Own a piece of history, 1991 Cadillac Seville STS. Original paint 140K gentle original miles. Always had synthetic oil every 5k miles since new and runs great. Never been in a accident nor had any motor or transmission work done. In 1991 I had the original company for Cadillac in Orlando add the simulated convertible top. Over the years I always planned on keeping it for it's one of a kind and a great vehicle but I'm up in years now and can't maintain it like I use to. Would like to see it go to a nice home. Rare Emerald Green with Saddle interior and simulated convertible top. Has all the potential of a show car with little to no work. In preparation and plans on keeping it over the last few years I replaced Air Conditioning Compressor (COLD AIR) Rotors and Brakes,Radiator,Struts,Catalytic Converter,Driver Side Power Window Motor, Water Pump, Starter, Alternator, New Fuel Injectors, New Tires And Wheels Less Than 3k Miles on them last year, Replaced the BCM about 5 years ago and the vehicle it came from had 60k more miles on it than mine so the odometer is off miles wise.Absolutely NO rust, and never has been !

William L. "Bill" Mitchell was an automobile designer who was recruited by Harley Earl to join the Art and Colour Section of General Motors in 1935. Mitchell is responsible for creating or influencing the design of over 72.5 million automobiles produced by GM, including such landmark vehicles as the 1949 Cadillac with its P38 influenced fins, the 1955-57 Chevrolet Bel Air, the 1961-76 Corvette Stingray, and his swan song, the 1980-1985 Cadillac Seville. Since it was the last design of consequence that General Motors design chief Bill Mitchell oversaw, Wayne Kady’s 1980 Cadillac Seville is thought by some to be the ultimate expression of Mitchell’s design philosophy. No doubt Mitchell was a fan of what he called the “London look”, and the ’80 Seville had that in spades: a classic vertical grille, a bustle shaped rear end, a raked C pillar and a long hood. When accused of borrowing the bustle-back from a contemporary Lincoln, Mitchell reportedly got indignant and said that he stole it from Rolls-Royce, not the cross-town competition in Dearborn. The second generation Seville made its debut in the fall of 1979 to great fanfare and controversy. Although there were decent production numbers for this body’s 6 year run, very few were saved by collectors, mainly because of the popularity of the midsized coupes of this era. This is proving to have been a big oversight. On any given day you can find a nice low mile Eldorado of this generation, but a pristine low mile Seville is very scarce. And Cadillac collectors have noticed, with the demand for a nice second generation Seville more than doubling the price over the last five years. This gorgeous low mile, all original Seville was purchased recently by my 87 year old father, who has always driven Cadillacs and lamented the sale of his series 2 Seville in the 1990s. Unfortunately though, after recent triple bypass surgery, and while he is in great overall health, he (we) decided his driving days are setting. After scouring Hemmings, eBay, and Craigslist, he found this car local. It was the pride and joy of a local personage who had two cars, this Seville and a Lincoln Towncar; the Seville was her go to Sunday church car. Dad acquired the car from her estate; he dealt with her nephew who as a professional mechanic, had always taken care of her cars. This Seville has always been garaged, has always had a battery tender attached, has always been started regularly, and has always been serviced regularly. One interesting detail, look for the image of the door jamb service sticker that shows a 1991 oil change at 21xxx miles. Freshly Serviced: After purchase, we took the car to my mechanic and had him do a comprehensive service. Here is a list of what we had him do: · Replaced the master-brake cylinder. · Brakes themselves were in tip-top shape but we did a complete brake fluid flush after replacing the master brake cylinder. · New front shocks. · New exhaust system from the exhaust pipe back, including a new muffler and resonator. · New OEM power antenna motor. · New plugs and a general tune-up. · New tires. The tires on the car were like new but they were installed in 2009 and had developed a flat spot on one tire. · Oil and filter change. · Coolant was like new so we didn’t drain or flush. · Belts and hoses were like new so we left them alone. · Battery is good. Wiper blades are good. Every light works. All instruments work. Mileage computer works. Everything works. Remarkable. Mechanically, this car is ready to drive across the country. The AC works great, the climate control system works as new, the cruise control works as new, the optional radio/cassette player sounds great, not a rattle or