I bought this gem in August of 2015 and it's been a great vehicle to have. I've re-upholstered the front seat bottoms and added an LED light bar, the updated audio deck is a JVC CD/DVD with iPod compatability. I upgraded the speakers to Alpine units in the doors. The license-plate frame rear-view camera displays on it as well. I've done regular maintenance with synthetic oil and it burns maybe 1 quart every 1,500 miles. I had the differential fluid replaced last year. There is a brush guard in the front and running boards on the sides. It comes with an additional set of mud & snow tires mounted on Toyota wheels. I bought a set of third row seats which haven't been re-upholstered, but they come with it as well.

I have a 1997 Toyota Land Crusier that I would classify as in above average condition. It does have a few dings nothing major, the paint is smooth and shines for its age, a little spot of rust behind the drivers side rear door once again nothing major, but will need attention at some point.The interior is nice with the exception of the driver seat, it could use a new seat cover, but is not terribly bad. The carpet and headliner is great. Door panels are perfect. The vehicle has never been smoked in. The drive train is perfect, the motors runs great, transmission shifts smooth and 4x4 system works with no problems. No leaks! Does not use oil! It does not have the wheel lock system! Undercarriage looks good. Things that have recently been completed: -Change both front and rear differential fluids-Changed Transfer case fluid-Changed engine oil and filter-All new raitator hoses/clamps/fluid-All new fan belts-New muffler ( I deleted the cat converter so check engine light Is on) converter can easily be added if important to you, I will take care of that if needed.-New Nitto 285 all terrain tires-New Weather Tech Floor liners from front to back-New Hood Latch and cable Things it that can be done:-It needs new radio ant. mast, motor works fine but the mast is broke off.-Front drivers seat cover This vehicle is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction at anytime. $1,000 is due immediately after auction ends and balance due within 72 hours.

Just passed California smogg..ready to roll. This old faithful land cruiser will take you there. 3rd owner, I've personally known the other two. I love this car, but just had a baby, so it's time. I'm downsizing in order to prioritize. This truck runs good and as many land cruiser fans know, this is the last one. A great!!! It's a 40 th anniversary and is labeled on the console #1487. There is a very limited production of the anniversary edition. Wether your looking to drive a beast of an suv made back when vehicles were still made with metal, or an enthusiast looking to completely restore a true classic, this is your ride. The motor was rebuilt at 250749. New radiator,water pump, ignition wires, distributor cap, spark plugs and more at the time of the rebuild. Have all paperwork to prove. All power windows and door locks in working order. No visible rust or leaks. Sunroof functional. The driver side seat motors are good, but the tilt button fell off, I still have the button. The passanger front seat motors work with the exception of the seat forward function it does not.

I have recently done the following: New Michelin LTX tires all the way around, new brakes, oil change, new front shocks, new front wheel bearings,new motor mounts ( all 3 ), new windshield, new front leather, new leather on original steering wheel, new paint (see details on Facebook...Bufffalo Body Works), Powder coated brush guard, new floor mats included. The vehicle runs perfect. Does 90mph on the highway smooth and steady. Tight turning radius. Perfectly balanced. Does not eat tires or brakes. We get 45K out of the Michelin LTX every time. Alignment is perfect. A/C is original and blows ice cold. The transmission is all original and never opened. Shifts perfectly. Overdrive button perfect for downshifting coming off the highway. This car is all original. I have never replaced the alternator, a/c compressor, or water pump. I replaced the radiator about 4 years ago. Belts are good. Quiet. Uses about a quart of oil every 1000 miles. Power everything. Front seats are in fully extended position which is perfect for drivers 5’6” and taller. Front/back seat motors are fried but recline/upright motors work normally. Lumbar support works normally. 3rd row seating included and fold up perfectly. All leather. No tears. Purchased as wood trim delete. Rear heater works fine. Sound system is original. I installed an amplified subwoofer which can be easily removed. Otherwise, the stereo is stock. Speakers need replacing. All books, key fobs and all 3 original keys included. I have photos from 1997 and 1998 when I first bought the Landcruiser in Gainesville, Florida from Gatorland Toyota. I am reluctant to sell it, but I have too many cars and this is a good one for anybody who knows the heritage and reliability of these vehicles. They are truly amazing considering how over- engineered they are and how little they use tires or brakes. This is a very unique, reliable and well cared for Florida vehicle. Asking $18,500.
