The Engine was upgraded to the 170HP L-27 Tuned Port V-6 and the Automatic Transmission to a 4T60-E, Electronically Controlled by the PCM to manage Engine power and torque. The addition of 16-inch Wheels, wider tires, a new Bosch ABS braking system, improved sway bar, etc, all contribute to a better handling and safer car. Twilight Sentinel was introduced to control exterior lighting. A Cup Holder in the Center Console, and Power Pull Down for the Rear Top Bow were added. There were only two options, a CD player and 16- way adjustable Driver’s Seat, with Lumbar and Head Rest. This Reatta has both Options. The Factory Standard Features are too numerous to list here, but almost all Power and Luxury options which Buick had to offer were Standard Equipment on the Reatta. History: The Reatta was a limited production luxury sports car, carefully hand-crafted by Buick Division of GM at the Reatta Craft Center in Lansing, Michigan, introduced in 1988, ending production in 1991. The 1991 model year was extremely limited with only 305 Reatta Convertibles made and estimated Sales of only 238 offered to the public and perhaps 46 more to GM Execs, which makes this 1991 Reatta Convertible rare and very collectible! I purchased this Reatta in 2010. Original Sticker Price around $38,000. There is no Window Sticker, or Price Sheet. I was told this Reatta had belonged to a Dealer’s wife. The first Title was issued January 18, 1994 at 3,312 miles, in Schaumburg, IL, per AutoCheck. Maintenance and Upgrades: Transmission/Transaxle, Power Steering, and Brake System all power-flushed and serviced by Buick/Cadillac Dealer, using BG Products with Lifetime Protection Plans. New Oil Pan Gasket and Intake Manifold Gasket. Tuneup, Plugs, Air and Fuel Filters. New AC Delco 78-7YR Battery. A/C has been Dealer retro-fitted with R134A Freon. New Headlamp Switch. Upgraded Headlamp Cranking Arms were also Dealer installed, to eliminate any future problems with the Retracting Headlamps. Michelin Tires. All servicing done by McCaddon Buick/Cadillac in Boulder, CO, at 32,100 miles. A pleasure to drive, but rarely driven, except for Parades and Car Shows. Current Mileage 34,422. Currently in Storage at a Museum. California Car Cover included. The White Convertible Top with the Glass Back Window is all original and in perfect condition. All Lights, Accessories, Radio, Power Antenna, etc. work as they should. A/C blows Cold. The interior is nearly perfect, with only two small barely noticeable wear scuffs on the Driver’s Leather seat. The Passenger’s Window Motor opens slowly. Air Bag Cover has small seam. First, my normal and LONG standing eBay account is My3Buicks, you can check it for feedback. 1990 Buick Reatta, there were 2,457 Reatta convertibles built between the 90 & 91 model year. This example has 9,910 original miles on it. It has a clean Car-fax as well. As can be seen in the pictures it does have damage to the body. Back 10 years ago the original owners had a couple foreign foster children for a brief period and the kids decided that the Reatta would make a great toy to play on. I believe the older driver also had a hand in a couple of the dents. The original top was torn by the kids and a new high quality top with glass window with defrost was installed. Trunk is spotless and show ready. It also has newer tires and a new battery. I have had multiple Reatta's and this one drives the best of them all, I had a previous convertible with 8k miles but it sat on original tires so this one drives even better than it. I have put over 400 miles on it recently and it runs and drives like a nearly new Reatta should. Plenty of smooth power, excellent ride and nimble handling. There are no excuses need made for the way this car rides and drives, just excellent describes it best. I would not hesitate to climb in this car and drive it anywhere in the country I feel that comfortable driving it. Interior is in excellent condition and would take very little to make it show ready, there was some minor mouse damage to the sun visors edges but that would be the biggest flaws of the interior. A/C light comes on intermittently, original owner said he never had it serviced so after 26 years, it's time to be charged. Door ajar light is also on, and as any Reatta owner knows, this is a common and usual issue usually treated by unplugging the sensor, but that is for the new owner to decide, didn't want to hide the fact and easily could have. Radio and CD player work, there is rattling in the speakers which is also common issue on Reatta's as the speaker cones dry out. The only other issue worth noting is it needs a new trunk lock. Power windows, all functions of the power seats, cruise control, power mirrors, remote entry(one original fob and one aftermarket fob), power trunk button, gas door button, all gauges work as they should. Interiors lights come on when door handle is lifted as they should, key hole is illuminated. Headlights work smooth and properly with no bounce once up as some Reatta's suffer from. It has it's original Guide Halogens. Engine compartment is extremely nice and clean as can be seen in pictures. Underside is clean right down to original exhaust. The car passed stringent Pennsylvania State Inspection and Emissions.  There are only a few Reatta's convertible left with this low mileage. This one could easily be brought back and be a fantastic show car, or a fantastic driver with YEARS of enjoyment and it would still be low mileage. This one is hard to part with as I am enjoying it immensely.

See below for history.- The Buick Reatta was a sport coupe designed by GM which was powered by a 3.8 liter V6.- It was the first car Buick advertised as a two seater since the 1940 Buick model 46.- It was a handmade luxury sports coupe produced at the Lansing Craft Centre in Lansing michigan and sold by the Buick division of American automaker General Motors from early 1988 to 1991.- Like the cadillac Allante it was based on a shortened version of the GM E platform used by the Cadillac Eldorado Oldsmobile Toronado and particularly the Buick Riviera with which it shared many mechanical parts advanced electronics and interior furnishings. - While a sport compact car it was only offered with an automatic transmission.
