I am married with 2 grown sons, 2 great daughters-in-law, and 3 wonderful grandsons. I started this business with a different vision in mind, a vision where my name is more important than money. I run my business based on principles of honesty, integrity, and most of all the Golden Rule: "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." Also I wanted to keep the prices down, so I saw the need to eliminate a lot of the overhead that most dealers have. By doing this, I have a much smaller markup on my cars. We are a very unique dealership. We will not have a negative transaction no matter what!It can be a stressful thing buying a car, and even more so buying it off the computer. We want to eliminate any worry. You can save a lot of money through us because of the way we run our business. Two practices that make us different than most Ebay dealers. #1 We don't practice shill or fake bidding. Many of the cars you see on Ebay are being shilled. That is, dealers are having their friends and family bid against you. One way to catch this is to look at their previous sales and on-going auctions. Usually you will see the same 10 or so bidders on almost every car. This is illegal and we don't do it. #2 There are a lot of scams on Ebay where people win an auction and then send in a deposit, never to hear anything ever again. That is why we ask you to give us a call before placing an offer, or hitting the buy it now so you can talk to a human being and get detailed information on the vehicle. We desire to get back to the old fashioned way of doing business where a man's word is true. The car is powered by a rebuilt 440 engine that Keith bought near Covington, Georgia. The Torque Flite automatic transmission is rebuilt, as well as the rear-end with 3.73 gears. The paint is nice, this is an original Go Mango Orange car. The exhaust system has the loud and deep Muscle Car sound with single chamber Flow Master mufflers. Tires are B F Goodrich mounted on Turbine wheels. Nice Saddle Tan interior. Working Dixie air horns and a booming sound system. Viintage heat and air system. Power steering, power brakes and drums all around. Glove box is signed by Bo and Luke Duke, John Schneider and Tom Wopat. HISTORY: This car was born in the St Louis, Missori plant and lived in in San Antonio, Texas for many years before Keith boutht it and brought it to Tennessee in September of 2002. It was built with Go Mango Orange paint, white vinal roof and a 318 engine. The vinal roof was off and car and repainted when Keith bought it, no rust at all on top where roof was. Keith did paint eh Confederate battle flag on the roof. He replaced the 318 engine with a 440 out of a Georgia police car, we did rebuild it. he rebuilt the rear-end, it was a very high ratio, he put a 3.73 ring gear and pinion set as well as bearings. His friend at Pro Torque transmission shop rebuilt the transmission. He has less then 300 miles on all the rebuilt drive train. After driving the car 2 or 3 times a year he has decided to sell it and buy a new car. He did store the car with air plane car, because is does not die and damage parts. 91 pictures below, just scroll down to see them all. VIN: XH29G0G227093 and it does match the VIN PLATE. HOW IS THE ENGINE: Its a 440 that Keith bought near Covington, Georgia. Covington is near where the first few episodes of Dukes of Hazzard was flimed. It was stored in a barn and past owner said it was out of a Georgia police car. The block was cracked due to fozen water so we replaced it with a good block from a local MOPAR mechanic. We did use the heads, crank, rods and other parts of the original engine. Take a look at the picture of the giant exhaust manifolds. We put new rings, bearings, timing chain, timing gears, cam, lifters and oil pump in the engine. He also had a local auto machine shop rebuilt the original heads that we got from the police engine. The engine runs good and I see no leaks, hear no knocks or rattles and see no blue smoke. Keith says the engine has 300 miles on it at the very most. HOW IS THE TRANSMISSION? Its a 727 Torque Flite. Keith had it rebuilt by his friend at Pro Torque Transimmions. The 727 is a 3 speed automatic. HOW IS THE REAR-END? I hear no whines or growls, its is rebuilt with 3.73 gears with less then 300 miles. HOW IS THE GLASS? Windshield was replaces by Keith and looks new with new rubber. Side glass old, but good. HOW IS THE CHROME? New front and rear bumper not long ago. Door handles original and pitted, gas cap good, but has small pitts. HOW IS THE PAINT JOB? When you look down the sides of the car it is very straight, I see no dents, no dings and no rust bubbles. The paint has a very good shine. If you look with a critical eye you can see that the top and hood are a little different shade, but not bad enought for Keith to redo them. Its a good paint job, just like most and not perfect, you can find a spec if you look for it. No one other than us has ever said a thing about it, "its always the hit of the local car show". AIR CONDITIONING and HEAT is a new Vintage air system. Old heater box is available if you want it. WHEELS AND TIRES: Turbine wheels with BF Goodrich tires. 