This Eurovan was my daily driver, it was running good until a few months ago when the transmission broke down while driving, I had the van towed to a auto repair shop in San Francisco. I was planning to find a used transmission for it, but I have no luck locating a good used transmission in the local area. The auto repair shop told me they are not specialized in rebuilding transmissions. I believe it will cost more than I can afford to have the transmission to rebuilt. I do not want to fix the van anymore and going to sell the van as is. If you are interested of purchasing this van, you can buy it now or make me an offer. The engine runs strong, the interior and the exterior is in decent conditions. The van also have a electric wheel chair lift. The vehicle registration will be placed on non-op with DMV. 1993 VW Eurovan MV Bus. This is a beautiful vehicle. I can't say enough about it. Everything works as it should. It has the dual climate control A/C which is ice cold. The reverse jump seats in back which are awesome for kids. Back seat folds out into a bed. It has the table that folds out and again, awesome for kids. Reading lights. It is super clean inside and out, low miles, and super dependable. It has the rare 5speed manual, which is the only way to go. It runs, rides, and drives like a dream. It doesn't need brakes, it doesn't need anything, but someone to continue caring for and enjoying her. I purchased her last year from the west coast, where she spent her entire life. So, NO rust, anywhere. The underneath still looks brand new. I am the 3rd actual owner. The first 2 having her for around 10 years each. I purchased it from a broker in Seattle and he titled it before shipping her to me. It has all the original books/manuals, keys, and curtains. There are also some maintenance records that I received with the manuals. It really is a nice original vehicle, that has clearly been adult owned and cared for. I have 8 vehicles, one of which is another bus, and I'm going to let this beauty go in order to focus efforts on some of the others that need it. 1993 Volkswagen Eurovan GL for sale. 132k miles. Asking $800 OBO. Inline 5 cylinder motor. Has new heater motor. Needs transmission work since it currently won't go in reverse. Some body damage on side and rear door (see pictures). Clean interior. Gas gauge does not work. Tires are from 2013 and in good condition. Smoke free. Van seats 7 people and has ample space for storage in the back. One of the seats folds down to convert into a table. I have owned the van since 2004 and have most of the records though not all. The ignition was replaced 4 years ago. The heater motor was replaced last winter. The engine runs fine and hasn't had any problems. Not sure when brakes were last replaced but also working fine. Gets approximately 25mpg. The van is currently in Joseph, Oregon and you would need to arrange transportation. Thanks!

CLEAR TITLE, ONE OWNER. 202,000 MILES. Fuel hose SEAL, needs to be replaced, (located under intake manifold) Estimated cost of fuel hose is estimated at $10. There is a small crack in the windshield. ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION AND VAN RUN FINE, ALL THAT IS NEEDED IS TO REPLACE THE SHORT FUEL HOSE SEAL, WHICH IS LOCATED UNDER THE INTAKE MANIFOLD. (NEED TO REMOVE THE AIR INTAKE MANIFOLD IN ORDER TO GET ACCESS TO THE FUEL HOSE. ENGINE STARTS, BUT WITH THE FUEL LINE SEAL NOT TIGHT, THEN THE FUEL WILL LEAK. BUYER NEEDS TO TOW IT, AND REPLACE THE FUEL HOSE. NO RUST, BODY IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. TIRE TREAD STILL GOOD CONDITION. ALL THE DOORS CLOSE TIGHT AND DO NOT LEAK. THE HOOD WILL CLOSE TIGHT. I LEFT THE HOOD OPEN, FOR THE FUEL HOSE REPLACEMENT. ALL BOLTS AND SCREWS ARE THERE. I SCREWED THE BOLTS IN THEIR RIGHTFUL PLACE TO AVOID GETTING LOST. At some time someone added an inverter and two batteries for power onboard that charges when the vehicle is running and gives you outlets to use when off. A Heat/AC unit was added that plugs into 220 outlet if you have power while camping. I have not had a chance to try the heat/ac system due to no 220 outlet available. 5 cylinder automatic. Has table, fridge(under the seat) and sleeps 2 up top and 2 below. There is no rust on this van! It is not tagged so it should be towed.I took to a mechanic and he said that it will eventually need lower control arms and a front wheel bearing. Overall, this is a Weekender in good shape, that has made it across the country twice and can be used as a daily driver. It's just developed a couple of quirks and we are not sufficiently mechanically inclined to feel comfortable learning how to deal with them, plus our kids are getting a little big to comfortably use the top sleeping area. 203,000 miles. Original 2.5-liter 5-cylinder engine with automatic transmission, frequently inspected at our local German auto-mechanic and in good shape. The transmission was re-built at 120,000 miles. Interior is in great shape with original upholstery, curtains, carpet, and mattress pads. New front windshield installed in 2010. There are spots of rust at the bottom of the doors, but no rust on structural components. There are a couple of small cracks in the back bumper. The heater, air conditioning and radio/cd all work great. New radio/6-disc cd player with bluetooth and phone microphone installed in 2011. It runs well, there are two problems: 1) When we drive long distances with a lot of stopping and starting (e.g. driving small highways cross-country), we need to refill coolant, so it may have a small, slow leak in the head gasket. We have not wanted to check. 2) If we leave it sitting without driving it regularly, the fuel pump will clog. We've had a mobile mechanic come out the one time this happened and he fixed it by jostling the fuel line.
