This '13 Caprice 9C1 is a very rare find produced by Holden on the same GM Zeta platform which was used on the G8, Camaro, Chevy SS and CTS-V with an LS based V8 and rear wheel drive. It was bought in as new condition by me in July of ‘15 with only 67 miles from a Chevy dealership inventory and has never seen municipal service. It was considered used when I purchased it but that was just to get around the GM ban preventing sales to civilians. The car has only been driven in summer months and is garage kept. It is in great condition showing minimal wear and has a bunch of civilian options including center console and carpet using original GM parts, hands free Bluetooth…... If you are considering a 7 to 9 year old G8 with 80,000 miles this is a great opportunity to get a several year newer car with factory warrantee. Ive owned over 30 1994-96 LT1 B-body cars including 9C1s and know a good one from a so-so one,this is a good one. This is a low mileage 9C1,that was NEVER used for police work......ordered brand new by the Bordentown NJ fire department,(15 minutes from me)and remained there in service from 1995 till late 2013 driven by one fire chief all those years........I have a copy of its window sticker showing all options and its original build sheet.Lots of maintenance paperwork too since new.Since it was never beaten on for police use it is a fantastic running car..... I am the second owner.......I recently installed the following: 4 new severe duty shocks to replace its originals.....brand new fuel pump and sender....just as a precaution, since it still had its original,working perfectly but i change them automatically when that old...fresh oil and filter fresh transmission fluid and filter.I installed a 95 caprice factory cassette radio so my iPod and or phone can be used through a cassette adapter...sounds great.....I installed a 95 caprice sport package leather steering wheel to replace the 9c1 foam wheel that was dry discolored and brittle......It has quiet factory dual exhaust....It has 4 good firestone tires...It runs fantastic and can go anywhere and do anything,and needs nothing right now......and of course as you most likely know, ,its fast as all get out,even by todays standards.......I drove these 1995 9C1s when they were brand new and I remember most of our lighter weight unmarked 9C1s were just a bit quicker than our automatic mustangs side by side. It has the rare power drivers seat,and rare factory door panel ashtrays on both front doors.Has the working spotlight, ticket light,and dual inside trunk lid lights.Ordered with factory wheel covers over the factory 9C1 wheels that are underneath.Has its 9C1 spare.It was NOT ordered with cruise control.Unlike most 9C1s,It has its interior lights operating by any open door,and the rear doors windows and locks work inside and out,as a civilian caprice would.All 4 windows work as they should with no broken rollers or guides. It has its low gear shifter lockout.It has the 3.08 disc rear with g80 posi option(yes even 9C1 cars had positraction as an option NOT standard) it has its 4 wheel disc brakes with working ABS....its certified speedo works as it should......It has cold A/C and hot heat with a recent heater core.....it has its green hoses with a new heater core inline restrictor.....no sludge at all in the cooling system that is a common sight on higher mile LT1s.New coolant and thermostat.Everything works on this car.There are no service or check lights on. The fire departments easy pass tag(blue) is still in the window(forgotten I guess) and there are FD mats in the trunk as seen in the photos.The fire chiefs business cards come with it too.I have 2 keys,it does NOT have keyless entry.This car has no fluid leaks...... You can still find these 9C1 cars beat to death and with a million miles....low mile fire chief 9C1s are hard to come by,and perfect low mile 9C1 cars sell for a fortune. I just bought another cummins diesel truck,so need the space for that.......that said, I'm selling this at a pretty good loss,so I'm not anxious to sell,low ball offers will be automatically declined.I don't NEED to sell but I priced it to sell. Cosmetically the interior is nice with no dash cracks or seat tears,the rear seats look unused.The headliner has some water stains on its edges stemming from the roof holes where the light bar was,not being plugged when it came out of service.They are now plugged and water tight.Headliner is fine but id shampoo its edges.Car had 2 roof holes and one trunk hole.The hood and tops of fenders were repainted poorly in its life,and is chipping away,the hood was replaced most likely as it has no access for the caprice hood ornament.Many like these cars without the hood ornament ,I happen to like it with one,but its not there.Easy remedy should you choose to install one.I see no sign of prior damage or rust repair,and from the doors back is original paint.Drivers lower quarter very bottom outer has some rust...id repair that with a small cutout and paint the car.....thats up to you.A yard near me has plenty of perfect rust free lower sections for 40 bucks.If I keep the car thats just what ill do next.Zero rust on pass quarter.Common bottom of driver B pillar has the quarter size rust starting....this is NOT a rusty car...the battery tray is perfect as is the front wheel wells.Even the common spot on the drivers wheel well where the hood cable attaches is rust free.The trunk and rear wheel wells are rust free.The underside is in great shape,with no floorpan rot.Deposit due at auction close .Its still for sale till that deposit is submitted.Please no nonsense and be able to pay for and pick up car quickly.Thank you.Clear clean title in my name in hand.

