The ultimate mid sized work van, it's a mystery why Chevy discontinued in 2005. I have owned over 10 Astros in my time and they are reliable, safe, efficient work vehicles that will easily run for 200k miles. This vehicle is in very good condition and runs great. It was used for my former Audio/Video company which I closed.The van is equipped with a Security divider and complete modified contractor bin and shelf package. The interior is clean and organized.The exterior is in very good condition with a minor bumper dent. Tires are in very good condition. Engine runs strong and smooth. Minor issues include:One of the electric door locks do not work.Blower does not work on High intermittently.Minor rear bumper dent. Minor dents or scratchesLow battery draw from radio causes battery to drain after weeks of no use, so I have the radio fuse disconnected. Call or text for info or appointment.

Up for sale is a very nice 2004 Chevy Astro. I have had the van since July 2008 when it had 36K on it. The van has never been smoked in. It will seat 8 and has the nice LT interior package. It is loaded with Ice Cold front and rear A/C and keyless entry and power everything. I upgraded the brakes to some heavy duty slotted drilled vented Discs with heavy duty pads. The van came factory with the full tow package, but never have a hitch on it till June 2013 when I had one custom built (because I still wanted easy access to the spar, and many bolt on hitches do not allow that) so I could tow a Motorcycle to NH on vacation. Since then it has only towed my little 14' Whitehouse antique boat, which weighs less then 1200#. We use the van for our family trips, many to NH and Cape Cod, WI, IL, and the such as it is a great highway cruiser. I can get 20+ on the highway cruising 70-75. Has newer set of 90K mile Michelins on it. I had it tuned up at 95K and at that time I also had all the shocks replaced. Has an aftermarket large DVD in the rear with 2 wireless headsets and ports to use you X-Box or the such. The CD player is also newer and is setup with Bluetooth and also has the hands free kit for your phone. All leather interior is in good shape with no rips. Carpet has always had mats on it, but still has a stain or 2, but pretty good overall. Van runs and drives great with no issue, no engine lights. Everything works as it should. I have both key and fobs, the original jack has never been out, the spare has never been used and I have the owners manual. I just replaced the Alternator in Dec and the battery last year. Oil changed every 3K always, and the Trans every 40K. All maintenance has been done on time always. Also, I have never use this as a cargo van, I have a truck for that, I took the seats out only for these pics so that you could better see the floor and the side trim. The van uses no oil or other fluids between changes and is ready to go. This is a used 2004 Chevy, so of course there is no warranty expressed or implied. This is a 2004 Chevy Astro passenger van that has been converted to a work van. It has a 650lb Tommy Gate lift in the back of the van. The van has both front and back A/C that blows cold, however the front blower needs a little work. It blows cold, but isn't blowing out of the dash vents very well. Blows cold out the back vents. The van is a All Wheel Drive. It has never been driven in the snow/ice or exposed to salt/sand roads. I do not have the third row seat. The van is in overall good condition, however it will need a new windshield soon. It passed inspection last month with no issues. It has had regular oil changes and routine maintenance. Tire tread is good and they are heavy duty tires that are 8 or 10 ply. Very minor damage to the passenger rear quarter panel below the tail light. Van is in overall good condition.

Mechanically this van is solid. Motor sounds healthy through all the RPM's. Trans shifts great through all the gears with no funny shifts or slipping. Drives down the road well. Front end feels nice and tight. Tires and brakes are good. A/C is ice cold. All around seems to have been well cared for over the years. Cosmetically it's in great shape as well. Paint shines beautifully in the sun. Body is nice and straight with the exception of a ding or two. Inside you'll find a nice and clean cargo area complete with bins. Smells good inside and hasn't been smoked in or beat to bits by a demolition crew. Overall a very wholesome van that anyone would be proud to own.