14 inch on front and 15 inch on rear to get the stance Keith liked. Tires are 235/60s. EXHAUST SYESTEM: Nice aluminized pipes with Flow Master single chamber mufflers, it has a real Muscle Car sound, it is loud and deep. WHAT IS THE SOUND SYSTEM? Pioneer radio with CD, sub woofers in trunk, amps and speakers in kick panel and rear package tray. It sounds good! DO THE DIXIE HORNS WORK? Yes, they air air horns and loud. DOES THE CB RADIO WORK? Its not hooded up, its just for looks. TURN SIGNAL WORK, HEAD LIGHTS WORK, TAIL LIGHTS WORK, BRAKE LIGHTS WORK, GAUGES ARE IN A POD UNDER DASH, WIPERS WORK. PARKING BRAKE WORKS, but you have to pull it up with your foot, return spring is old and weak. POWER STEERING, POWER BRAKES, 4 wheel drums, brake booster is a little touchy until you get used to it. HOW IS THE INTERIOR? I consider it good, the capet is good, door panels good, headliner real nice, dash pad has no cracks, package tray good and color is saddle tan. IS THE DASH SIGNED BY THE REAL ACTORS? Yes, Keith has gone to all the reunions and had them sign it. Its signed by the Duke cousins Bo and Luke, in real live John Schneider and Tom Wopat. WHERE IS THE CAR LOCATED? Here in Athens, Tennessee 37303. CONTACT INFORMATION: Ron Watson cell 423-506-8987 direct email: [email protected] PLEASE HERE THIS! This is a real nice car, but its no perfect show queen to haul to the show in a trailer. Keith built it to drive and enjoy. Do your reserch on 68, 69 and 70 Dodge Chargers. The prices are crazy high and going up. My reward for making it back from Viet Nam in 1969 was a new 1969 Dodge Charger so you know I love them. Additional Photos Warranty Information This vehicle is not a new car! Its old and things have been changed over the years! Please come and inspect it for your self before you buy it. My standards may not be yours, I describe it as I see it, things like engine size are based on what I am told by the past owner and my visual inspection, I don't always look for casting numbers on engines, you may see it different, "come look if it makes a difference to you. This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. My description is not an inspection, its just to give you feel for the car before you come inspect. Please come and look at the car, don't get a big suprise. BUYERS GUIDE! NO WARRANTY OFFERED Terms & Conditions INSPECTIONS:Inspections MUST be done before you hit the buy now button or make a deal. Please, please, please come look and be happy, if you don't come inspect, please don't be a cry baby after you get the car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE! No trades, I have no interest in trades! A $250 deposit is required by PayPal to hold the car, full payment must be made by bank wire transfer or cashiers check within 7 days. SHIPPING: You have to pay the shipping, but I can recommend a good company. A good company is Horizon Auto Shipping, the best contact with them is Jim Page. His telephone is 816-863-4299 and his email is: [email protected] SORRY: I do not do videos, I am 69 years old and sell my cars anyway, come look at it. SORRY: I do not show cars on Sunday, its a day to worship, a day to rest and a day to spend with my family. CAN I DRIVE THE CAR HOME? I never recommend driving a Classic Car home on a long trip. Reason being, I only do short test drives like a garage would, the cars are inventory not my personal car I have owned for years and learned to trust.Fee and Tax Information: NO SALES TAX PAID UNLESS YOU LIVE IN THE STATE OF TENNESSEE. ColorTanTitleClearFOR YOUR CONSIDERATION we have for sale a real nice General Lee replica. This vehicle is not a new car! I have had several offers. Thanks for all the response. I have gone down on my asking price, and I am open to negotiations. I have two buyers at this time trying to come up with the money, but have not yet been able to do so. I do reserve the right to pull this auction if one of them comes through with the financing. There is classic car financing available. Their terms are up to 8 years, depending on your credit. This is an original 1969 Dodge Charger. Clear title. This car has been a General Lee for a long time. It has been to Duke fest, and has been on display at Cooters Garage in Pigeon Forge Tennessee. It is autographed by John Schneider (Bo Duke), Catherine Bach (Daisey), Ben Jones (Cooter), James Best (Sheriff Rosco P Coltrane, and others. It does not have the original motor, it has a 440. This car has been gone through from front to back. Just got a front end alignment, replaced front bushings, and a tie rod. Tires are 75%. There are only a couple of rust spots. Not bad, but drivers door, and drivers side roof panel. This car is solid!!!! not a bondo put together. Solid frame. solid underneath. It does need shocks, and struts. Interior is good. Not fully restored. Needs seat covers, door panels. I drove this car in the 4th of July Parade this year. It drives good! If your interested, I have a lot of pics. Not going to load all of them on here. E-mail me or call (817) 319-0146 . My son is wanting to go to college, so, I am forced to sell at this time. Note: This is not a scam. I looked for a General Lee car for a while before I found this one. I tried to buy one from Ebay motors, and it turned out to be scam!! So this is no scam!! I will only do a cash deal in person!