"Buy it now" auctions may end at any time if the buy it now feature is exercised or a "best offer" is accepted. I seldom end "no reserve" auctions early. However, I reserve the right to end any auction without notice at any time for any reason in my sole discretion. 3. Completing the Transaction 3.1. Contact Me. If you are the winning bidder, congratulations! You must contact me within 24 hours of the end of the auction to make arrangements for the completion of the transaction. Many of my auctions end well after normal business hours, so sending me a message through eBay is generally the best way. 3.2. Pay a Deposit. You must also pay a non-refundable $500.00 deposit via PayPal within 24 hours after the end of the auction to secure the vehicle. 3.3. Pay the Balance Due. You must pay the remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes – please see 3.5, below) within 3 days after the end of the auction. 3.4. Payment Methods. I accept wire transfers, cashier's checks, and cash in person (under $10,000 only). I accept PayPal for the payment of deposits only. All funds must be in US dollars. 3.5. Fees and Taxes. 3.5.1. Dealer Fee. I charge a $250 dealer fee, which will be added to all transactions. This includes winning bids, buy it now prices, and best offers accepted. I don't make exceptions for other licensed dealers. 3.5.2. Sales Tax. 3.5.2.1. Florida Buyers. I am required to collect sales tax at the rate applicable in your county at the time of sale. 3.5.2.2. Out-of-State Buyers. If you have the vehicle shipped to your location, I do not collect any sales tax; you will be responsible for paying your state's sales tax directly. If you come to Florida to pick up the vehicle at my location, I am required to collect either your state's sales tax, or Florida's 6%, whichever is less. Generally, you will receive a credit in your state for sales tax collected here. If I collect our 6% because your state's rate is higher, you will be charged the balance in your state. I always recommend you check with your local tag agency first; although the vast majority of states have a reciprocal sales tax agreement with Florida, a few do not. Some states also have specific forms or procedures that must be used for out-of-state purchases. 3.5.3. Tag & Title. 3.5.3.1. Florida Buyers. I am required to handle your tag and title work, and I collect an estimate of those costs at the time of sale, which range from $100 to $450 depending on your specific situation. If the actual cost of title and registration is less than the estimate, I will refund you the difference; if the actual cost is more that the estimate, you will be required to pay the difference before getting your tag and title. I do not make any money on tax, tag, registration and title fees I collect. 3.5.3.2. Out-of-State Buyers. I will provide you with the vehicle's title, and you will be responsible for handling the tag and title work in your state. 3.6. Exchange Documents and Signatures. There are, unfortunately, paperwork requirements for completing the transaction, which vary depending on whether you are from out-of-state or not. These will be discussed when you contact me initially. 3.7. If You Fail to Pay or Communicate with Me. I expect the transaction to go smoothly. However, if you fail to (i) make contact with me, (ii) pay the deposit, (iii) provide me with required signatures/documents, or (iv) pay the remaining balance (including applicable fees, taxes, and charges), within the timeframes set forth herein, I reserve the right to keep your deposit and re-list the vehicle or otherwise sell it as I see fit, without notice, in my sole discretion. I also reserve the right to report the issue to eBay in my sole discretion. 4. Take Delivery of Your New Vehicle 4.1. Shipping. It is frequently less expensive to have a vehicle shipped to your location than it is to fly in and drive it back, and certainly more hassle-free. I can assist you in finding a shipper and can get very competitive shipping quotes. You pay the shipper directly and are responsible for delivery arrangements. I assume no responsibility for damage to the vehicle incurred after it leaves my premises. Your vehicle will be available to ship out once full payment is received and has cleared; I send out titles once payment has cleared and all other paperwork requirements of the transaction are completed. 4.2. In the mid-'90s, Chevrolet's visionary Impala SS brought a new sense of cool to the full-size segment. And in the '80s, it was this car: Buick's bad-to-the-bone GNX that proudly separated the winners from the losers. All black, all business and so ruthless even your shut-in grandmother knows it means trouble, this exclusive coupe backs 360 lb./ft. of turbocharged torque with sinister aesthetics and an ASC McLaren-tuned suspension! BODYWORK/TRIM Capitalizing on the success of winning NASCAR's 1981 and '82 Manufacturer's Cups, Buick kicked off the Grand National legacy by introducing a specially tweaked version of their 1982 Regal. However, it wasn't long until GM's conservative luxury crew assumed the full identity of renegade performance division by slathering black paint onto highly modified G-Bodies that featured unique and menacing aesthetics. And, in 1987, the brand shunned all brightwork, sourced some serious performance bolt-ons, printed a batch of "GNX" emblems and announced the "Grand National to end all Grand Nationals". This GNX's wet-looking coat of GM code 19 Black highlights original sheetmetal that's both crisp and sharp. The car's vertical panels center straight surfaces in even gaps, showing no signs of damage or accident repairs. And, topped by great looking, factory-correct trim, the finish is every bit as glossy as it is deep. ENGINE Speaking of survivors, and GM's core strengths, if anyone ever creates an ultimate engine survivors list Buick's stalwart, 231 cubic inch V6 will surely be at the top. Introduced as the Fireball, and eventually renamed the 3800, its early '60s design was sold to Kaiser, bought back by General Motors and, with the help of turbos, superchargers and continuous improvements, would remain one of the company's core powerplants until the turn of the century! In addition to compounding tweaks accrued during the life of the Grand National series, the original sixer behind this coupe's Vader-like grille benefits from significant mechanical improvements. For starters, GM sourced a better version of the car's Garret turbo that featured a ceramic impeller and larger intercooler. A CERMATEL-coated connection pipe marries that re-engineered blower with its Jet Black foundation. And a specific EEPROM makes sure everything plays well together. Those carefully calculated upgrades were good for a newly impressive 276 horsepower and substantial 360 lb./ft. of V8-slaying of torque. For sale is a 1998 Buick Regal GS with 140,000 miles on it. These cars are known to last a very long time. It has the desirable V6 Supercharged motor that makes 240HP and you will know it. The car is used, has typical wear, tear, and a few blemishes but it does run and drive and is inspected till August 2015. Has plush heated leather seats and power everything for a nice comfortable ride. Heat and AC work great. This car is also a non-smoker. The fuel pump was just replaced with a brand new one a few weeks ago. It's my brothers car and he is only selling it because he just bought a larger vehicle. Asking $1400 or best offer AS-IS. First come First serve. It does have a few issues that I am aware of, such as: An exhaust leak which is noticeable when it's started. Not sure exactly where it's leaking from but does appear to be near the front of the car. Possibly the flex pipe. The child-lock window button is broke on the driver's side door and therefore only the driver can roll down the windows. Should be an easy and cheap fix to just replace the bezel. Plus the buttons are worn out anyway. The rear view mirror is cloudy and should be replaced. The temperature display screen does not come on. But the heat and the AC still work. Should be a cheap fix if you really care. The headliner is starting to come down in the rear. The remote for the keyless entry does not work. May need to be programmed or a new battery. My brother said it did work before. The shocks that hold up the hood need to be replaced. Cheap fix. Lastly, the car does studder from time to time during acceleration. No check engine light but the car is due for a tune up.
