1996 Dodge Ram 3500 Dump truck, 4WD, 12 valve Cummins diesel with less than 100,000 miles. 10' hydraulic dump body. Boss RT 8' straight blade plow (working, in OK shape). Quick leaf box. New Chrysler injection pump throttle linkage. New tires 7500 miles ago. Brakes are 75%. Front end work and New Chrysler transmission at 80,000. AirDog fuel system with low micron filters. Gauge set with trans temp, exhaust temp, and fuel pressure. Digital brake controller. This truck runs down the road straight with excellent power. It starts up at any temperature or sitting for two months without issue. This truck is currently in use and the mileage MAY slightly go up. It is not being utilized enough to keep it. Bad: A/C ineffective. Paint has been touched up, nicks, chips, etc. Bottoms of doors and chassis are chassis waxed to prevent rust, can be removed with a pressure washer. Pintle hitch tight from only being used once or twice in the last 5 years.

This one is completely rust free (see underside photo) it runs and drives excellent. Has a brand new $1500 clutch, new shocks, 6 new tires ($1700) 2 brand new 1000 CCA NAPA batteries, we inspected the brakes, serviced the oil, fuel/air, filters etc. This truck needs nothing but a bed of your choice and a job to do, it is ready to work.Options and Drivetrain: Equipped with a very strong 6.7L Cummins turbo diesel engine, 6 speed manual transmission, factory exhaust brake, 4WD. The gray cloth interior is clean, non smoking, equipped with tilt, tint, cruise control, AC, tilt out tow mirrors, seating for 6 and everything works as it should.This is a very clean truck, straight body, will represent you well on the jobsite.Though in excellent overall condition, this is a used 8 year old van and as you would expect there are imperfections, scratches, dings, wear, etc. I am being very "nit-picky" on some of this stuff because I value my reputation/feedback.There are some small holes in the dash from previous communication equipment and a few lightly soiled areas as you would expect in a work truck (see photos) Every big Dodge/Sterling 5500 we have bought/sold has had a small red security light blinking on the dash and this one is no exception. It does nothing, is a common issue (the guys at our local Sterling dealership laugh about it) it affects nothing but should be mentioned. The Story: This is a hard to find 5500 crew cab flat bed and an awesome truck, 4WD with power everything and ready to work. This truck was adult owned, never abused, non smoking, non chipped. It starts, runs, drives and stops excellent in every way and will not disappoint you. Options and Equipment: Has a super strong running engine, auto trans, keyless entry, power windows/locks, cruise control, tilt wheel, AC, tint, factory trailer brakes, factory exhaust brake, tow package, receiver hitch, turn over ball, heavy duty flat bed, clean, non smoking gray cloth interior, good glass, new tires, stainless wheel covers and never any rust (see photos underneath) We installed 6 new tires, gave this truck a full safety inspection, oil/filter/fuel filter change, checked all fluids, air filter, inspected the brakes and undercarriage, has been cleaned/detailed inside etc. Though in excellent condition, this is a used 6 year old work truck and as you would expect there are imperfections, scratches, dings, wear, etc. I am being very "nit-picky" on some of this stuff because I value my reputation/feedback. The Story: This Sterling Bullet Dodge 5500 dually crew cab truck was part of a fleet we purchased in New Mexico, was very well serviced and maintained. This truck is in great shape, the cab body is straight and very clean, never any rust of any kind, please see photos of underside. I've driven this truck more than 75 miles, it's tight, drives excellent, no squeaks or rattles and has tons of power. If you need this truck as a cab and chassis only we can work something out to remove the bed and discount the price. Options and Drivetrain: Equipped with a very strong Cummins 6.7L engine, auto transmission, 4WD, class 5 receiver hitch, new heavy duty shocks front and rear, all six tires match and are in very good shape. The 11ftX8ft Frontier flat bed is brand new and maybe the nicest one I have ever seen, has a head ache rack, stake pockets, goose neck hitch and more. Inside is equipped with power windows, locks, cruise, cold AC, heated fold out tow mirrors, fog lights, non smoking and everything works as it should. What We Have Done: We installed new batteries, preformed a complete fluid service with new oil, oil filter, fuel filter, air filter, etc. This truck needs nothing, is job site/work ready, will represent your company very nicely.
