The engine runs good, no knocking or smoking. Transmission shifts smooth ,and the brakes work ok. The body is in great shape, with what looks like one repaint. The floor boards do have very little rust by the drain plugs (SEE PICTURES). The trunk floor is in excellent shape with no rust. The seats have been re-upholstered and are in nice condition. All the glass is in good condition with no cracks or breaks. The rear vent glass pieces are also with the vehicle but need to be installed. There are several loose parts (SEE PHOTOS) for the vehicle. 1971 Alfa Romeo GTV VIN AR1532718 Tipo 105.51 I am offering this car from my collection. This is very unique car since 71 GTV is very desirable year on GTV's, unique color of rare original Grigio Indaco 735 (gray) factory color and stock 1750 engine was replaced with 2.0L which make the car more fun to drive. Current mileage is 71,380 and I believe is accurate. I recently invested about $10k in mechanical work including rebuilt transmission, new clutch, steering box, new radiator and etc.This work was performed by local Alfa mechanic. Engine was rebuilt about 2 years ago with less than 1000 miles on the rebuilt engine.Overall this car mechanically is perfect. Originally car lived in Southern California car and moved to Texas. Car was returned to California in 2009 when previous owner purchased the car. I purchased the car about a year ago and major service has been done to the car including rebuilt transmission since I purchased the car. I have a lot of service records on the car including most recent work that was performed by local Alfa Romeo mechanic to make the car perfect. Brand new seat covers front and rear. Beautiful Alfa Spider Quad for sale by owner. Red exterior with black canvas top, grey leather seats with red stitching, red carpets. Well maintained and cared for. Absolutely no rust, as this car has lived exclusively in California and Texas. Top and tires are excellent. Less than 86,000 miles. The Quadrifoglio was the top of the line Alfa Spider and included factory air conditioning, upgraded wheels, enhanced exterior trim. Quadrifoglios all came with special gray leather seats with red stitching, red carpet in interior and trunk, and were offered in three exterior colors: red, black, silver. This car no longer has the hardtop which came with the Quadfoglio models, but I have seen used Quad hardtops available for sale for around $500. As seen in the photos, the car currently has a Momo steering wheel, but I have an original Alfa steering wheel which will go with the car. Also included will be a car cover and battery trickle charger. Everything works as it should on this car. Service within the past six months include new radiator, lower oil pan gasket, all new fluids including coolant, oil, brake/clutch fluid. Air conditioning just recharged and blows cold. Extremely clean 1987 Alfa Romeo Milano. This particular Milano has lived in the Southwest its entire life, and was owned by the president of the Scottsdale chapter of the AROC at one point. Car runs and drives great. Has a bit of a grind (synchro) going into second gear, however shifts well otherwise. Paint is in fair shape with some fading, however the car appears to be rust free. Recent maintenance (last 5,000 miles or so) includes a new clutch, new battery, timing belt, water pump, ball joints, control arm bushings, recent tires, ac compressor, and countless other items. The interior presents well, however there is some fading. The driver's door panel shows wear and has a few small punctures in the arm rest area. New custom fit floor mats were recently installed. Has a few typical "alfa quirks" but is a great driving example of a Milano. I have a folder of recent services totaling over $10,000 in maintenance. The car starts right up even after sitting for weeks at a time. There are no noticable leaks. I am out of storage space and need to make room. This car was driven sparingly from 1960-1971 then was parked in a dry West Texas garage. It has 27,249 actual miles. Very solid, straight, complete and correct. We have very detailed pictures posted here, minor rust in spare tire well, minor rust in rear floor, some minor bubbling in lower rear doglegs. This has to be one of the best originals in existence. The lacquer paint is heavily checked; the interior is all original and survivor quality. Original jack, spare, tool kit (almost complete missing pliers and screwdriver). Original owners manual kit. The engine turns over freely it is not stuck. We have not attempted to get it running. We believe that a fuel system clean/rebuild and hydraulics this car would run and drive. All 5 tires match but would not be safe to drive on. The car appears to be correct and complete with exception of passenger front fog light lense, this was the actual reason the car was parked. A new lense could not be located. It is a numbers matching car with all build/ID tags still on the car. Other Italian Spiders of this vintage are now unobtainable due to sky rocketing values. This car was driven sparingly from 1960-1971 then was parked in a dry West Texas garage. It has 27,249 actual miles. Very solid, straight, complete and correct. We have very detailed pictures posted here, minor rust in spare tire well, minor rust in rear floor, some minor bubbling in lower rear doglegs. This has to be one of the best originals in existence. The lacquer paint is heavily checked; the interior is all original and survivor quality. Original jack, spare, tool kit (almost complete missing pliers and screwdriver). Original owners manual kit. The engine turns over freely it is not stuck. We have not attempted to get it running. We believe that a fuel system clean/rebuild and hydraulics this car would run and drive. All 5 tires match but would not be safe to drive on. The car appears to be correct and complete with exception of passenger front fog light lense, this was the actual reason the car was parked. A new lense could not be located. It is a numbers matching car with all build/ID tags still on the car. Other Italian Spiders of this vintage are now unobtainable due to sky rocketing values. There are 2 recent sales of 2000 spiders in the $150k range and many experts feel that these are way under valued. We could not find a replacement distributor cap, this is the reason the prior owner parked the car. Also includes factory shop manual.The engine starts easily, no smoking or knocking, 55-60 PSI oil pressure. We also flushed radiator and put in fresh antifreeze so the car can be shipped worldwide. Please watch the video of the engine starting, running and oil pressure gauge. U.S. car engine number located on intake side of engine is AR00526*23805* Body number stamped on passenger side firewall is AR170322 Alfa Romeo tag on firewall reads Giulietta Spider Type 10103. Odometer shows 61,880 and is believed to be actual. This is a very solid dry car with rust confined to passenger side rocker panel and lower front fender; floors are very solid including trunk floor. Please view all 87 detailed pictures. This will be an easy restoration or service hydraulics and drive with patina. We have not serviced the clutch or brake hydraulics. The engine is sound, plan on a fuel system cleaning and valve cover gasket at minimum. This car is titled as a 1963 but from several replies it may have been built in 1960 please do your own research. The number on the title matches the car. There are two extra blocks that go with the deal 1st engine number is AR1315*40367* 2nd is AR00536*16155* if you have a source to decode these please send us a response and we will post in this auction. Up for grabs is my 1986 Alfa Romeo Quadrifoglio with soft and hardtop. As you can see in the pictures this car has been well taken care of. The car is ready to drive. In the last 200 miles I have changed out the belts, thermostat, water pump, oil change, transmission oil change, and differential oil change. The Yoko tires are very meaty what I like is that the little things like the power windows, power mirrors all work. This was the Cadillac of the of the Alfa Spider line. She has a new Bluetooth stereo and Pioneer speakers on rear deck. Clean title and registered as a classic car in Texas. She starts with ease, runs very well and I will throw in all the extra parts I have for her including a car cover. The cloth top has no tears and in almost new condition (as you can see in pics).
