This is a 2000 Ford Expedition (5.4 Liter Gas) we have had for years and recently replaced with newer model. Its been a good truck but now need some TLC to get back on the road ,or it would be great for a parts source. I will list the defects below so no surprises for anyone buying. The truck is still running and can be started at will. The drive train is still perfect including the 4 wheel drive with no clunks or leaks. The motor has no noticeable smoke or loud knocks ( other than some cold lifter noise ). It does have a plug miss under load that recently cropped up after sitting for over 6 months. The body overall is still pretty solid with no major door panel or rocker rust. The AC was still working when we parked it. The left rear brake line cracked and sprung a leak the last time I drove it around the block so it will need fixed before driving. The windshield had a crack in the center although it passed the last state inspection. We had just put 4 new 17" all weather tires on this before parking it and they are still perfect. Could be put back on the road fairly easily for a cheap winter vehicle or use it for body and drive train parts. I am located in Dilliner, PA ( 10 miles north of Morgantown, WV) Clean PA title in my name on hand. Email for more info if needed. This Expedition has the Triton 5.4L engine and towing drive train that is known for its longevity and toughness. In addition to all time 4 wheel drive, it also has 4L, 4H, and overdrive/not options. This vehicle is considered to have the TOW Package, but brake controller absent. Air conditioning blows magnificently cool. It's had all of the recent "services" including plugs, fuel filter, air filter, oil change, and a new battery in August. Tires are in great condition, plenty of tread. It has passed NC state inspection easily during the time I've owned it. I have towed some heavy things with this truck, and it performed like nothing was attached to it. I just had an exhaust manifold leak repaired. I've never smoked in this vehicle. I don't have any reason to believe any P.O. has either. I purchased this vehicle from a private seller who was not driving it while in law school. She bought it from a small car dealer. History beyond that I do not know. It does not have the original Expedition floor mats, however it does have nice thick mats plus heavy duty rubber vinyl floor mats. Most interior wear (exception the leather driver's seat) could probably be removed by a good detailer. The outside - probably easily addressed as well. There is some rust at the interior bottom seam of the doors. I'm selling a vehicle made for towing and performance that also happens to be in really good shape cosmetically. It is 15 years old. It is not perfect cosmetically. I have not had any mechanical difficulties with this vehicle (except the exhaust manifold leak), just routine maintenance performance, including new motorcraft spark plugs this past July.
