Like new. Not one speck of rust anywhere on this car; even on the underside. I get 26 MPG with her and she runs and looks like new. This is a real head-turner everywhere we go. I hate to have to part with my "baby" but have no place to park her for the winter. She's being stored in a secure garage right now under a car cover ready for her new owners. You are welcome to come for an extended test drive anytime. I'm retired so can meet you at your convenience. We have taken her to several classic car shows and she is the "only" Mercedes at the shows and turns lots of attention. Nearly new tires and perfect mechanics all around. All new non-biodegradable wiring harness and crank positioning sensor etc. at a cost to me of $2,000. She could give you another 500,000 miles or so, maybe more, as the low mileage on her means she's barely broken in. I'll add more as it comes to me. Full tan leather interior is amazing. NADA value is over $11,000. She cost $51,000 in 1993 when new. 6 CD player in the trunk. Never driven in snow or ice or salt. She also has an elect. sunroof and lots of other pleasurable things that all work as they should. These older Mercedes are built much better than the new ones in my opinion and they are much more dependable. It has an all steel body. Only synthetic oil was ever used. Today I am listing a 1993 mercedes Benz 600 sel I purchased this car from a friend about a year ago drove it thrue the summer and parked it in the fall as I did not want to drive it in mi weather and salt as he brought the car back from Kentucky and the body is very clean the paint shines nice when clean the interior is good for her age has some minor splits in the seat in front the v12 runs like a watch trans shifts good and I think the ac still blows cold the car sat all winter and it was a very cold one I put a jump on it and the car started like it was running yesterday I was amazed the car shows 1206 k the speedometer was working fine when I stored it but it did not on the hour ride home could be a fuse I know these cars are temperamental when you jump start them the hydrolic suspension has been converted to coils and shocks I would add a spacer on the rear springs just to lift it it another inch or two and replace the rear shocks as one is rattling a little the car runs rides and drives like a dream this car as you know was over 100k new as of right know I do not have the title as my friend that I bought it from can't find it he is looking for as we both know he had it but I had stored the car already and was not worried about it there is the possibility that he may not find it so as for now I am listing the car as no title if he finds it it will go with the car I am pricing the car with that in mind and feel my buy it now is less then it is worth in parts so if you need a parts car here it is if you can go thrue a title company you will have a nice driver car is sold as is any questions call bob at 248 808 3903 Update we reached the dealer in Kentucky that we purchased the car from and he is going to get us a duplicate title so the buyer will get a title with the car

For Sale is my 1992 Mercedes Benz 600SEL this is the top of the line V12 super car. this car was originally designed to compete against the Bentley and Rolls Royce. Engine wise this car out preformed them by leaps and bounds. This is the first year of the 600SEL series, before that the S class 500SEL was considered ( and still is to most that only know them) the pinnacle in Performance and Class. The 1992 is considered the most powerful Sedan of the V12's by most due to the horsepower rating of 402 while the 1993 on words received lower horse power due to emissions tightening in the USA. the 1992 is also the lowest production based on the fact it was the first year. This car runs most gauges and switches work will need some work on the AC and few other things but otherwise where can you get such a car for a great price? interior is in above average condition there are some scratches and minor dents in the body as noted in the pictures and the Grill inserts are missing in the front bumper.
