Unveiled in 1954 Turin Motor Show the Giulietta “Juliet” was one of Alfa’s most successful family cars. Multiple versions were offered during its’ 11 year production, such as the Berlina salon, Sprint coupe, and Spider roadster. The Spider roadster was styled by legendary design house Pininfarina, which makes the Spider model one of the most desirable Giulietta. This Giulietta has been set-up for performance driving, perfect for hill-climbs and track events. Painted in bright yellow with black ascent’s no one will overlook this little Alfa Spider on the road or track. Since this car has been used for performance events the hood, trunk lid, and fender flares have been replaced with lighter fiberglass mounted using rivets. Overall the paint is in very good condition with only minor imperfections. The car is street legal in its current trim and sure to be a hit at on show or event. Interior: Vintage Corbaeu bucket seats Simpson racing harness Custom built internal roll-bar Original Alfa Romeo steering wheel Original Veglia gauges Black carpeting Floor mounted transmission shifter Fire extinguisher Exterior: Pininfarina designed body Light fiberglass hood, trunk lid, and fender flares Blacked out Alfa Romeo grille & bumpers Panasport aluminum “Minilite-style” wheels Falken Ziex 225/50R15 tires, minor wear Chrome side-view mirror on drivers side Mechanical: Twin-cam 4 cylinder Alfa Romeo engine Correct air cleaner housing 4-wheel drilled disc brakes Performance suspension, lowered 5-speed manual transmission New engine & transmission mounts The previous owner did an excellent job preparing this Giulietta Spider for performance driving, tastefully upgrading the weak points with higher performing parts. Modern sports cars do not have the razor sharp directness and agility this little Alfa has; the manual steering gives the driver perfect feedback. With the addition of the performance suspension and brakes this Alfa performs like a larger go-kart. This Alfa Romeo would make the perfect entry level sports car for backroad driving or sanctioned performance driving events. With the prices of these early Alfa’s on a constant upward spiral this is the perfect car to drive as it sits and restore over the years to come. It is a solid investment that is worthy of a full restoration with a handsome return. GET OUT AND DRIVE!!! After much deliberation, I’ve decided to sell my 1959 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider. I’ve owned and enjoyed this car for the past 8 years, but life is short, garage space is finite and it’s time to let another enthusiast enjoy this fun little car while I move onto something else. Description: According to the Alfa Romeo archives, this car, VIN AR149506512, was completed on April 8th, 1959 and imported into the US by Hoffman Motor Car Co. on May 12th of the same year. As a 750 series car, it features the purest iteration of Pininfarina’s original Giulietta styling, including the desirable shorter wheelbase, smaller tail lights and absence of “wing windows”. The car retains its original white exterior color, though it was repainted under prior ownership. The car presents quite nicely, but is not so pristine that it cannot be driven and enjoyed. Overall, the body is in good shape with some small chips and imperfections. There is a small dent below the right tail light and a very minor dimple on the hood. Both were present when I bought the car and could be easily repaired, but, as I purchased the car to drive, not show, I’ve chosen to leave them as is. The interior of the car is a definite highlight with fresh red upholstery, clear gauge faces, correct knobs, radio blanking plate and a nice crinkle finish on the dash top. There are two small cracks in the rim of the steering wheel, but, from what I understand, this is not uncommon. The car’s drivetrain has been upgraded to a slightly later, 105 series, 1600cc engine with 5 speed transmission, engine block# AR00536*11262*. This upgrade strikes a good balance between retaining the original feel and underhood aesthetic, while providing a satisfying increase in power and drivability. Under my ownership, I’ve installed a Pertronix electronic ignition kit (visually undetectable unless you remove the distributor cap) and a Weber DGV carburetor. Both modifications improve power and reliability, but both are completely reversible if they are not to your liking. To that end, I am happy to also include the previously installed Solex APAIG carburetor and air filter housing. These are significant, as even a reproduction Giulietta air filter housing sells for >$800. As might be expected of a 56 year old, hand built car, there are a few other minor issues worth mentioning: • Fuel gauge doesn’t work reliably • Driver’s side exterior door handle doesn’t work (though interior handle does) • Instrument lights don’t illuminate • Cabin heater doesn’t work • Trunk lid doesn’t latch • There are some marks on the windshield corresponding to the arc of the wipers • As with most older Italian cars, the engine leaks a bit of oil Additional items included in the sale: • Fitted car cover • Miscellaneous spares including the aforementioned carburetor and air filter housing • Giulietta shop manual • Laminated Giulietta wiring diagram • Car disk DVD with shop manual, parts book and various related literature and images Please contact me BEFORE clicking “Buy It Now”. This will give you an opportunity to ask any questions, request additional photos or (ideally) arrange an in-person inspection. This also reassures me that you are a legitimate buyer and gives us an opportunity to confirm transaction details so there are no surprises after you’ve already committed to buy the car. Vehicle is sold AS-IS with no warranty expressed or implied. Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE