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No wiring, or bank transfers !!!!!! Come see it in person, and drive it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! youtube video http://youtu.be/rwGTQQEu4Xk I reserve the right to end auction if sold outside of ebay. ( I am also listing locally)

Mitch Simpson Motors 2907 Hwy 129 South Cleveland, GA 30528 706-865-6500 1986 Pontiac Firebird $9,900 Year: 1986 Make: Pontiac Model: Firebird Trim: Stock #: 253083 VIN: 1G2FW87F1GL253083 Trans: Automatic Color: Burgundy Interior: Cloth Mileage: 96,492 Contact: Mitch Simpson Phone: 706-865-6500 This is a good old car. It is not a show car by any means, but it is all there and it runs and drives great just the way it is sitting. The paint is fair on the car except for the rear spoiler. It appears that someone primered the spoiler when the clearcoat faded (as it always does on the spoiler of these cars). This T/A is Burgundy with Gray Cloth Interior. It is the 5.0 Fuel Injected Engine and Automatic Transmission. The T-Tops are in good shape and do not leak. The gaskets around the T-Tops are in good shape. This car has Power Windows, Power Door Locks, Power Mirrors, Tilt Steering, Cruise Control, and the Factory AM/FM/Cassette Stereo System. The miles are just over 96.5K, and the CARFAX bears out the miles and shows NO ACCIDENTS reported on this TENNESSEE CAR. This really does appear to be a survivor that is all original, all there, and ready to make of it what you wish. The car is straight, and it is in good condition. We believe that the car had been sitting for a while before we got it. We have made several repairs to the car, including: Repaired the Air Conditioning System, Replaced the Front Struts, Replaced the Serpentine Belt, Rebuilt the Brake System including New Pads and New Wheel Bearings, Replaced the Hood Struts, and installed a New Battery. We spent a good deal on this car so the price listed is the price for the car. This is a great opportunity to drive a good looking American Classic Sports Car, or take it to the next level. 1969 Trans Am Convertible Reproduction Please read entire advertisement carefully. I will answer any questions you have via eBay messaging. I have for sale my 1969 Trans Am Convertible (Reproduction) which I have owned for the last 8 years. The car was shipped from the Norwood, Ohio General Motors plant in July of 1969 to Charlie Kittle Pontiac in Memphis, Tennessee. I have the PHS documentation to show it was originally a 350 engine, automatic transmission, convertible with A/C, power brakes and power antenna. My wife and I drive this car weekly and it is very reliable. We are building a new house and that is the only reason this car is being sold. The 350 has been replaced with a Pontiac 428 which was an option for that year which could only be installed at the dealership. (Read about 428 engines as a Pontiac dealer option on the internet.) I can only put 24 photos in this advertisement but if you want more photos and a short video I have posted them to a Dropbox account. Please message me through eBay and I will send you the link. The car, starts and runs excellent. While I cannot confirm that the previous owner did a full restoration on this car it is very clean and had many new parts, brakes, exhaust, fuel tank, steering, interior, etc. when I purchased it in 2006. Exterior: The car is polar white with appropriate painted blue stripes. I have included a photo of two dime size rust spots on the lower drivers side door and small chip on the hoods left edge. Convertible top is dark blue canvas and like brand new, has rear plastic window that is excellent not foggy or cracked at all. All badging on the car is in great shape: front bumper Pontiac emblem, rear firebird marker lights, the word "Pontiac" on rear panel, rear trunk lock firebird emblem and "428" emblem on trunk deck. Hood is fiberglass with non-functional hood scoops, hood has Pontiac lighted hood tach (was a dealer option in 1969) that works, side air extractors are not functional, doors and trunk all shut properly. All exterior lights work correctly. Power antenna works correctly. Undercarriage is very clean, exhaust, brake lines, gas tank, steering, shocks, etc all look very clean. Chrome bumpers both look great. Chrome wheel