Selling my 1973 Buick Estate Wagon. Has a rebuilt 455 engine. The transmission is a 400 turbo. Possibly it's been rebuilt, not sure. Engine is original to the car.Tailgate works and window works. Both are kinda slow. Power windows work fine.I have receipts for the motor rebuild. The engine only has a little bit over 4000 miles on it since the rebuild. The car body has 94k miles on it. the motor was rebuilt when the odometer read 89,455 miles.I have a clean and clear Kansas title in my name.CAR IS NOT RUNNING AT THE MOMENT! WILL NEED TO BE TOWED! This is a good honest Buick Road Master Estate. Everything seems to work . There is nothing out of place under the hood its as it left the factory. Transmission shifts good ,I have had the 1995 version on the car and prefer not to have all the trouble with distributor block behind the pump.Note the dual action tail gate There are no signs of any collision work ever being done. There is a receipt for a local transmission shop for a rebuild dated 7/20/12 .

Very Rare 1983 Buick Regal Estate Wagon (2 Year limited production). It started its life with the Clark Grizzwald front end and a 4.1 V6. Not content with that, I chopped the front fenders and grafted the front of an 84 2 door Regal to it. All the work was done with sheet metal, not fiberglass, wood, plastic, bubble gum or duct tape. The bumpers were professionally stripped of their chrome and painted body color. The rest of the cars shell was painted 1988 Medium Orange Metallic used on the IrocZ Camaro using the PPG paint line and high build clear. It compliments the cars brown interior nicely. All the trim on the car was removed, media blasted and painted satin black. During the paint process the car was stripped to metal including jams, window frames etc. The point I am trying to make is the car was done right, not a hack job. The car still wears all of its own sheet metal virtually rust free. The power plant of the car is a modified Buick 455 .030 over, 10:1 compression ratio, decked, mild T/A performance Cam and an Eldelbrock intake and a tuned Q-jet. It has a very healthy rumble coming out of the rear exiting dual exhaust. The transmission is a TH400 with a solid shift kit and a 2400 Saturday Night Special stahl converter from Jegs. The rear axle is an 8.5 Corporate Posi from a Buick Grand National geared to 3.23 and includes the early Grand National Rims and tires. The interior is in exceptional original condition having only one small tear in the driver seat. The rest of the interior is almost perfect including the rare brown T-Type steering wheel. All the window seals, felts etc were replaced with high quality replacements and the windows were tinted black. I worked very hard to keep the appearance of the car stock including the interior and all of the options. This is how Buick “Should” have made the station wagon. With all the modifications I managed to keep the original A/C, Cruise Control, Tilt, Power Windows, Power Door Locks, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Rear Hatch Release, Power Seats etc and it all works. A/C will prob need a can of R134A which I will give you. If it gets warm enough where I can trust the pressures I am reading I will charge it for you. It works, just needs topped off. This car demands attention everywhere it goes and is an absolute blast to drive. It corners on rails with its Hotchkins springs and totally replaced suspension and upgraded sway bars. This car was built 6-7 years ago and driven often so there are some mentionables that I will disclose. The rear side cargo windows are missing the trim because as of to date I have not been able to locate replacement parts. edit: [ I just pulled the rear cargo windows and have resealed them with Urethane. I will be making some trim pieces for them after they are installed.] Power windows work, but are slow to go up, new motors will fix. The tint on the windows is pealing in a few spots. Since I drive the car often there are some blemishes (chips/bubbles) to the paint that should be an easy fix for any body man. I will include a little less than a pint of the original color as well for a perfect match. This is a one of a kind custom turn key car. I am selling mainly because I have several other cars that I maintain and time gets shorter and shorter with 2 kids etc….. You know the story. I am not pressed to sell this, just hate to see it sit. Don’t make me low ball offers or try and “educate” me on how much more you know about the car I am selling and built. There will be at least one person who tells me the Grand National rear axle is 3.42 not 3.23……. I did this because the 200R4 trans in the Grand National had 4 gears and an overdrive transmission (.67:1 ratio) where the TH400 is a 3 speed (1:1 ratio) and I didn’t feel like hearing the motor rev at 3K RPM’s at 55 MPH. J Please ask any questions you may have and don’t bid unless you can pay or need to ask your wifes permission. If you are going to put 24” rims on it and 16 speakers and a 55” TV in the dash, please don’t tell me, I don’t want to know.

