I love this car. It has taken me to work, on vacations, weddings and funerals for many years. I even slept in the back with a single mattress at 4-day air shows. Now, it needs front end (steering) work (est. $350) and 4 new tires (est. $400) and so it has to go. I live in a small town and cannot put it in the weeds. I own 3 other Roadmaster station wagons who have occasionally needed a body part. Because of the rarity of this body type not many body parts are out there from the back edge of the front doors to the rear bumper. From the rear of the front doors forward the wagon is just like sedan--no problem. Currently on ebay Motors Parts there are less than a half dozen backend body parts. They range from a rear window hinge at $85 to a complete rear window at $340. THUS, THIS CAR IS OFFERED PRINCIPALLY AS A PARTS CAR. Either salvage the parts and sell them on ebay or put it in the weeds for other Roadmaster afficianados like me or drive it away and fix the front end. Operations details--motor, lights, cruise control, abs, gauges, power windows, remote locks, etc. all are in good working order. A new air conditioner compressor was installed last summer. The car has had regular maintenance. THE ONLY MALFUNCTION: THE CONTROL THAT SLIDES THE DRIVER SEAT FORWARD AND BACKWARD DOESN'T WORK. Body details--THREE BODY PARTS ARE MISSING-(1) one half of the flyaway trim between the left front and rear doors flew away while driving. (2) chrome trim on the left rear corner to the left of the back gate is gone (3) plastic front grille is all there but the surface has seen better times. It has a rear towing package, glass including lights are excellent. Chrome is very good. All interior control buttons are present. (see photos. Antenna and horn buttons are missing. The front left driver's seat is slit exposing the padding (see photo). All of the other seats, rugs, headliner are in good condition. DETAILS QUESTIONS? Of those 3, this one is the most practical to sell. It has low mileage given it’s age and has the most reasonable value. I purchased this one by chance earlier this year and have been fixing it up to replace my more used Roadmaster. If you want a dependable vehicle with a luxury feel as well as tons of space for hauling, look no further. I am selling my 1992 Roadmaster Limited Sedan. I am the second owner of this car. I bought it in 2008 with 137K miles. I restore old Buicks and this last of the big bodied GM cars was always a favorite of mine. I restore old cars and Buicks are my favorite. I have definitely taken very good care of this car.The car is beautiful Sapphire Blue Metallic with navy leather interior and a slightly lighter navy carpet. Custom navy carpet mats come with the car. Electric seats with lumbar adjustments are on both front seats and fully functional.The car is in Good ++ condition with only a few age related detractors. The Limited edition was top of the line and came with ALL power options and leather interior. I upgraded to the premium alloy rims with Michelin tires. The car has the tow package transmission but no trailer hitch. It is a 5 speed automatic transmission. At 70 mph the overdrive turns the engine at only 1500 rpms with gives a quiet ride and about 23 mpg - very good for a full sized car as the Roadmaster shared the same body with the Cadillac Fleetwood. The Limited package also included full instrumentation with tachometer, water temperature, and battery charging gauges. The headlights turn on and off automatically with an exit delay, automatic dimming rear view mirror, and a digital compass. Cruise control functions properly. The car comes with the original AC Delco Concert Sound radio.The car drives beautifully and leaks no fluids. It has been garage kept all its life. Even the engine compartment is clean. A/C works very well as do all the power accessories. The back two windows can sometime go down a little slanted but this does not affect their operation.There is a small hole in the leather on the driver's bolster that has not grown since I got the car. There are few road paint chips and 2 parking lot dings in the front passenger's door - one is larger than the other. There is a dent to the chrome trim piece at the front passanger's bumper where the previous owner bumped his garage door.. This is not very noticeable - just wanted to mention. JI replaced the carpet within the last year as well as a new Delco battery. The alternator and water pump were also changed with in the last 10K miles as part of routine maintenance. Maintenance has been done by me in my shop (I have 7 other cars - 4 of them being Buicks).There is no rust on the car and the trunk is clean. Automatic pull down trunk works and there is a full spare. I have records for all I have done for the car since I purchased it.The car is dependable and has been driven throughout the southeast to antique car shows.The price is based on the NADA book value with $ 5150.00 for the Limited with premium wheels. I have adjusted the price because of the few age related detractors.

This car is spotless inside and out. there's absolutely no rust anywhere underneath. It currently has 58,000 miles. never leaks or burns a drop of anything. I never intended on selling this car but a recent lifestyle change has encouraged me to begin selling off my possessions. so feel free to check out my other auctions as I have more cars to list in the coming days/weeks. I encourage anyone even remotely interested in this car to come check it out as you will not be disappointed once you get behind the wheel. the 5.7 motor has some serious power and the gas mileage has to be close to 30! just uploaded some new photos on 4-7-14. thought i'd point out that this cars rear pillar lamps were opted out which is neat. car was clean but it rained today so there are water spots now but you can still see the sky's reflection in the photos. also everything you see in the photo is for sale so if you like something send me a message! thanks!
