Vehicle Description Thanks for looking at our auction. This vehicle has been described to the best of our ability trying to describe/state all we know and observed about this vehicle. We are however not qualified mechanics and there may be other defects present which are not apparent to us at this time. This is a good running 2002 Mercedes ML320 with 3.2L V6 engine. I have driven this car for a few days in town and on the highway and it does run well. General Condition: We would rate this vehicle 2.5 on a scale of 1-5. A vehicle rating of 3 would generally mean: Grade 2.5 – Below Average Specific Vehicle Condition: The exterior and interior show some wear and tear consistent with the year and mileage. The leather seats show wear (front seats are ripped) but the carpets are clean, stain free and have no rips or tears. . Please look at all the pictures in detail as they are an important part of the listing. The engine starts first time and idles smoothly. The transmission engages and shifts well also. The vehicle seems to be in good mechanical condition for a car with 240k miles. Electrical components and accessories have been tested and checked out ok. These include: power windows door locks sun roof air conditioner radio cruise control power mirrors power seats The vehicle has 4 matching Bridgestone tires with more than 50% life left. DEFECTS: ABS The ABS/Brake lights are on. The car will need the ABS module repaired or replaced for these lights to go out. The car drives great in spite of these. CEL The check engine light is on. I scanned the car and the code was P2143 EGR circuit. The car will need a new EGR valve to fix this issue. INTERIOR The drivers side rear window regulator is bad. The passenger side rear door panel is ripped. I have stated these defects noted so that potential buyers have all the information needed to make a decision. I am selling my Mercedes ML500. It has been and continues to be a great car. I recently replaced it with a model with less mileage. I have never had any major mechanical issues with the car. The car has a $2500.00 Kenwood stereo system complete with DVD, phone and navigation. It is a wonderful clear system that includes a large subwoofer. The body is in good shape; the rear bumper cover was backed into and cracked (can be easily replaced). The body includes a wonderful automatic tilt slide-back sunroof that functions perfectly. No leaks! There are a few minor dings here and there but the body is in great shape otherwise. The alloy wheels are solid and in great shape. The car has new Michelin tires with plenty of tread life on them. This car holds the road!! The powerful 8-cylinder engine purrs like a kitten and has received regular tune-ups and oil changes with Mobil 1 synthetic oil. The car shifts smoothly and solidly. The air conditioning is very cold and the heater is hot. The car has been kept in a heated and air conditioned garage. The interior is leather and there are no tears or major creasing. The carpets are clean and even the floor mats are good. The drivers matt is a little worn but can be easily replaced. The dash and doors have a beautiful Burl-wood finish that is stunning. The leather clad doors add a touch of class and are in good shape.