hum. However I noticed that when using the cassette, one channel will go in and out. It might be that the head needs to be cleaned with a Q-Tip and alcohol. Or it could have been the included cassette of Patsy Cline; I don’t have another cassette to test. Visually the car is like new. It is in spectacular condition. Not a door ding, scratch, the panels are laser straight; there has never been any body damage and there is zero rust or corrosion. All the light lenses are clear without fade. It is in as close to mint condition as you will ever find. I have seen newer cars with the same mileage that could not hold up to comparison; the car is in remarkable condition. Even the cigarette lighters have never been used. The car’s interior smells like a new car, the leather is spotless and supple. All the glass, rubber grommets, and seals are like the day they left the factory. No scratches to the all original glass, all the rubber bits are in fantastic shape. The last thing to mention would be how visually, the car is a really beautiful color. The same can be said about the leather, which comes very close to matching the exterior hue. I spent a lot of time looking up the paint codes and the paint code WA-8240 was called WOODLAND HAZE METALLIC. The interior color I believe was called MEDIUM COGNAC. I decoded the RPO codes online from the Cadillac forum and the interior code corresponds to four different options. As two were for an Opel, which is GM in Europe, and one was for a Holden, GM built in Australia; I deduced the MEDIUM COGNAC would be the correct color name for the US. Please see the entire list of the included GM RPO codes and notes that are at the end of this listing. You will see that there are some codes that show as “No Match”, I did my best to find out what those codes corresponded to but in searching the Cadillac forum, found other owners having the same issue so assume that without further investigation, we will have to accept that we tried. A long listing, yes. I tried to highlight each area of interest, so for those who aren’t as obsessive, wouldn’t have to wade thru the minutia. For those that enjoy the details, well here you go! It is a really nice car that is worth spending the time on. Price: Well I know we spent the dollars to acquire the best but Dad is open to reasonable offers. This is one of 2,500 Allantes made in the year 1991, out of a total 21,430 made between 1987 and 1993. Painted in a striking red finish this has a nice black interior. The window switch on the driver's door does not work. I was going to fix it but no longer have the time. (I have another switch). The car has a rebuilt title as the front bumper cover was damaged and I had to replace it. (These are not cheap). It has the factory hardtop for an early 1990. Has a nice black soft top. Please ask any questions and I will give an honest answer. Some fading of paint as shown. Car has Indy 500 graphics on the car-tribute to the 1993 Indy 500 Edition Allantes. Radio not working. Dash has typical curling. Have the original hardtop stand and cover. I have not been able to drive this the last two years due to my schedule and it is getting harder for me to get out of the car with arthritis. This vehicle was designed by the Italian sports car designer Pininfarina, and was Cadillac's first venture into the two seat convertible sports car market. In 1993, the price was $62,000. Allante's engine, the new Northstar V8. I had hoped to repair this low mileage car for my wife to drive. I drove a 91 and another 93 all summer and had a blast. Now it has to go. If you've never driven in an Allante before find one to test drive-you will then want one of your own. Always gets great compliments and second looks. Introduced in early 1992 for the 1993 model year, Allante was scaled down to just one model this year, the soft-top convertible priced at $59,975 (not including a mandatory $1,700 gas guzzler tax for vehicles sold in the United States). The removable 60.5 lb (27.4 kg). aluminum hardtop was now a separate option, as well as the $495 LCD digital instrument cluster in place of the standard analog instruments. Also available, chrome squeeze-cast aluminum wheels. For its final outing, Allante received the 4.6 L Northstar DOHC V8. This engine was initially rated at 290 hp (216 kW), but Cadillac upped the rating to 295 hp (220 kW) at 5600 rpm by the time the first models were sold. Torque output was 290 ft lb at 4400 rpm. A new unequal-length control arm rear suspension, shared with the Seville and Eldorado, was also introduced that year, improving handling. Also new for the small Cadillacs was Road Sensing Suspension, an active damper management system, and improved disc brakes. Other changes for the Allante included a revised variable-assist power steering rack, deeper front