Normal 0 false false false EN-US JA X-NONE 1993 North American Specification (NAS) Defender 110, plaque number 198 of 500.VIN SALDH128XPA919990 I am the second owner of this vehicle, having acquired it in 2013 from the original owner. When I began searching for a NAS 110, I did so with the knowledge I’d gained as the owner of a 1997 Defender 90. I understood exactly what I wanted, and had the following requirements: little to no rust, as close to original condition as possible, well cared for with supporting service documentation, and a clean title confirming the history and stated mileage. I spent over a year searching for one, flew out to personally inspect multiple NAS 110’s throughout the country, and spent thousands on pre-purchase inspections, before discovering this vehicle at a ranch in Texas which checked off all of my requirements. Since then, I’ve continued to care for this vehicle, truly appreciating just how few of these are left in this near-original, un-molested condition. Today, the truck has approximately 72,500 miles, and presents itself as a vehicle that has been used sparingly throughout its life. That said, it will be turning 25 years old next year, and reasonable expectations should be applied. I have included the attached photos which I believe honestly depict the vehicle in its current condition, but I have listed some items of note as you look through them: -The original ANR1534 white steel wheels have been professionally refinished in black, with new tires recently mounted-The original radio has been replaced with an Alpine hands-free head unit, but the original is included-The original headlights have been replaced with Truck-Lite LEDs, but the originals are included for replacement at the buyer’s discretion-The original LT77 gearbox was replaced with the R380 as part of an elective service from Land Rover N.A., which still shifts smoothly today-Braided stainless steel oil cooler lines have been fitted to replace the original rubber ones-I have taken steps to ensure that the rust-free chassis and bulkhead would remain as such, but the running boards could use either refinishing or replacement-Interior including the dash and seats are close to perfect-The passenger door could use either re-skinning or replacement in the future-Headliner is sagging a bit in places Additional original accessories included but not pictured include: -Land Rover winch bag and leather gloves-NAS 110 workshop manual-Original window sticker-NAS 110 owner’s manual If you have any questions, I may be reached at (917) 733-8811. And now we have 2 in stock. Crazy! This is a special 110. This is a One Owner 110 that we bought from the family that originally owned it. This Defender is in original condition and is a very desirable and rare SUV as many of you know. Only 500 were allowed in and this one is #82. The pedigree doesn't get any better. One owner and it was in Florida, clean and clear title. The body is in good shape except for a dent on the rear right quarter panel as you can see in the pictures. The frame and rear cross member look great as well with no rust issues. There is a small hole on the front passenger floor board but that is it aside from some surface rust here and there. The Defender 110 runs and drives, but it has been sitting for a while and it needs a restoration mechanically and cosmetically. The NAS trucks are amongst of the most desirable land rovers on the market today. Only 500 were brought to the american market in 1993 and this specific example bears the #381/500 plaque proudly. This truck has has had extensive work done with the goal to make her the finest 110 on the market. The truck just received a glass out respray in her correct ALPINE WHITE. All doors, racks, bumpers, glass and panels were removed. All parts were properly prepared, primed and shot with a base-coat clear-coat finish. The paint was laid on very flat and has deep shine and luster. The work was just completed, the paint is fresh and there are no visible blemishes anywhere to be seen! All seals, rivets, grommets, gaskets, latches and clips were replaced as well. The truck looks extremely crisp and no signs of age are present on the exterior of the vehicle. No expense was spared on this truck, with great attention to detail both inside and out. The interior is original and in excellent condition as it was entirely removed and steam cleaned. The entire stereo system was refreshed with new speakers and headunit. The original wheels were stripped, sandblasted and powdercoated. New BF Goodrich All Terrain T/A KO2s were mounted and are ready for any weather conditions. This D110 does not have any of the common issues of undercarriage frame rust or corrosion that often plagues these trucks. To prevent any future issues, the entire undercarriage was cleaned, degreased and treated with Waxoil to ensure longevity and protection to all suspension components and exposed underside of the truck. She was recently tuned, runs well, and has good power and torque. A fresh oil change and coolant flush and fill was just completed. New side step bars were installed along with a new ARB winch bumper with winch. This vehicle checks all the boxes, she has a clean CARFAX, a CURRENT MASSACHUSETTS TITLE, and is in wonderful condition; the truck is ready to go!!! The NAS trucks are amongst of the most desirable land rovers on the market today. Only 500 were brought to the american market in 1993 and this specific example bears the #381/500 plaque proudly. This truck has has had extensive work done with the goal to make her the finest 110 on the market. The truck just received a glass out respray in her correct ALPINE WHITE. All doors, racks, bumpers, glass and panels were removed. All parts were properly prepared, primed and shot with a base-coat clear-coat finish. The paint was laid on very flat and has deep shine and luster. The work was just completed, the paint is fresh and there are no visible blemishes anywhere to be seen! All seals, rivets, grommets, gaskets, latches and clips were replaced as well. The truck looks extremely crisp and no signs of age are present on the exterior of the vehicle. No expense was spared on this truck, with great attention to detail both inside and out. The interior is original and in excellent condition as it was entirely removed and steam cleaned. The entire stereo system was refreshed with new speakers and headunit. The original wheels were stripped, sandblasted and powdercoated. New BF Goodrich All Terrain T/A KO2s were mounted and are ready for any weather conditions. This D110 does not have any of the common issues of undercarriage frame rust or corrosion that often plagues these trucks. To prevent any future issues, the entire undercarriage was cleaned, degreased and treated with Waxoil to ensure longevity and protection to all suspension components and exposed underside of the truck.