well trim. Trans Am side and rear fin decals are in excellent shape. Convertible top has a nice color matching boot that snaps on and off. The car has Rally II wheels with correct black lug nuts and center caps on BF Goodrich T/A radials with good tread. (Some older photos show red center caps, those were changed to correct black.) Engine/Transmission: The engine is a 428 ci with a turbo-hydormatic 350 transmission. The car does not smoke or run rough, it is a very reliable engine. (My wife drove this car to work for 3 weeks when her car was in the shop, its more reliable than this foreign crap they build today.) It has a 4 core aluminum radiator with both traditional fan and two electric fans, Edelbrock carb and Edelbrock aluminum intake. It has a nice set of headers that give it a throaty sound but not too loud. I know a little about Pontiac motors but I am not sure of the numbers on the block. I have photos of all numbers that I can reach and find. I see a YH stamped on the block which to my understanding represents a 1969 428 engine. There is a slight oil leak about the size of a quarter after a month of sitting. Original (not aftermarket) R-12 Air Conditioning system, compressor works fine and lasted about 2 years the last time I recharged it. (currently not charged) Battery, alternator, master cylinder all work as they should. Interior:Many of the reproductions have the black interior. This car is all blue and has original front seat belts (marked 1969) and aftermarket rear seat belts. No rips or tears in seats, all new springs and cushions put in drivers seat. No tears in dash, period correct floor mats, aftermarket replica Pontiac radio with MP3 player. All gauges, dash lights, cigarette lighter, horn, turn signals, flashers, windshield wipers, power convertible top, lights, defroster, AC switches, tilt wheel all work as they should. Glove box works and has copy of reproduction 1969 owners manual inside. One photo shows an older wood steering wheel that I had on it. The close up photo of the wood steering wheel with the word "Pontiac" on the center cap is the current period correct, color correct wood steering wheel which cost over $450 to replicate. The only dash light not working is the brake light that comes on when you engage the emergency brake. The emergency brake works fine. Carpeting is also blue and has no tears, rips or stains. Trunk has no rust, trunk mat and spare tire are included. Paperwork:I have clear Florida title to this car and some documents from the owner who lived in Tennessee. I have paid to have Pontiac Historical Society review the VIN number and send me documentation on the car as well. I have 100% feedback and I am an honest person who wishes to deal with other honest eBay members. This car was for sale earlier this year and nearly reached its eBay reserve price. We are clearing land for our new house and it is time for this great car to be appreciated by someone else. I have several Trans Am convertible articles from various publications framed that will go with the car as well. Shipping is not included with this auction but I would be happy to assist the transportation company that you choose. Full payment will need to be made within 48 hours of the auction closing with an immediate $500 deposit. The car is for sale locally so I reserve the right to end this auction at any time. This car is going up in value and I cannot find another one in this condition with these options anywhere on the internet. I have won several local car shows with it and I get thumbs up every where I go.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE come look at it all you want to. Your expectations may not align with the way I see the car as a seller. "I advise you to look at all on line cars this way!HOW IS THE PAINT? To me its very nice, its a medium blue with lots of metallic. The shine is good, I see no rust bubbles, dents or dings, the body looks straight to me as I look down the sides. Under a critical eye inspection you find some specs and a tiny flaw, but I consider it nice paint. HOW IS THE INTERIOR? New seat covers, new headliner, new carpet, front door panels are new, dash pad nice. Shifter bezel has some pitting on the consol. HOW IS THE ENGINE? Its starts and runs good, I hear no knocks or rattles. Past owner said it was a 396, but when I checked the codes it was a 454. It has a nice looping cam, when engine have a bigger cam it takes longer to warm up and they surge a little at low RPMs. The carburetor is a new Holley with a electric choke. Exhaust system looks good and has the Muscle Car sound. HOW IS THE TRANSMISSION? Its a good shifting Turbo 350, it does shift more firm than stock, because a shift kit has been added in my opinion. WHAT IS THE REAR-END? Its a tuff 12 bolt with positive traction and a 3:73 gearing. IS THIS A REAL SUPER SPORT? No, but its a good replica. HEAD LIGHTS WORK! TAIL LIGHTS WORK! TURN SIGNALS WORK! BRAKE