This has been a daily driver for the past 12 years. I stopped driving it regularly a couple of years ago and when I went to start it had intermittent starting issues. In the past 6 months, the coil, in-tank pump, and ICM + ballast resistor were replaced + coil wire. We got it running again, and then had the same no-start issue occur again. I've run out of time to fix and need to store another vehicle where it's parked. These are really cool BMW's - classic look, real bumpers, great road feel and handling, cheap parts, easy to work on, and strong enthusiast community to boot. Also a great platform to upgrade suspension and/or drop in a 3.5 liter or V-8. Possible Restoration candidate. I have quite a bit of documentation on the vehicle and a bin of spare parts. * Clutch and clutch cylinder were replaced around 2010* Previous owner upgraded the front seats to D&W Recaros - very grippy!
