Beautiful Alfa Spider Quad for sale by owner. Red exterior with black canvas top, grey leather seats with red stitching, red carpets. Well maintained and cared for. Absolutely no rust, as this car has lived exclusively in California and Texas. Top and tires are excellent. Less than 86,000 miles. The Quadrifoglio was the top of the line Alfa Spider and included factory air conditioning, upgraded wheels, enhanced exterior trim. Quadrifoglios all came with special gray leather seats with red stitching, red carpet in interior and trunk, and were offered in three exterior colors: red, black, silver. This car no longer has the hardtop which came with the Quadfoglio models, but I have seen used Quad hardtops available for sale for around $500. As seen in the photos, the car currently has a Momo steering wheel, but I have an original Alfa steering wheel which will go with the car. Also included will be a car cover and battery trickle charger. Everything works as it should on this car. Service within the past six months include new radiator, lower oil pan gasket, all new fluids including coolant, oil, brake/clutch fluid. Air conditioning just recharged and blows cold. This car turns heads and is ready to drive anywhere in style.

I am selling a 1988 Alfa Romeo Spider Quad. I picked it up not running or driving, it now runs, idles, and drives. I just got a new job, and I need to relocate and won't have a garage. So, unfortunately, I need to sell my Alfa. I am not one to hide anything or sugar coat. Looking to sell as soon as possible. Work Done:-New brake lines-New cap, rotor, wires, plugs-Four new calipers, and pads-New valve cover gasket Needs: -Body work, and a lot of it-Tires-Rotors Any questions, just ask 224-622-0137, call or text. Up for auction is my wifes 1988 Alfa Romeo Spider Quadrifoglio. The Quadrifoglio was the top-of-the-line Spider at the time, featuring specially designed leather seats, alloy wheels, air conditioning, redesigned front spoiler, side skirts and canvas top. The car runs and drives great. The engine was completely rebuilt about 5000 miles ago ( parts invoices alone where nearly $2300 ) and the clutch was replaced at that time as well. This is a low mileage car with only 77,010 on the odometer. The car sports a like new canvas soft top, hard top and top cover. I also have the original window sticker and dealer prep sticker showing car sold for just under $24,000 when knew ( which was a ton of money back then ). This is an excellent example of a 1989 Alfa Spider, It has a very nice bare metal re-spray in the original Alfa Rosso 130 "PPG" red. The Alfa has less than 100 miles since restoration and is showing no signs of being driven. The clutch and pressure plate were exchanged along with the drive couplings and A/C compressor, brakes were new when I received the Alfa. It has been tuned up, all new silicone vacumm hoses have been installed and everything works from the engines VVT unit to the interior dome light timer. The Alfa has the original Grey leather seats with Black and Gray trim panels with a Red carpet, a black soft top and a body colored hard top. This car has 37,487 original miles and is a VERY nice driver, the Alfa runs and drives nicely. This Alfa will be sold as is and has no warranty.

1987 Alfa Romeo Spider Quadrifoglio hard-top / convertible sports car. 2-Owner car. I am only the second owner. With 71,306 original miles. The Quadrifoglio is the high-end fully equipped version of the Spider. It is the only version that also includes a detachable hard top. Of course it also features the retractable soft-top convertible top. She's not perfect, she's just damn-good. Fun, fun, fun. A real head turner. Everybody points or stares, and smiles. She has always been garaged full time. It has never been driven in the winter a winter. She runs well, runs smooth. She turns over on first turn of the key. Tight, dependable. Has never broken down on me. Currently registered and inspected in New Hampshire. All original. Original black exterior. Original gray leather seats with original red carpeting. It has never been in an accident. Everything works. All the gages work. 5-Speed manual transmission. Good tires. New battery. The Quadrifoglio was the top-of-the-line Spider of the time. Features specially designed leather seats, air conditioning, power windows, redesigned front spoiler, side skirts, etc. In 1986 Alfa revamped their basic car structure which included a new & improved modern wiring system, so you never get the wiring issues that the earlier pre-1985 models often experience. A great, fun driving car. She's not perfect, she's just damn-good. Brakes have some very light surface rust that my mechanic said should just go away with use. I will assist in shipping, but Buyer is responsible for all costs.