LIGHTS WORKS! WIPERS WORK! SPEEDOMETER WORKS, but is fast because of the lower gearing. HORN NOT WORKING! GAS GAUGE WORKS! OIL GAUGE WORKS! HEATER BLOWER works, but the control cables on the heater box need replaced! HOW IS THE CHROME? Bumpers look like new, door handles look like new, vent window chrome has a few pits. WHERE IS THE CAR LOCATED? Athens, Tennessee 37303. I have garage at my home, I do have dealer license, but no retail lot or show room.HOWE DOES THE CAR DRIVE? To me it drives good, it is not power steering.HOW DOES THE CAR STOP? It has drums on all 4 wheels and it has a power booster. Improvements could be made on the brakes. A disc kit on front would help and a vacuum tank or pump for the booster would help. The engine has a big cam, that means less vacuum, the booster works on vacuum, so less vacuum means more foot force. They are fine for me, I am accustom to old cars with old technology brakes. Vehicle Overview: Stock: G64 VIN: 4J66Z153369 Year: 1964 Exterior Color: BLUE Make: FORD Interior Color: GRAY Model: GALAXIE Mileage: 109060 Engine: 390 Vehicle Description: FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION we have for sale a nice 1964 Galaxie 500. HOW IS THE BODY? In my opinion it is very solid and the frame is good, the floors look super solid. No thick under coating so you can see what is really there. HOW IS THE PAINT? It has a brilliant shine. Past owner said it was a late model Ford color called Laser Blue. It a dark blue with lots of metallic and a purplish tint to it. The body is straight when you look down the sides, paint has never been buffed, it does have some orange peel. HOW IS THE ENGINE? Its a sweet running 390, I hear no knocks or rattles and see no blue smoke. It is detailed, chrome valve covers, Mallory distributor, electric fuel pump by Holley (I can hear the pump running). AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION shifts good. BRAKES ARE DRUMS AND STOP THE WAY OLD DRUMS STOP! POWER STEERING, it has the easy/ floaty steering feel that was common in the day. HOW IS THE CHROME AND TRIM? The side trim is nice, back bumper real good, some dull places on the front bumper. SOUND SYSTEM IS A HIGH DOLLOR SYSTEM! WHEELS ARE NICE AMERICAN RACING with BF Goodrich tires. HOW IS THE EXHAUST SYSTEM? Good sounding dual exhaust, full tube header that look like Hooker brand to me. HOW IS THE INTERIOR? Good interior, its a medium gray, seats and headliner are nice. Think University of Texas Longhorn burnt orange…it’s without a doubt the best orange I’ve seen on a Chevy truck as it’s not typical ‘over-the-top/in-your-face’ Hugger Orange I think looks better on muscle cars than trucks). To say I’m a HUGE Suburban fan is an understatement; I’ve owned ten in the last five years and always looking for clean, original examples. My preference over the years has definitely shifted to the 7th gen ‘Squarebody’ (1973-1991). While I use to like the 6th generation (1967-72) the most, I’ve grown to appreciate the Squarebody design of the 7th gen and appreciate the engineering improvements over the previous generation. Compared to the 6th gen, there’s no doubt they provide a more civilized driving experience…the 7th generation Burban is simply a better vehicle if you’re going to use it on a regular basis, yet it still maintains the classic boxy good looks fans of suburban’s appreciate. Of the 7th generation, the 1973-1979 grill/headlights is by far my favorite for a number of reasons. The single, large square shroud around the circular lens simply screams VINTAGE COOL. I also enjoy the clean, less-busy grill clusters of the ’73-’79. Once Chevy went to the vertical dual stacked headlights from ’81-’88, I believe the face of the Burban seemed confused from a design standpoint. Don’t even get me started on the 1980 example…those headlights are simply fugly (probably the reason it only lasted 1 year). Then Chevy made a comeback in my opinion with the ’89-’91 quad horizontal light design, yet they appear to give the vehicle a newer look which takes away from the vintage vibe I enjoy with the ’73-’79. Lastly, I appreciate rare vehicles, and anyone who’s been looking for a 7th gen Burban knows the ’73-’79 examples just don’t exist. I have owned three 1972 Burban’s that all were much more valuable in terms of dollars to this ’75, yet those Burban’s were (and still are) significantly easier to find. As a California resident (that must deal with smog testing and laws on any vehicle 1976 or newer), my desire to find a ’73 – ’75 Burban has been strong. But as mentioned earlier, the challenge has been finding ANY examples for sale, let alone clean, rust-free ones. I’ve come across less than five for sale in the last few years, and of those, none were desirable simply because they were way too far gone in rust, major body damage or general disrepair. I don’t buy show trucks as I tend to use them for ‘kids-to-beach haulers’ for my family, but