This is a one owner truck. It’s never been stolen or in an accident. I bought it new in ’93 and even have the original window sticker. It’s undergone a complete frame off / rotisserie rebuild. Just about everything is new again and coated to last a long time. EVERYTHING was professionally rebuilt along with many upgrades including--- All urethane suspension and body bushings, Stainless brake and fuel lines, Heavy duty rear posi, Urethane bed liner, Custom full length headers and 3” H-pipe exhaust, 5 leaf rear springs, and a fully blueprinted AND balanced corvette L98 based 383 roller motor. The truck was professionally dyno tuned (I have the dyno sheet) and makes 70hp and 55 ftlb MORE than the 454ss truck! It runs real strong and clean. With an aluminum head small block, it handles surprisingly well for a pick-up truck, gets decent MPG and is a blast to drive. The truck has no known issues and everything works as it should. Not even a drip under it. It runs, looks and drives great. It was professionally built, not a quick plop a motor in it and drive it job. It’s about as close to a brand new truck as you can get. It’s tame enough to be a nice daily driver but powerful enough to have lots o’ fun with. Runs on pump gas, doesn’t overheat or any other troubles. It has about 5500 super fun miles since the build. I always get compliments on it. I'd keep it but I could use the parking space and pay some bills. This truck is done just like the factory would (should) have done. This truck is in great shape for its age. I bought it new. It has always been shedded. Everything works as it should. The truck drives great. Some years back I installed a GM performance kit that included Vortec Heads and TBI. intake manifold. It runs very strong. It has never had a lift kit installed. The pick up has never done heavy towing. I just replaced the starter and the engine oil cooler lines. No more oil spots. BFG tires with a good amount of tread left. GM parts were used to replace the right front fender, grill, and hood. There has been no rust repairs or patches made to this truck. There is a slight color contrast from the replaced front fender to the drivers door. The chrome on the grill is lifting in some spots. There are two chips in the windshield. The truck comes with a matching fiberglass topper that has a carpeted headliner. The truck has always had regular maintainace. I am selling it because of a growing family. This is true original classic. It takes alot of hours to put an everyday rig back into shape, just to match the nice of condition of this pick-up. 1993 Chevrolet Silverado Indy Pace Truck Up for auction here is a 1993 Chevrolet Silverado Indy Pace Truck. This is the real deal and not a clone. There was only 1534 of these trucks produced in 1993. This truck is an attention getter and a conversation piece. Everyone always has to ask what it is, since its something you don't see everyday. If you are not too familiar with this package then do a quick google search, its pretty interesting. Over the years this truck has been very well taken care of and it shows through the pictures below. Starting with the exterior its very clear that this is not your normal, Iowa based 1993 Chevy pickup. This truck has no rust and is free from any major damage. Considering the age and mileage of the truck, its very clean, but is also not perfect. There are a few dings here and there, and one slight crease on the passenger front fender towards the bottom. None of these are anything major and could be easily touched up, or just left to drive the way it is. The paint still shines great and is waxed regularly. The graphics are still in good shape and are not peeling in any places. There are a few tiny spots where there are chips in the graphics but they aren't very noticeable. The previous owner removed the door decals that stated "Official Pace Truck". He didn't care for them and thought it looked much cleaner look this way. I agree with him, but it also kind of took away some of the history of the truck also. I saw a set of NOS door decals on ebay, so you could purchase the decals if you really wanted them back on the doors. Another couple of things that were changed on the truck from stock, was the clear black headlights and smooth lower valance. These give the truck a much cleaner look in the front and updated it a bit. Also included in the sale is the original headlights along with the lower valance and fog lights. There is also a plastic bedliner installed to protect the box. All the glass is in great shape with no nicks or scratches. I would like to note again that this is not a show truck. It is though in very good shape for a driver. I would rate the exterior a solid 6 out of 10. I am very picky about my vehicles so most people would probably rate it even higher than that. The drivetrain is all stock and the motor or transmission have never been taken out. The truck is a solid runner and needs absolutely nothing. We just did a trip to Minnesota to pick up some wheels and tires and averaged 22 mpg. Everything sounds good with the engine and transmission. The exhaust is custom and sounds good while not being too loud. Cruising down the road you can hardly hear it but it does wake up a bit when you get into it. There are no issues at all and everything works under the hood as it should. The suspension has been lowered with all DJM parts. The rear consists of a flip kit with a frame c-notch kit. The front is lowered with DJM springs and it has newer shocks all around. The wheels are 20x9 American Racing Novas. The tires are Pirelli and have approximately 60% tread life remaining. The stock pace truck wheels are included with the sale of the truck. They are in excellent shape and include the center caps and lug nuts. This truck would make an excellent daily driver or just a weekend cruiser. It starts every time and runs down the road very well. The interior is in very good shape and is clean. There is no signs of any major wear and and it cleans up very nicely. The dash does have a couple small cracks in it from age but this could always be replaced. All the switches and gauges work. The A/C and heat work very well also. The drivers window is slow rolling up at times, but never bothered me enough to take the door apart and replace anything since it still works. I would rate the interior a 7 out of 10. Overall this is just a great pickup that you can jump in and head across the country. It needs nothing and is very unique looking.
