The 3.6L V6 CTS starts at $32,785 and has double overhead camshafts and four-valves-per-cylinder that help it make 255 horsepower and 252 ft-lbs of torque. All CTS models are rear wheel drive, and come standard with a very nice six-speed manual transmission. A five-speed automatic is optional with both V6 engines.Every CTS offers a pleasing package of luxury and safety items. The full leather seating and wood trim are well executed, and the dual-zone climate control and driver's information center match the competition nicely. All the regular power bells and whistles are included. Front, side and head curtain air bags come standard, as do traction control, and anti-lock brakes.A variety of packages are available with both engines. Up for sale is my 2014 Majestic Plum Metallic CTS-V wagon, purchased in June from Tropical Cadillac in Bradenton, FL with 4820 miles on it. This car is 1 of 12 ever made, and I waited months to find one. As soon as I saw this car come up for sale with the very rare Plum color, I called the dealership to place a deposit, and flew out to buy the car and drive it home to Dallas, TX. Since I purchased it, I’ve put over $16,000 in modifications to the car. I daily drive a Ford F-350 dually, have a Twin Turbo Gallardo, and the reason for the sale is I have decided to replace this car with another platform. The car runs great, with all parts purchased from Advanced Modern Performance in Arlington, TX and installed as a special favor by Taylor at Dallas Performance. Full list of modifications are posted below, and the rest of the factory warranty should be good until May 2018, or 50,000 miles. The car is in mint condition, and I welcome anyone interested to come see it in person.
