Selling a well kept 2003 jetta diesel sedan 5 speed with an alh engine. This car gets over 50 MPG. Only modification the car has ever had is a .658 5th gear upgrade. The 5th gear lowers the rpm by 400 from original 5th gear. It still pulls just fine up hills with all the torque this engine has. The car has a salvaged title because of minor crash that caused the front and back bumper and hood to be replaced. Parts were replaced with like color car so all paint is original. The car was never repainted. The only thing is the headliner sags because it was washed improperly. At 80k miles I had the timing belt changed with waterpump, serpentine belt, thermostat, engine oil with filter, transmission oil, and fuel filter along with pollen filter replaced. The car currently has 83xxx miles. I still drive it so miles will change slightly. I have included pictures of damaged car and what caused it to carry a salvaged title. I bought this car from a family member for my Grand daughter who lives in Florda, so I made sure everything was in good condition, up to date inspection and maintenance, etc. I was going to drive to Fla. to deliver the Jetta to her, but father got her another car from his friend. oh well. RARE, 2003 VW Jetta GLI VR6 6-Speed manual. My VW has been family owned since new. I have all service records kept in the glove box. The VW mechanic who has been servicing my car says that my car is the best running VR6 he has worked on. Most recent service that I have had done included new brakes and rotors, replaced all ignition coils, charged A/C system, newer battery, oil change, 4 brand new Pirelli tires, and just tinted the windows a few months ago when I moved to Florida. It runs great and is fast, you shouldn't have any service to do on this car for a long time. It has had a complete tune up and all fluids changed about 5K miles ago.
