These trucks (SUV's) are inspired by the Avalanche and are very versatile not to mention very desirable. You will not find many in this condition with these miles and especially not this beautiful color combination. This EXT is finished in a very hard to find 'Green Envy' over tan leather. The only color this hard to find is the 'Out of The Blue' aka 'Arrival Blue' which were made just as scarcely. There are several black, red or white ones available but I have not seen one of these on Ebay in a VERY long time. This Caddy is loaded with everything except for a leaky moonroof and a factory navigation system that fell out of date years ago, your iPhone or Android has a better and more up to date map, I do laugh when people get hung up on factory Nav in a vehicle thet is 5 years old or older, it's useless. It DOES have all the stuff you DO need like On Star, BOSE premium audio, Xenon headlamps, power folding mirrors, heated seats, power adjustable pedals, chrome alloy wheels, parking sensors, traction control and on and on. The 90 full sized photos below tell the story, take time to look them over including several of the spotless undercarriage that still retains it's original manufacturers tags on the suspension components, Delphi ID stickers on the fuel tank and Stabilitrak shocks as well as the 'chalk markings' on the frame and brake parts, amazing! The body of this Escalade is impeccable with absolutely no dings, dents or scratches. You will maybe find a few very small stone chips up front and a couple scuffs around the middle step pad on the rear bumper but other than that it's spotless. It has a pinstripe with a really cool and subtle graphic, that can be removed if not to your taste. All trim, lights, lenses, emblems etc are all in great shape as is the removable tonneau cover in back. Tires are nearly new and are a matching set of four, over 80% tread life remaining, the chromed alloy wheels are excellent as well and are clean front and back-side. Glass is great also, windshield is in great shape, sides and rears are lightly tinted (the rear doors and back are factory privacy glass). Inside this EXT, you will be impressed that there is little to no wear. The leather seats are supple and soft, even the bolsters on the driver's side show hardly any wear. Carpets are free of stains, dash and door panels are all in fantastic condition, headliner is clean with no sagging, tears or burns as this is a non-smokers vehicle. There are no tobacco, musty or foul odors, just the aroma of fresh leather. It comes with all the factory floor mats, owners manual, both keys and remotes so it's very complete. Mechanically it's top notch. It was meticulously serviced, you can see the previous owner even stuck a reminder on the air-cleaer box under the hood when it was last changed and there is an extra cabin filter in the glove box. On top of that, I have just serviced it including oil change, full transfer case service, transmission fluid check, A/C service, tire rotation and brake inspection. It's absolutley ready to go. It is smooth, powerful, quiet and it drives incredibly smooth, just as you would expect from a low mileage Cadillac. These do not come along often, you will not find another in this condition, this clean, this complete, from a rust-free climate and fully serviced anywhere for any price, so, for an impossible to replace fully loaded luxury SUV, $16950 is very reasonable. If you don't want to spend that much, I fully understand, but remember, the nice ones aren't cheap...and the cheap ones aren't nice, you get what you pay for. These trucks (SUV's) are inspired by the Avalanche and are very versatile not to mention very desirable. You will not find many in this condition with these miles and especially not this beautiful color combination. This EXT is finished in a very hard to find 'Green Envy' over tan leather. The only color this hard to find is the 'Out of The Blue' aka 'Arrival Blue' which were made just as scarcely. There are several black, red or white ones available but I have not seen one of these on Ebay in a VERY long time. This Caddy is loaded with everything except for a leaky moonroof and a factory navigation system that fell out of date years ago, your iPhone or Android has a better and more up to date map, I do laugh when people get hung up on factory Nav in a vehicle thet is 5 years old or older, it's useless. It DOES have all the stuff you DO need like On Star, BOSE premium audio, Xenon headlamps, power folding mirrors, heated seats, power adjustable pedals, chrome alloy wheels, parking sensors, traction control and on and on. The 90 full sized photos below tell the story, take time to look them over including several of the spotless undercarriage that still retains it's original manufacturers tags on the suspension components, Delphi ID stickers on the fuel tank and Stabilitrak shocks as well as the 'chalk markings' on the frame and brake parts, amazing! The body of this Escalade is impeccable with absolutely no dings, dents or scratches. You will maybe find a few very small stone chips up front and a couple scuffs around the middle step pad on the rear bumper but other than that it's spotless. It has a pinstripe with a really cool and subtle graphic, that can be removed if not to your taste. All trim, lights, lenses, emblems etc are all in great shape as is the removable tonneau cover in back. Tires are nearly new and are a matching set of four, over 80% tread life remaining, the chromed alloy wheels are excellent as well and are clean front and back-side. Glass is great also, windshield is in great shape, sides and rears are lightly tinted (the rear doors and back are factory privacy glass). Inside this EXT, you will be impressed that there is little to no wear. The leather seats are supple and soft, even the bolsters on the driver's side show hardly any wear. Carpets are free of stains, dash and door panels are all in fantastic condition, headliner is clean with no sagging, tears or burns as this is a non-smokers vehicle. There are no tobacco, musty or foul odors, just the aroma of fresh leather. It comes with all the factory floor mats, owners manual, both keys and remotes so it's very complete. Mechanically it's top notch. It was meticulously serviced, you can see the previous owner even stuck a reminder on the air-cleaer box under the hood when it was last changed and there is an extra cabin filter in the glove box. On top of that, I have just serviced it including oil change, full transfer case service, transmission fluid check, A/C service, tire rotation and brake inspection. It's absolutley ready to go. It is smooth, powerful, quiet and it drives incredibly smooth, just as you would expect from a low mileage Cadillac. These do not come along often, you will not find another in this condition, this clean, this complete, from a rust-free climate and fully serviced anywhere for any price, so, for an impossible to replace fully loaded luxury SUV, $16950 is very reasonable. If you don't want to spend that much, I fully understand, but remember, the nice ones aren't cheap...and the cheap ones aren't nice, you get what you pay for.