spoiler, and single-piece side windows, which did away with the stationary forward vent window.A 1992 comparison test of the Northstar-powered Allante by Car and Driver placed it above the Jaguar XJS V12 convertible and the Mercedes-Benz 300SL in North America. For sale and for the first time ever on eBay is my sweet 1989 Cadillac Fleetwood Coupe Convertible. This beautiful shiny black car with d'Elegance grey leather interior with only 55, 365 original miles. This Cadillac is a Custom Car Craft (Eisenhardt and Hess) conversion. Original Nevada car with one owner for over 20 years who passed away and left it to his son in Dallas who had it shipped to Texas in 2012. Some service records back to 1992 and all recent work available. Upon arrival in Dallas, the son had a full mechanical inspection and service. The oil, brakes bled, radiator flush, and AC R-134 (ice cold) were serviced at that time and he had the air suspension converted to rear struts and the front end aligned. Since I have owned the Caddy, I have added new Vogue tires with less than 200 miles, fresh wax & detail, state safety inspection, and oil change. Besides the custom top, the car's frame was upgraded with custom cross members for support and it is the smoothest riding Cadillac I have ever drove. It's suspension is a little firmer than stock, but it still floats down the road like a dream. No squeaks, rattles or smells. There are some very minor imperfections in the paint like small scratches and chips, buy they are barely noticeable. You have to really look close to see them. I urge you to have the car inspected prior to purchase at your own expense and I will assist in making the car available. The result is a trick truck that will have people guessing, but the whole thing is so nicely finished that you really can't tell where the lines are drawn. Buy it for how it looks, but you'll also enjoy the story it has to tell. The cab is 1958, but Chevy experts will note that the nose is from a '56 and the bed is a stepside from a 1991 C/K pickup. But the fact is, all the parts flow together so nicely that it just looks right. Add in a 4-inch top chop and a hood scoop and it becomes one heck of a custom. To show off that trick bodywork, they gave it a shiny turquoise paint job that looks right on the vintage Chevy sheetmetal and foregoes the usual graphics and metallic to make the workmanship speak for itself. Both the front and rear bumpers have been shaved, but with the forward-canted fenders and hooded headlights, it looks like it's in motion even when it's sitting still. All the emblems and handles were shaved, but they kept the shiny headlight rings and chrome grille insert for tradition's sake. The bed is still fully functional and includes a fuel filler cap in the floor, a full-sized spare tire, and a flush-mounted tonneau cover that keeps everything dry and out of sight. There's also a trailer hitch hidden behind the rear license plate, so this is a truck that still works as a truck. The luxurious interior shows more clever parts-bin engineering. Those tan leather buckets are from a late-model Suburban, and while they have some character, they're also a lot more comfortable than the original vinyl bench. A tilt column from another GM product slides right in and is topped by a leather-wrapped Grant steering wheel and the door panels are custom pieces that look great. An aftermarket center console features locking storage and a pair of cup holders, and the dash has been painted to match the body. And speaking of color-matching, dig the custom gauges from Dolphin, whose turquoise faces are an almost perfect match to the truck itself how cool is that? A custom housing under the dash holds the Vintage Air A/C controls and a pair of vents, and for entertainment there's an AM/FM/CD stereo system that actually sounds pretty good in the old pickup's cab. Just to keep the unusual theme going, power comes from a 400 inch Pontiac V8 borrowed from a late-70s Trans Am. Edelbrock supplied a Performer RPM cam, a Torker II intake and a 4-barrel carb, all of which were installed when the engine was rebuilt. The firewall was smoothed and the whole thing was topped by a Cadillac air cleaner for a period custom look. The front suspension is from a 1981 Chevy pickup, including the power steering setup, while the rear end is from a 1979 Cadillac Seville and comes complete with disc brakes. A TH400 3-speed automatic transmission with a shift kit inside handles the gear swaps and the suspension sits low enough to get noticed but not so low that it makes trouble. Staggered Rally wheels with spinners and 195/65/15 front and 275/60/15 rear white-letter tires complete the look. With impressive workmanship and clever engineering, this 1958 Chevy pickup is a totally unique machine that wears it extremely well.