I require my vintage trucks to be solid, mechanically sound, accident & rust free. I prefer original paint and patina…something that is not mint, has cool normal wear & tear that can only be accumulated over decades of normal, non-abuse use. When I found this example for sale not too long ago, I had to jump. I was not in the market for another Burban since I have three in the stable already, but I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to buy such a rare, clean example. I was convinced I would be able to talk my wife into seeing the light and letting me keep it, yet after almost four months of struggle, The Boss has won, and therefore this Burban has to go. I would gladly sell one of my other three instead, but one is a new Burban the family uses to haul our four small children on a regular basis, and the other two are 1990’s that I have a long family history with, so they too cannot go. So alas, the rarest Burban in my stable must go. MY HISTORY WITH THE BURBAN I found this Burban for sale not too long ago on eBay in Tennessee. The owner was an older gentleman, that like me, appreciated clean, unmolested Burban’s. He too bought it because he “had to have it”, but with a stable of numerous cars, after a short time with it, he decided he had scratched the bug of ownership and had to let it go. He reported it came from Oregon where he believed it spent its entire life, and the title he sent me was in fact from OR. It was listed as a company vehicle for a dynamite manufacturing business since the 1980’s. The extremely low miles was listed as actual on the title, and based on the way the Burban runs, I wouldn’t be surprised. Interestingly enough, I stumbled upon an internet link a few months after I purchased the vehicle from a fellow 7th gen Burban fan that had built a very comprehensive website on 7th gen stats. On that website, he posted examples of original paint colors for years ’73-’91, and when I selected 1975, sure enough MY Burban was on his site. Not a similar Burban, but my actual vehicle (from when it was obviously registered in OR). See the link below: http://www.1990suburban.com/facts/year_comparisons/1975_chev_suburban/index.cfm PAINT/BODY/MECHANICAL DETAILS As mentioned, the paint is original. Please see pictures for as much visual detail as I can provide. Panels all appear to be original without accident damage. Obviously the paint isn’t showroom perfect, it is slightly faded, there are normal 40+ year scratches and a few minor door dings, with the worst of the paint being on the roof. The best way to describe it is 42 years of above-average accumulated patina. It is the perfect type of paint for my desires, and if you’re like me, you appreciate the “only original once” aspect of quality patina paint, yet you also don’t want to drive a basket case. As I like to say, “Worn enough I don’t freak out about driving it and letting my kids crawl around it, yet not so beat up I’m embarrassed to park it in my driveway.” Glass and rubber is in great condition, tight and without leaks. Almost everything works on the vehicle, with a few minor exceptions (see below). It lights off, idles perfectly, has NEVER stalled on me (both in hot & cold weather), all exterior/interior lights (including front/rear dome lights), blinkers, horn, wipers (multi-speed), door locks, rear power window…EVERYTHING works as it should. The AC & heat are AMAZING! AC service & hoses are fresh as the system blows ice cold. The only non-original item I can find is an aftermarket radio/cassette player and newer speakers. They work perfectly, so you have music for cruising, but it’s not the original head unit. You’ll also see there’s a very cool vintage all analog CB radio, but it doesn’t appear to have power to it, so I’m not sure if it works. The ONLY mechanical issues I’ve come across is an intermittent cruise control…sometimes it engages, other times it doesn’t. But seeing as I use this as a beach cruiser, the need for sustained cruise control use is not needed. The voltmeter doesn’t seem to be working, and the gear selector indicator on column has come off inside the lens. But the rest of the gauges (speedo, gas, temp & oil pressure) all work perfectly…even the floor mounted high beam selector (and dash indicator blue light) work as they should. When I purchase older cars (especially sight-unseen as I did with this vehicle), I like to drive them for about a week before I take it to my mechanic. By doing so, I can get a list of needed areas to address and have my mechanic tackle everything at once. With this vehicle, I didn’t take it into my mechanic for almost 2 months simply because EVERYTHING worked, it drove perfectly and I couldn’t find any fault in it. But finally, I had a few issues when trying to start it where I would get a slight delay in the ignition, so I figured it was time to change fluids and have my mechanic go over it completely. Therefore, in January 2017 I