I am the second owner. An adult non-smoking female.I bought the CRV and have been driving it since 17K miles. The car is good for a new driver and it is still running strong with 234K miles and has many more to go. There is one mechanical issue that just came up. The car needs an exhaust system and catalytic converter. I priced the parts for about $600 and labor $300 but decided to sell the car at a lower price instead of doing the fix since I have another car to drive. The average selling price for this car, even with the high mileage, without any mechanical needs would $2,900.00. I am selling it for $2,000.00 and if you are mechanical and can do the repair you will have a better deal. The CRV has always been dependable. The motor and trans are still very strong and the ride is solid and still smooth. I have maintained the vehicle with regular oil changes and any needed maintenance. The all wheel drive makes it good in snow and gets great mileage. The AC/Heat works great. The interior is good. There is a little ding on the rear driver panel from when I backed up into the neighbors lawn service vehicle parked right behind my driveway, but it doesn't cause any issue at all with the functions of the car. Our CRV is in great condition and has been maintained meticulously. We have the service record log available for you to review. The only reason we're selling is because after driving my manual car my wife decided she wanted a manual transmission also so we got her a manual crv similar to this one! The chassis has 246,000 miles on it. The motor was recently replaced with one from a 2001 crv and is in great running condition at only 168,000 miles. This motor had the valves adjusted when it was installed and the inside of the motor is very clean and well maintained with Honda OEM timing belt and components. I have the vin history report of the crv it came from if you'd like to see it. The auto transmission was rebuilt 15k miles ago with a new torque converter and has been shifting perfect ever since. The body has no rust and paint is really good. It has typical dings but they are hardly noticeable. The interior is in excellent shape and shows hardly any wear! One cool thing about this year of crv is the rear/trunk floor pulls out and doubles as a picnic table! Very functional little suv! Factory alloy wheels Factory roof rack Anti-lock brakes Power mirrors A/C works great Heater/defrost works Everything on this crv works perfect and it'll make a really reliable vehicle for someone for many years to come!Thanks for looking.