I love this car. It has taken me to work, on vacations, weddings and funerals for many years. I even slept in the back with a single mattress at 4-day air shows. Now, it needs front end (steering) work (est. $350) and 4 new tires (est. $400) and so it has to go. I live in a small town and cannot put it in the weeds. I own 3 other Roadmaster station wagons who have occasionally needed a body part. Because of the rarity of this body type not many body parts are out there from the back edge of the front doors to the rear bumper. From the rear of the front doors forward the wagon is just like sedan--no problem. Currently on ebay Motors Parts there are less than a half dozen backend body parts. They range from a rear window hinge at $85 to a complete rear window at $340. THUS, THIS CAR IS OFFERED PRINCIPALLY AS A PARTS CAR. Either salvage the parts and sell them on ebay or put it in the weeds for other Roadmaster afficianados like me or drive it away and fix the front end. Operations details--motor, lights, cruise control, abs, gauges, power windows, remote locks, etc. all are in good working order. A new air conditioner compressor was installed last summer. The car has had regular maintenance. THE ONLY MALFUNCTION: THE CONTROL THAT SLIDES THE DRIVER SEAT FORWARD AND BACKWARD DOESN'T WORK. Body details--THREE BODY PARTS ARE MISSING-(1) one half of the flyaway trim between the left front and rear doors flew away while driving. (2) chrome trim on the left rear corner to the left of the back gate is gone (3) plastic front grille is all there but the surface has seen better times. It has a rear towing package, glass including lights are excellent. Chrome is very good. All interior control buttons are present. (see photos. Antenna and horn buttons are missing. The front left driver's seat is slit exposing the padding (see photo). All of the other seats, rugs, headliner are in good condition. DETAILS QUESTIONS? Buick Roadmaster Estate Wagon with the LT1 Engine. Super nice car with low miles. Southern car that was kept inside most of its life. Nice paint and zero rust. Car has very few dings or scratches. I've included pictures of them in this ad. This car rides and drives like new. Hard to find in great shape with low miles like this one. **Please buy with confidence as my feedback speaks for itself** ************************1992 Buick Roadmaster Estate Station Wagon TUNED UP & READY TO GO!! 5.7L V8 TBI Blue with woodgrain and blue cloth interior Clean Carfax Report VIN: 1G4BR8370NW409914 A recent costly pet emergency that ended in tragedy has forced me to offer for sale one of my 3 Roadmaster wagons (yes, I have 3 of them!). Of those 3, this one is the most practical to sell. It has low mileage given it’s age and has the most reasonable value. I purchased this one by chance earlier this year and have been fixing it up to replace my more used Roadmaster. If you want a dependable vehicle with a luxury feel as well as tons of space for hauling, look no further. The Pros: - clear title and clean car fax; no accidents or problems (free copy can be provided) - only 101,400 miles - solid runner that starts every time no matter how long it’s been sitting; NO LEAKS - automatic transmission is clean and shifts perfectly smooth - tune up done within last 50 miles includes: coolant flush, oil change, new oil filter, new air filter, new spark plugs, new plug wires, new pcv valve and new wiper blades - interior is in excellent almost like new condition; no rips, tears or noticeable stains - ice cold air conditioning that has already been converted - 4 brand new tires - less than 250 miles on them - new starter - new front end and alignment (less than 100 miles on it) includes: upper and lower ball joints, steering linkage with inner and outer tie rods, center link and idler arm - newer after market stereo with cd player and remote control - plenty of life left in the brakes, no grabbing, pulling or sponginess - full gauge instrument panel (not the idiot lights) - lots of bells and whistles: climate control, cruise control with resume/accel, twighlight headlight settings, luggage rack, vista moon roof with shades, rear defog, low fluid indicators, power everything all in working condition (locks, seats, windows, mirrors), remote keyless entry (2 key fobs), and more. - huge storage and/or seating capacity (3rd row seating): can haul plywood or queen mattress - 16 to 20 mpg on average - newer alternator The Cons: - originally from the midwest so there is rust - mostly on the undercarriage (rear seat floor pan on passenger side is worst) - exhaust leak; I am getting an estimate within the next week and may fix prior to sale - some dings and scratches (some pictured above) which include, but not limited to: crack in housing of passenger side mirror, a small dent behind the front passenger side tire, scuffs on rear bumper, a small dent on the rear passenger quarter panel and small rust spots - shocks may need to be replaced soon - tailgate opens to the side but gets hung up when opening flat (may be easy fix, we haven’t really looked into it yet) - cannot guarantee emergency brake works This is a great all around vehicle that will get you (and a whole lot of stuff should you choose) from A to B in comfort. But it has a lot of potential. - Clean Title - Car comes from a Smoke-free environment -Moon Roof -It's a Classic. -Its 22 years old. -It has a 5.7/350Engine. - I had 4 brand new tires put on it in 2013 and since then the car was rarely used so the tires have lots tread. -The Fuel Filter, Line Filter and Tank filters were replaced 2 years ago -The Fuel pump was replaced 2 years ago -The Alternator and the Starter have been replaced 2 years ago -The Battery was replaced in Jan. 2015 -The air conditioning has been converted from the old R-12 to the modern R-134a refrigerant. -It has that classic third row seating that faces the rear window and That same seat bench is able to be stored away to make the wagon larger for hauling any cargo. see pics -It has a good working transmission ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Cons: -The engine needs work to be done on it. - coolant is mixing with the oil -mechanic says it needs a new intake gasket and possibly a head gasket may need to be replaced While the car does run if you purchase the car you'll have to arrange for the car to be towed -It has an exhaust leak -The AC works But the car has an "ECON" feature that if it is not turned OFF before you put the car in gear it will simply blow warm air. -One of the seat belts in the second row ( behind the driver ) does not work -The horn is not working at this time. - would need to be fixed -It is equipped with cruise control but it is not connected -currently disabled -The hood does not stay up by itself. - we use a broom stick to keep it up- would need to be fixed -The radio and clock lights are not working ( but the radio does operate) - The Driver's side window sticks sometimes -It has cosmetic tears in the seats and door and carpet. -see pictures Please take a look at all the pictures and ask questions if you are bidding.