EXTERIOR: paint is in overall good condition, top off the roof was plasticdipped which can be peeled off without any issues or harm to original good white paint underneath as I said it can be peeled off, has a couple nics in the paint in some places,Has 6k HID headlamps,Pass side rear door has a dent in it that you can see in pictures that does not affect the window going up or down nor the door opening and closing it more like an air dent popped in could be something as simple as popping it out I don't have time to work on it. Also side body mouldings were removed glue is still on body of car in some places, I did this to give body smooth body line look plus the trims were all moldy and did not look good. all lights gauges and whistles work on this car,cruise control works,all windows go up and down,door locks all work as well. This 1984 Chevrolet Caprice Estate "woody" wagon with the 3rd row jump seat will certainly bring back memories for many people. The car is an all original car from New Jersey. The original owners had the car until 2013, gave it to their grandson who had it only a few months. He didn't want it and decided to sell it to a gentleman that I bought it from, who only had it a couple months himself. He just bought it to flip and make a little money I believe. When I bought it a year ago (August 2013), it was still registered in the grandson's name (the second owner). Now, on to the description of this gorgeous vehicle. This Caprice Estate was never smoked in, was sparingly driven (as I said, it currently has less than 63,000 original miles), lovingly cared for and always garaged since new. Not only does it look virtually new, it drives like new! The original owner’s manual is still in the glove box. Included with the car is the original jack, jack instructions and a brand new full size spare tire. I have tons of receipts from the original owner validating the mileage which shows all the items done to the car over the years and very recently. More on that later. This 1984 Caprice Estate is now being made available to some very lucky bidder. The only reason I’m selling it is because I have my eye on another classic car I found. If it doesn't sell, I’m perfectly OK with hanging on to it. I'm in no hurry to sell it at all. I know what I have so I'm not willing to "give it away". This Caprice Estate was never hit and everything is in excellent factory original condition, including the paint and the "wood" decals. The car honestly looks like a two year old car. All the power windows and locks, lights, turn signals, horn, cruise control, gauges, wipers (and "squirters") and radio/cassette tape deck are in perfect working order. Remember that door buzzer/dinger when you inserted the key? Even THAT works perfectly! No electrical issues at all. The paint (which is 100% factory original, chrome bumpers (excellent original condition) chrome trim around the wheel wells, stainless trim and rubber trim are all in very good to excellent condition. Roof rack is in excellent condition. No rust or pitting anywhere on any chrome surfaces. This car handles beautifully and holds the road nice and straight at 40 MPH or 70 MPH. No pulling at all and is very tight and responsive. The car tracks straight when driving and braking. The brakes work beautifully with no issues at all. This Caprice rides on a new set of white wall all season radial tires mounted on the original factory wheels and original wire wheel covers to maintain its original factory look. The exterior is incredible! The ALL original cranberry color still shines like new! It has a few tiny nicks/blemishes here and there but from 3 feet away, they aren't noticeable. The floors and frame as well as under the hood and cargo area and wheel wells are all solid and rust free with no signs of rust or rot anywhere. Same for all the door jams and under the doors (see pictures). NO RUST ANYWHERE!! There is no way this car was ever driven in the winter. There is just some light surface rust underneath the car, typical for the age of the car. Nothing at all to worry about. All the glass is perfect. No chips or cracks anywhere. All the doors open and close effortlessly, just as new and all the door jams look new as well. NO RUST anywhere here. I JUST had the rear bumper fillers painted and installed professionally and really look incredible. Looks brand new again! The interior looks like it's a couple of years old and is 95% original! I had a new headliner and sun visors professionally installed ($750) using OEM matching color and material. Looks awesome! Nothing has been modified or “cut up” in any way. It looks exactly as it did back in 1984 and looks great. The upholstery, door panels, seat backs, carpet, headliner (no sagging, fading or rips), dash pad (no cracks or fading), chrome and stainless trim pieces are in excellent to near new condition. The rear cargo area pieces are in very good condition. Not perfect but very nice. This Caprice Estate is equipped with the original AM/FM stereo/cassette with front and rear speakers (which works perfectly), power steering, power brakes, electric clock (which actually works and keeps PERFECT time, cigar lighter (works great). The A/C blows cold with no issues (Still R12, not converted to R134). The heat works great with no issues. This Caprice has the original 305 V8 engine hooked to its original transmission with overdrive. Both perform as new. Absolutely no knocking, smoking or hesitation from the engine and the transmission shifts through the gears like a new car. No slippage at all. No leaks anywhere and no burning of any oil. It’s very smooth with no issues. I brought this car to the Woodward Dream Cruise (www.woodwarddreamcruise.com) last year and this year and “cruised” in 2 hours straight of bumper to bumper traffic just idling in 85 degree heat and the car didn’t miss a beat. The exhaust system is quite and free of leaks. The engine is smooth and powerful.
