The Story: This wheelchair lift equipped high top handicap van was lightly used, fleet maintained and came to us from the dry southwest (rust free, see underside photos) desert. We inspected the brakes and mechanicals, installed a new windshield, had it cleaned, gave it an oil change/filter service and it is ready to get to work. This van starts, runs, drives, stops excellent in every way and will make someone very happy to own it. Condition, Options and Drivetrain: This 1 ton van has been heavily modified with a high top roof conversion, a Braun Millennium Series wheel chair lift, custom seating etc. The body and paint are excellent, under the hood is a very strong 5.4L Triton V8 engine, auto transmission, the tires are like (90%) new, new windshield and more. The non smoking interior is clean, equipped with cruise control, front/rear AC/heat, AM/FM stereo, tilt wheel, tinted glass and everything works as it should. This van needs nothing, is ready to roll and will not disappoint you. Though in excellent overall condition, this is a used 8 year old van and as you would expect there are imperfections, scratches, dings, wear, etc. I am being very "nit-picky" on some of this stuff because I value my reputation/feedback. There is some minor damage where the wheelchair lift has contacted the side doors (see photos) There are some scratches on the rear bumper (see photos) There is some tape on a lower dash panel, I will try to replace with something better (see photos) There are some little pin holes in a dash panel to the right of the steering wheel.There is some minor discoloration/wear marks on some of the seats (email for photo)There are a few little normal wear/tear scuffs and stuff but nothing worth photographing. I am 40 years old. I don't beat on my vehicles or take them "mudding." I drive the truck. It went from getting 12-13 mpg to 18 mpg. The picture shows the truck computer saying 20mpg. That is a little optimistic. I have done the math on a few tanks and it comes out to about 18 mpg over all. That is not just highway. That is around town and everywhere all together. The kit really makes that much of a difference. It has a great tow tune and the only thing I have had a chance to tow has been my small 6x12 work trailer. Which you can't even tell is behind the truck. The difference in the way the truck drives and the mileage is well worth the kit. The trucks can easily handle these kits and it has only been on the truck for 9,000 miles. Some people assume these kits are put on to beat on the trucks and that is not the case. It truly makes the truck run like it is supposed to run from the factory. I bought the truck to then go buy a 5th wheel trailer and use it for camping. My plans have changed and unfortunately I can't keep it to not use it for what I bought it for. Too much truck to just have sitting around. I can't use this as a daily driver so it has to go. Great truck. I love every time I drive it. People always compliment the truck and everyone likes it.
