Up for auction is a beautiful 92 Mustang GT. I just bought this car from the second owner who purchased the car in 2004. This Mustang has been meticulously maintained and garaged all of its life. I was told that the car is still in the original paint and from what I can tell, it is. It shines very well but as expected from a 23 year old car, there are some minor imperfections. Every body panel still has the matching vin and all of the trim, upholstery, etc are all in great condition. Mechanically the car is second to none, it is exceptionally tight feeling and it drives as smooth as silk. The engine does not smoke or drip a drop of anything. Same goes for the trans and driveline, smooth and no leaks or noises. Everything works on this car: cruise, heat, cold AC, wipers, windows, locks, power hatch release, lights and the original radio sounds great as well. Also included is a massive folder full of receipts and documentation that reflects the relentless attention to detail and maintenance throughout the years. The car does have a BBK H-pipe and flowmaster mufflers, everything else is bone stock. It has a nearly new interstate battery and a set of great Michelin tires. I wouldn't hesitate to take this car across the country. It's getting harder to find one of these foxbody cars in such nice, original condition. With all this said, I will listen to solid cash offers but I am in no need to sell. As for trades, I would be interested in a more modded foxbody or any other fast street cars. This is an original Black on Black Ford Mustang GT 5.0 5 Speed. This isn't the easiest combo to find and it took me several years to find it. For me the fun is in the project and I had the motor pulled out and had it completely rebuilt at the mechanic and had the car towed to the bodyshop.