While the original owner is now unknown, this Giulietta has been collector-owned for many years. Over the past five years many upgrades to this largely original car have been made. It has been documented by Alfa Romeo and is a numbers-matching, factory-correct car.  Motor Number 131540850.The original engine and drivetrain were completely rebuilt to factory specifications by noted Alfa specialist and long time racer, Dennis Pillar. This included bearings, pistons, valves and guides. The Weber carburetor was rebuilt, as was the transmission, along with a new clutch assembly. All mechanicals are in excellent condition and it runs and drives without fault. The car was recently re-painted, re-upholstered and carpeted in correct color and style. It was fitted with new radial tires and a new battery. It includes a spare wheel and tire and correct jack. It is ready for the road!It drives wonderfully with tight handling, plenty of power (and a great exhaust note). Just in time for the touring season, this is one that can be enjoyed now.Start your engine

You are bidding on a 1960 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sprint. Per Centro Documentazione: Chassis number AR 1493.22219 & matching engine number AR 1315.013171 was manufactured on the 11th February 1960 and sold on the 24th February 1960 in Milan, Italy. It was shipped to the US in 1982 and has been immaculately maintained during its existence. The 55 year old paint was a bit tired and the decision was made to strip and re-paint to match original Alfa Rosso. See additional pictures as they attest that ( www.bandlvintage.com ), this is an extremely rare example with absolutely zero rust anywhere. Close look at the existing rockers and pinch welds depict amazing originality and a true testament of an extremely well preserved original body that has never seen a weld torch. The bright work has been completely removed and while it may have been an 8 out of 10, it is now a 10 out of 10. The interior seats and carpets also restored to original finishes. This is considered a transitional car, thus the original headliner is a diamond shape pattern in lieu of the later 101 pattern. The remainder of the vehicle: undercarriage, engine, dash has never been apart or dismantled like many cars of this era. The ride is absolutely a pleasure and can be steered using one finger. Underneath the chassis, everything is very original and extremely solid. Brakes, suspension pieces updated, new exhaust system installed. Engine is a number matching unit and runs and idles like a dream. This is a rare opportunity to own what may be the best Giulietta Sprint in the USA. Every single bit on this car is original to the car. Excellent finish, great mechanicals and a true collectors dream. For additional information contact me at [email protected]

1957 Alfa Romeo Giulietta RoadsterMotoeXotica is pleased to announce our latest addition, a charming 1957 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Roadster. Unveiled in 1954 Turin Motor Show the Giulietta %26#8220;Juliet%26#8221; was one of Alfa%26#8243; most successful family cars. Multiple versions were offered during its%26#8224;11 year production, such as the Berlina salon, Sprint coupe, and Spider roadster. The Spider roadster was styled by legendary design house Pininfarina, which makes the Spider model one of the most desirable Giulietta. This Giulietta has been set-up for performance driving, perfect for hill-climbs and track events. Painted in bright yellow with black ascent%26#8243; no one will overlook this little Alfa Spider on the road or track. Since this car has been used for performance events the hood, trunk lid, and fender flares have been replaced with lighter fiberglass mounted using rivets. Overall the paint is in very good condition with only minor imperfections. The car is street legal in its current trim and sure to be a hit at on show or event.Interior:Vintage Corbaeu bucket seatsSimpson racing harnessCustom built internal roll-barOriginal Alfa Romeo steering wheelOriginal Veglia gaugesBlack carpetingFloor mounted transmission shifterFire extinguisherExterior:Pininfarina designed bodyLight fiberglass hood, trunk lid, and fender flaresBlacked out Alfa Romeo grille %26amp; bumpersPanasport aluminum %26#8220;Minilite-style%26#8221; wheelsFalken Ziex 225/50R15 tires, minor wearChrome side-view mirror on drivers sideMechanical:Twin-cam 4 cylinder Alfa Romeo engineCorrect air cleaner housing4-wheel drilled disc brakesPerformance suspension, lowered5-speed manual transmissionNew engine %26amp; transmission mountsThe previous owner did an excellent job preparing this Giulietta Spider for performance driving, tastefully upgrading the weak points with higher performing parts.
