I was grateful for the windfall of getting his old car, but expenses incurred replacing the computer, crank sensor, and last week, the battery have taken some of the fun out of it. The car looks sharp and the tan leather interior is quite nice. It has heated recaro sport seats in front with many adjustments. I am receiving a new car next month, so this one must go. I would welcome anyone who wants to check it or have pre purchase inspection before end of auction. I was offered 6K cash from CAR MAX and am fishing for a little more. There was a clerical error in recording the mileage (2 months ago) and the title reads 136294 mi. Actual milage as of today is 135181. I have a 2007 VW Jetta GLI 2.0T w/DSG transmission, and just over 101089 miles on it (this may go up a tiny bit as I will drive it a little to keep the battery charged.) I am the original owner, and have taken good care of it over the years. The only thing keeping it form being in the "excellent" category is, I have a dog, and there is still a little dog hair on the carpet in back. With some time, you could easily clean it up completely, but I'm just ready to sell it and move on. The seats themselves are dog hair free. I managed this by replacing all of the seats with newer ones as my driver's front had a dead airbag in it. So, new and clean seats for the next owner! The car has no leaks or anything I can find. Has cold A/C, runs smooth, starts every time, and drives well. I did make a couple of small modifications to the car, I installed the BSH PCV fix and I put in the Audi "Red Top" ignition coils.No accidents or anything of the sort on this car.
