It has high mileage, (more highway than city) but starts & runs great and has needed very little repair over the years. It has always been a very dependable vehicle. It has a new radiator, newer tires, distributer, front rotors, It needs a little work, but nothing major. heater works great! It has the 5.7 V-8 engine. Uses no oil. 2000 Chevy Express with Salvage Title Bought this a couple of months ago as a project vehicle. Had rear bumper and minor side damage which made resulted in vehicle being declared a salvage (see pics - last pic shows damage - No frame damage). I installed a new bumper and had the vehicle pass VA safety inspection. I have a salvage title assigned to me but am not a dealer hence cannot reassign the title. (VA requires repaired salvage vehicles to be re-inspected for road worthiness by DMV officials or state trooper before a new title can be re-issued and though I cannot guarantee that the vehicle will pass the test, I believe the van is up to standard to pass the test - based on the fact that it passed the safety inspection).The clear coat on the top roof is peeling, and the damaged side will need paint touch up.Interior condition is ok but the the front and middle seats have repairable tears at the seam (easy fix for a restoration expert)The vehicle had an old tube TV which I donated to goodwill with the intention of buying a new one costs$ 120 + depending on model.