had a complete inspection performed. The start delay issue was minor (the starter was loosely grounded), brakes inspected (all plenty of life left on the pads), and fluids were flushed. My mechanic found a slight rear leak in the master cylinder, and while the vehicle was stopping fine, I opted to replace the master cylinder with a new unit as I didn’t want any fluid potentially leaking into the booster. I also opted at that time to remove the rear leaf springs and have them re-arc’d and the worn bushings replaced with new. Total cost was $1,233.63. At that time, I also took it to my exhaust shop to have it converted to a true dual exhaust setup with 2.5” pipes, Flowmasters and new stainless exhaust tips. It sounds amazing…not too loud where you’re going to annoy the neighbors, yet enough tone to let people know you’re driving an American V8. So that’s the complete story of my ’75 Burban. It really is an amazing vehicle and a pleasure to drive. It’s solid, reliable and an all-around cool vintage ride. If you’re looking for a cool, not your average run-of-the-mill Suburban to haul kids around town, to the beach or sporting events, this vehicle is perfect. You just don’t see ’73-’75 Burban’s for sale anymore…they have quickly become ‘unicorn’ vehicles. I have no doubt I’m going to kick myself down the road for parting with this one, but alas, I just can’t keep my entire stable. CA residents have the added bonus of not having to worry about smog, for those that have had the misfortune of dealing with late 70’s – early ‘90’s vehicles trying to pass smog in CA, you know what an asset it is to have a ’75 or older vehicle. If the new owner is in CA, you can continue to use the solid original 350 engine, or drop any kind of monster engine (my vote would be a high torque 383 stroker) in it and never have to worry about smog or the CA Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR). If you’re interested, please call me directly at 714.756.0993 to discuss. Vehicle is located in Huntington Beach, CA. I REFUSE to answer a laundry list of question via email (hence the reason I wrote so much), so don’t even bother sending them to me…and all you SCAMMERS out there, please spare yourself the trouble of trying to contact me. I’ve sold enough classics over the years that I’ve seen every one of the current scams and I’m too busy to deal with you. If you’re a seriously interested party, by all means call me and we’ll talk about the Burban. But if you’re simply the typical “internet tire-kicker” let’s not play the games and talk when we both know you have no intention of buying (or the wife is never going to sign off on you buying this awesome classic…please seek permission to buy from The Boss BEFORE calling me). Also, since I’m downsizing my stable, please no offers for any kind of trades as I need to get rid of cars, not simple swap one for another. Asking $15,000, but open to ANY reasonable offer. I will NEVER be insulted or get upset over an offer; I just can’t guarantee I won’t laugh. I’m sure I’ve left out info, so please call me directly to ask questions. Reserve the right to end listing at any time as vehicle is for sale locally. Thanks for reading! Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE

The car is nice, the burgundy paint has a brilliant shine, the chrome decent, the interior not all new, but nice. The glass is clear, the big block runs sweet, the automatic transmission shifts good, it drive good with power steering, drum brakes just OK, wheel look new, good tires, good dual exhaust with the old school glass pac sound. This is a upper end driver, it is not new, it is not perfect, but its a nice car that looks goodHOW IS THE PAINT? The paint has a very good shine, I see no dents, no dings and no rust bubbles! The car looks very straight to me when I look down the sides! I consider this a nice upper end driver paint job. If you look with a critical eye you will find 4 or 5 touched up chips and some specs, but it looks good.HOW IS THE VINYL TOP? It looks good to me, I see no rips or wrinkles, I see no big rust bubbles.HOW IS THE ENGINE? It runs good, decals on the side say 390, but I don't know what it is. It is a big block FE for sure that runs sweet. I tried to read the casting codes on the block, but could not see them. Its just a good running engine, that could be a 352, 390 or bigger. It does have a 4 barrel carburetor and starts good.HOW DOES THE CAR DRIVE? To me it drive good, it is power steering. Its the old school cylinder and control valve type, they leave drops of fluid on your clean floor, but no big puddles.HOW ARE THE BRAKES? They are drums on all 4 wheels, power and stop like drums. It does have a little pull to the right on hard braking. I will pull the wheels and check it out. I do see a new rubber line and wheel cylinder on the right. HEAD LIGHTS WORK! TAIL LIGHTS WORK! BRAKE LIGHTS WORK! TURN SIGNALS WORK!WIPERS WORK! SPEEDOMETER WORKS!
