Up for sale is a 2000 Acura TL with 195k miles. It is black with black interior. Clear title. It has the following standard features (everything works): - VTEC 3.2l V6 with 225hp- 5 speed automatic transmission with Sportshift- A/C- Cruise control- Power windows, power locks, power seats, power moonroof- Heated leather seats, heated side view mirrors- Front and side passenger air bags- Acura Bose sound system with subwoofer takes CD and cassette It has the following upgrades: - Acura rear spoiler- Acura premium chrome wheels 16"- Acura Wood shift knob- Acura Wheel locks- Aftermarket Ipod/headphone jack directly into the factory stereo I bought the car in 2001 with 24k miles on it. It still runs like the day that I bought it because: - It has been mostly garage kept for its entire life- I have had every 15k and 30k service interval performed on it- I always have had the oil changed at 3k intervals and have had the tires rotated at 7.5k intervals- I have maintenance records to show all of this.- I have always used premium fuel every time, no exceptions. (The car will run fine on regular fuel)- I set the parking brake every time I parked the car which takes weight off the transmission Maintenance notes: - Timing belt and water pump replacement at 105k miles- New starter at 178k miles- New rear tires at 175k miles, new front tires at 163k miles. All tires are Michelin and rated to 60k miles- New battery in Oct 2014- New brakes at 163k miles- New xenon bulbs installed Sept 2015- New transmission at 61k because of an Acura recall I have always used Zaino polish on the outside and Lexol for the leather inside. It has some scratches and dents on the bumpers and on the sides but definitely nothing that impacts the performance or engine compartment of the car. This car has served me well since 2001 and will probably run for a very long time. You'll be hard pressed to find a more mechanically sound TL of this age. Local pickup only in Seattle.
