I am looking to sell my Miata. It's been my daily driver for 3 years, I am getting rid of it because I purchased a new car. Let's get the bad stuff out of the way first.Bad: Back will need repainting. Antenna broke off at car wash. In January, I got into a minor rear end accident. Cracked headlight does not work. I do have a new headlight that I will throw in, never been opened sitting in the box. I do have an error code of P0106, but have had so for well over a year, and driving it without any trouble. The interior is not in good condition. I have attached pictures.Good: Car runs great, while I did not take good care of the exterior, I did take good care of the car, mechanically wise. I have replaced the calipers, cam sensor, the ignition coil pack (twice), the timing belt was replaced shortly after purchasing it. The car itself should last a long time, there are no leaks, or rust. I can provide paperwork confirming said repairs. Note: PayPal vehicle deposits are NON Refundable.

That is now obviously no longer the case. I have all documentation and receipts of work done. 2. Fresh timing belt + water pump, all seals pulleys and front timing cover @ 77K-ish all replaced with brand new Mazda OEM parts. Done by Master Mazda Technician "Chip" at Hall Mazda in Virginia Beach (have all paperwork) 3. Engine oil always changed every 3K or every 2-2.5 months with Eneos 5W-30 oil and K&N HP-1008 oil filter (I stock this in my garage, all my cars use ENEOS everything) 4. Racing Beat Ignition wires - 10K miles on them so far 5. New NGK Iridium IX - Heat Range "7" plugs 6. New coil packs installed - 10K miles on them so far 7. 2000 Mazda MX-5 Miata Clean Title (Bitcoin Accepted) ALSO ON CRAIGLIST LOCALLY, I WILL CANCEL THIS IF IT SELLS LOCALLY. This Miata began to make a knocking noise and was garaged hoping to get it fixed while I drove my other car. Haven't had a chance to get this car to a mechanic and the car has been sitting for a few months. Now I'm moving to a different state and I'm going to have to cut ties with this car if someone is willing to take over. The car is on a non-op title now. The car has been in the garage long enough for the battery to die as well (which is why the odo number is approximate) . ~120,000 Miles (Battery is dead, record on the title says 113,870 miles, but the car has a few thousand more miles after that record was taken. It's less than 120,000 miles but because I can't give you an exact reading without going out and buying a battery I rounded up to 120,000. You'll be happy to see a lot less on the actual odo when you give it some life again.) All of the interior is in good condition, the seats have regular wear on them. The shift knob is the only wood that is worn, you can't really see the numbers anymore but I kept the stock nardi knob because it is nice. You could polish it if you wanted but that would ruin it for me. The softop is in good condition, never used it myself much because I either had the roof off and the softop down or the hardtop on. It's showing a little age with some darker spots in the leather where the leather touches the frame. Hardtop is in good condition as well. The main side weatherstripping for the soft and hard top are both very new, but the front stripping on the hard top where the roof of the Miata meets the hardtop looks like it has leftover silicone sealant or something similar that was used by the PO (I've left the residue out of fear of scratching the paint) The paint is in pretty good condition, there are a few scratches that have been covered with touchup paint and some areas where you can see swirl marks but for the age of the car it is overall pretty good. I've noticed that the paint of the bumper has started to fade at the very bottom compared to the rest of the car which you notice if you're laying down behind the car in direct sunlight working on it... The worst scratches on the car are two on the back bumper near the third brake light, and of course the front lip has a lot of dings and scrapes that you can't see unless you get down there. Overall I would put the paint at an 8/10 but I would recommend getting the car detailed so it's nice and shiny. The car has all oem parts except for a Roadstersport Midpipe California legal catalytic converter. Passed smog perfectly with the midpipe a few thousand miles ago. I took a look at the install job on the midpipe and I personally would get the midpipe reinstalled because they used gasket goo. A working condition (PO said it was in almost new condition and I never used it) stock Mazda midpipe/cat will also be included unless you don't want it. Spark plugs, oil, air filter all changed at least every 5,000 miles. Spark plug wires, coolant etc also changed frequently. Timing belt and water pump were replaced by mechanic only a few months before the car was put in the garage. Obviously they've been sitting though, so all wear and tear parts should probably be inspected / replaced. The tires probably have been deformed from sitting as well. The engine and radiator are both almost empty, but some fluid has been left inside just to be safe. Happy to work with you to ship this car, have you come pick it up, and happy to deal with Cashier's check, Bitcoin, Cash, really anything that works for you and isn't sketchy. Hello. Today I am listing my 2000 Mazda MX-5 Miata. Currently it has 562400 miles, but the miles will increase as I drive it regularly. The interior is in excellent condition. There are no cracks on the plastic. The seats are very clean, the driver seat has a small tear in the seam. It has an automatic transmission w/ overdrive. It also has power windows and an aftermarket CD/MP3/USB Kenwood stereo. The top is in excellent condition, with no rips or tears. The exterior of the car is really good for its age. The paint itself still shine very well. The passenger rear quarter panel has two dents from a previous owner scraping the side of something. The front bumper was bottomed out . In comparison to other Miata's of the same age it's very clean. The engine has been very well maintained. It runs excellent and just recently had a new battery installed. The tires only have 5K miles on them and were install last year just before winter. I have personally cleaned the upper intake manifold, EGR valve and just changed the oil. There are no fluid leaks or unusual noises. The check engine light is on, but when read, an emissions problem. Possibly an O2 sensor or issue with the cats.