Fun - Summer Time Car - "nothing says summer like an Italian Convertible"Selling my 1987 Alfa Romeo --- don't be afraid to "Make Me an Offer"!!!! I love the black Quadrifoglio's with the gray leather and contrasting red carpeting. My 1987 Alfa will need minor mechanical attention as well as some cosmetic attention.The engine is excellent and strong with excellent compression. The car runs and drives wonderfully in all respects. Just as you would expect with a 45k mile car however the exhaust manifold has a leak. This Quad comes complete with the original factory hardtop, original keys, owners manual, warranty book and Tool Kit. It wears all its original black paint from the factory. HOWEVER it does appear that there was cheap paintwork performed years ago. There are small dents, scratches and chips on most all panels but it would require minimal prep work for a proper repaint. It also has its original matching Quadrifoglio Pininfarina Hardtop, Paint is peeling on Hardtop and it will need repaint (see photos) a special design for this top-of-the-line model that had a $22,500 MSRP!!The sporty interior is all original. The original gray leather seats are in OK condition (see photos) and may be used as is for many years. The drivers seat and passenger seat is a little dry and both have a seam split. Door cards will need to be fastened to the door -- the clips that hold them are loose. The original carpeting is in very nice condition both in the passenger area, the storage area behind the seats and in the trunk. We love the bright red carpeting! It looks stunning in the otherwise conservative black and gray color scheme. The dash pad has one small crack, (see photos) The soft top will need replacement - it is deteriorated but attached to the bows.Rear Trunk Badge is there but wil need to be replaced - faded out. The stereo, horn, blinkers and emergency lights are not presently functioning. The air conditioning is working however it is not blowing cold however the A/C fan works. Wipers -- headlights -- Park Lights all work. The original Alfa stereo and cassette player is not powered up and we believe the power antenna also is non-operational. The tires are in ok condition - thread life looks good. The larger but lighter weight 15 inch Quadrifoglio wheels are unique for this model and are in good condition.The brakes and handling of the car are fine. There are no squeaks and rattles. Tires are in OK condition --- they look average - however while the size of the tires are all the same the make of the tires are as follows --- rear tires are Pirelli and Dunlop on the front. My overall opinion of the car is that it runs - drives - stops - shifts through all gears fine but needs to be sorted out --- if you have mechanical ability / Body Shop ability you can fix this solid Alfa up and enjoy it for years to come. Incredible offering for the top of the line 1988 Alfa Romeo. The title is CLEAR, the car is SMOGGED, The Narni steering wheel is a collectors item in itself..this one is signed as well.The tires are great. No second gear grinding, new belts and hoses 3 years ago when I bought her.The former owner reupholstered in a hip red and black with red leather, no cracks on the dashboard, great mileage, she doesn't use oil! The top and back plastic window are original and in great, clear shape, This is a third car for me, and I am buying a a new horse. Would like to sell my other pet.There is discrepancy int he title Carfax shows there was a salvage title in 1996. This is consistent with an known accident by the original owners, however the DMV or EBAY Experian never show a salvage title. This car does not drive, or handle like there are any issues. The retail is 12-`14 thousand because of this blemish I have priced her at a starting price of 7700..00 This is a wonderful car, and so much fun.

It is the Right Color, is in fatastic Condition, has every Option including the Factory Hard Top. This Spider is incredibly clean, with Very Very Low Mileage and spent it's life covered in the owners' garage. Every where you look this car is very clean. It was his pride and joy. We purchased it from the from the second owner directly. The gentelman was 82 years old and purchased the car in 1989,from an Alfa Romeo Dealer. He owned he car for nearly 25 Years, it even has the Original Booklets in the Glovebox. This is a very sought after Italian Collectible. An Alfa Romeo Spider Quadrifoglio that is in this condition with the a clean history basically a One Owner, with the very low mileage are getting hard to find. The Quadrifoglio is very different from the regular Spider. It has the color keyed body kit with front and rear spoilers, Special Wheels,different interior and where only produced in 3 colors Red, Black, and Silver, it also came with Factory matching Hard Top. QUADRIFOGLIO HISTORY: At the turn of the 20th century, motor racing was an incredibly dangerous sport that often claimed the lives of its most talented drivers. This story has an element of tragedy, but first, we must begin with Il Commendatore himself, Enzo Ferrari. It's hard to imagine a world without Ferrari, but early in his career, the great man was struggling, out of work, and broke. The situation was so desperate that Ferrari contemplated suicide. Sometime in 1919, however, at his local watering hole Vittorio Emanuele, Ferrari began talking to Ugo Sivocci, who at the time was working with the small automaker CMN. The two made fast friends, and over subsequent months the poor Ferrari often dined at Sivocci home. As soon as Sivocci had an opening for his new friend, he offered it, a move that would forever alter the course of automotive history: it was Sivocci who first put Ferrari behind the wheel of a racing car. Together, they devised novel ways of testing their machines. For the 10th Targa Florio, they drove their cars to the start line using public roads, and at one point at night while driving through the sparsely populated Italian countryside the pair were attacked by a pack of wolves! When Ferrari was hired by Alfa Romeo, he extended the same favor to his friend Sivocci, who soon followed him to the more prestigious marque. Together with Ferrari, they formed two of the four slots on Alfa Romeo's first factory racing team-the other two drivers were Giuseppe Campari and Alberto Ascari. Of the four, Sivocci was quick but often not able to secure victory, earning him the reputation as a driver who never had Lady Fortune on his side. The 1923 Targa Florio would be different, however, and Sivocci was so fed up of his bad luck that he decided to add a symbol of luck to his Alfa Romeo racing car: a four-leaf clover. Sivocci won the 1923 Targa Florio-and, apart from his talent behind the wheel, it seemed as though the Quadrifoglio helped win him the race. But was the symbol to overcome superstition or for some other reason? As historians write, the cloverleaf may have been a way for spectators, road users, and other competitors to more quickly see Sivocci's car from a distance: don't forget, the roads raced on were often unpaved and dusty. Sadly, the Quadrifoglio couldn't save Sivocci, who died later that year during practice for the Italian Grand Prix at Monza-the now well-known symbol hadn't yet been painted on his Alfa Romeo P1 race car. His death was recognized in a symbolic change to the Quadrifoglio: before Monza, the clover sat inside a white diamond, each point said to represent each of the Alfa Romeo factory drivers. When Sivocci died, one of the points was removed, creating the Quadrifoglio triangle emblem that continues to this day. Now used as a symbolic link to Alfa Romeo's rich racing heritage, the four-leaf clover can be seen on sportier trim levels of the company's sedans, coupes, and hatchbacks-a small reminder of the friendship that forever changed the lives of Enzo Ferrari and Ugo Sivocci. Overall condition 7/10, 5 speed, hard top, one owner, Never driven during winter.Garage kept during winter. Keep in mind this car is 25 years old. Took it for inspection last week-brake master cylinder leaks ( old cracked seals )-clutch master and slave cylinder needs new seals as well- oil pan gasket leaks in few places ) gasket needs to be replaced )- could use new motor mounts- pinion seal on differential leaks too. Car starts right up. Drove it for few miles everyday. I would say this car is 7/10. Local pickup only, NO RETURNS, Cash in hand.
