An unmolested, 2 owner car with NO ACCIDENTS / DAMAGE / NEVER SMOKED IN.. The original Red paint has an amazing glow w/ no fade or markings. The exterior trim, moldings, handles, window glass, emblems, roof panel, rubber seals and all else are in perfect condition. The 16' rims are clean and the Uniroyal W rated tires have 95%+ tread. Never mistreated or driven hard. Exterior is a solid 9.5 / 10. On the inside, the Beige interior still looks, feels and smells crisp. As you can see, the interior has limited wear. The door panels, dash, center console, buttons and faceplates are unmarked. All of the switches ( power windows, door locks, cruise, antenna, and 6 way power seats work without issue. The Bose stereo system sounds great. The undercarriage is dry / rust free. Inside, it is a 9.75+ / 10. Mechanically, it starts, idles, and drives smoothly as a fine tuned machine should. The V8 engine performs efficiently on all levels. Has had all of the Dealer pertinent and preventative maintenance done with only MB parts. Recent oil, alignment and drive belt done. It shifts and handles like a well oiled machine should. The a/c is cold and the brakes have plenty of pad left. There is nothing that needs to be done for quite some time. Just keep 93 gas, do the synthetic oil and this baby will take exceptional care of you for years to come.

The body looks straight and the paint is shiny and bright and looks good overall, but it does show some dings, scratches, etc. The tires are match set with good tread. There are no cracks in the windshield, but it does show some typical road wear, rock chips, etc. It has the typical scratches/dings/dents/rock chips that you'd expect, that are consistent with age and use on a 1998 convertible, but it still has an overall nice look. Please look over our many pictures and give us a call if you have any questions or would like us to do a walk around. We take over 80 pictures of each vehicle. Interior The interior of this SL 500 is in overall good shape. The leather looks good overall, but does show some wear and blems here and there. The carpets are in good shape overall, but do show some blems. The key fob is inoperable. The radio is inoperable. The headliner has been cleaned and has a good overall look to it. The air blows cold - we ran it for over 30 minutes while taking pictures. It doesn't appear to have been smoked in as there is no odor of such. It has the typical light scuffs, blems, etc. that you'd expect on a used vehicle, but it still has an overall good look to it, and it certainly looks to have been taken care of. Mechanics This V8 starts right up and idles fine and has good power and acceleration and drives straight down the road. It has a good solid feel to it. Brakes feel good. We’ve inspected, serviced and detailed it and it’s ready to drive wherever you need.
