1997 Lincoln Town car Presidential Edition with 104,808 original miles. I am not the original owner. This car has good tires, a strong running engine, security alarm system, automatic car starter, am fm cd player. Good on gas. The heat and air conditioning work great but the sensor inside the dashboard is damaged the mechanic has fixed it so that in the winter you disconnect the a/c compressor and pull the lever behind the glove compartment you have heat and in the summer when you want air conditioning pull the lever the opposite way and reconnect the a/c compressor. Both work at maximum because the part that is broken regulates the heat or the air conditioning. The air suspension has a slow leak but the suspension needed to fix this problem has been fixed by a mechanic but the light is still on. The car has been well maintained by my mechanic and if further information is needed I will work with you. The cruise control is not working. In general since this is a 97 Lincoln underneath the carriage there is usual body rust. On the overall condition of the car I would still give this car a B-. With all that being said the pluses are this car gives a nice smooth ride with the comfort that only a larger sedan can give. The mileage around town is 18+ and on the highway the average is 23 at 65 mph, could be more depending on how long you are on the highway. Buyer is responsible for picking up or shipment of car.
