This is a very clean, and much loved, one owner car that is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition. The owner leased the car for the first three years and then purchased it at the end of the lease. There are just three small flaws: the right headlight has a horizontal crack running less than halfway across; the left outer tail light is cracked and missing a piece about one inch by one half inch which is taped over; there is what appears to be some moth damage to the carpet on the driver's side which is normally covered by the carpeted floor mat. These are all shown in photos, and despite them this is still a stunning and beautiful car. The car had some minor parking lot damage in 2011 at which point the car was repainted to a high quality standard, and the headlight and tail light cracks are from that time. The car was driven very little since then, and the owner always intended to replace these items eventually, but at this time he has stopped driving and is offering the car for sale. We have serviced this car in our shop since 2008, and since the car has been driven only a little over 2,000 mile since then, it has needed little service, mainly just oil changes and fluid checks; spark plugs and the battery were replaced in 2012. This car is in very good condition for a 19 year old car. It has a few blemishes and scratches but nothing major. Engine and transmission run like a top. Interior looks good except for a small burn on the leather in the back seat driver side. All electronics work although the convertible top will leak hydraulic fluid if you use it in automatic mode, so I just keep it in manual. The trunk can not be opened with a key or electronically, which is caused by a bad lock cylinder I believe. A quick trip to Jaguar will fix that. I took the stock air box off but I still have it. No accidents and a clear title.

Up for grabs is this ultra rare, very low miles 1996 Jaguar XJS convertible 2+2, Celebration model. This is the last year of the famed Jaguar XJS convertible, and prices are already starting to rise. This car features just 67,200 miles and was previously owned by an elderly gentleman who babied it and stored it in a garage (current owner is a collector who is thinning out a collection). Florida and Tennessee car with a clean CarFax (two owners)! All power features work, no rips or major wear in the seats, power top is fully functional and does not have holes, and the engine purrs like a real Jaguar! In-line six cylinder motor produces 237 horsepower, and the motor is VERY clean. This Jaguar does not drip or leak any oil, and has been very well cared for. Within the last couple of weeks, this Jaguar was inspected and serviced by a Jaguar-specialist mechanic, fluids changed, so it is ready to drive! I will try to describe our jaguar to the be of my knowledge. We have our beautiful jaguar XJS convertible up for auction. Here is the entire store. We bought this car are rarely drove it which is why the miles are so low. To our mistake, we left our car sitting in the garage for about 1 year without turning it on or driving it. Finally we got it started but thats when the problem began. The car starts and drives, but does have an idol to it. When driving and coming to complete stop, at times it will die, but will start back up with turn of key. We arent car mechanics so we arent sure exactly what happened or what it will require to fix. Has brand new battery and starts, but does carry this problem. Interior in nice condition and pretty solid. Exterior will need to be repainted due to sun damage. Very nice car and quick head turner. maybe just a tune up, but who knows. selling as is and all sales final. please ask questions before bidding. engine light stays on. will need a tune up. This car is being sold as one to be fixed up though doesnt seem like much is required. Please only bid if you plan on investing some more into it. Buyer is responsible for towing or pick up. I wouldnt trust driving the vehicle long distance. Come with everything you see in the pictures. convertible top and cover, wood grain dash and knobs. Nice high class vehicle.
