Take a step back in time! This is a great example of an unrestored and unmodified Cadillac Hearse/Ambulance combo car. It is a Miller Meteor with the big 425 V8. Engine runs great and drives down the road well. Has a big 4BBL carburetor. Of course that is a few inches smaller than the year before which boasted the big 500 CID, but this is the first year of the "new" big body style. The car has been in private collections for several years, most recently in South Carolina but also spent time in Texas. I have an open/signed South Carolina title ready for new owner. Tires have very low miles on them. Interior is in good shape. Brand new front carpet. I repaired rear door upholstery panels and a few areas that were loose. (I had them refastened via professional upholsterer.) Car also has a siren that works. Presents well. Has a few areas in the paint that could use work and a few bumps but it's not priced like a restored vehicle. This is a 40 year old car and was used as an ambulance. It is not a restored unit but has been repainted/repaired at various junctures. Solid 20 footer. All pics are super sized for best perspective/view. Some of the areas that are "below the knee cap" in the rear quarter panel and along the bottom side of the back door on passenger side could be pushed out, I just haven't gotten into it enough to pull out parts of interior to access lower quarter panels in rear. It's a rare bird and represents the end of an era as Cadillacs were being used for hearse work and Ford van and truck chassis took over the ambulance industry due to new government regulations for rescue vehicles. The car drives powerful, quiet, smooth and straight.Come drive it and you will say "it drives like a Cadillac!" Disclosure: The headliner is hanging a bit and needs to be replaced, I was given estimates of $100-$200 to have it repaired. There is a scrape/dent on the drivers side rear that has knocked off the plastic lower, we have the part and it can be re-installed. Replacements can be found for about $100.The drivers front fender has a dent/puncture in it. You will be bidding on a pristine 1994 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham that has always been kept in a garage and that is in very good condition. This automobile is indeed one that was driven by a little old lady on special occasions only. She lived with her two daughters and they have all passed away and the car came to us through the estate by way of a 501C charity. This car has never been hurt, and there is no rust, although there is a small dent on the passenger side rear door that you can hardly see, and the chrome trim strips at the rear of the car show a few small dents. These trim pieces are still available from the Cadillac dealer. You can see in the pics that nothing has ever been in the trunk, and the leather interior condition is very good. The car has been serviced regularly by the same dealership that sold it originally, and in the glove compartment we found a small memo pad that has the dates and mileage of each time it was serviced as written by the owner .This is truly a rare find.

1977 was Cadillac's 75th anniversary, and saw the introduction of the downsized De Ville coupes and sedans. These new cars featured a higher roofline, resulting in a vehicle that was over nine inches shorter, four inches narrower, and 1/2 ton lighter than the previous year, but with a larger trunk and more headroom and legroom. These were also the first De Villes ever to be marketed without fender skirts over the rear wheels. The 500 in3 V8 (which produced 190 horsepower) was replaced for 1977 by a 180-horsepower 425 in3 V8 variant of similar design.

The production of this body style was very limited, it was only offered from 93-96 and in 94 they started powering these beautiful Cadillac’s with a LT1 Corvette Engine that makes a astonishing 335 pounds of torque which launches this massive Cadillac down the road with ease. In 1995 they only produced 16,180 Cadillac Fleetwood’s that also includes the non Broughams which makes this 95 Fleetwood Brougham a very rare vehicle. Out of those produced in 1995 only 625 were made with the beautiful Carmine Red Metallic exterior paint. When most car companys make a limited production car they are usually 1 of 2000 or even 1 of 1500 but this Cadillac is one of only six hundred and twenty five in carmine red which make it very rare. Out of those 625 I would have to believe only a handful are in this good of condition with this low of mileage. This car only has 42k miles on it and has been in the same household since new in 2000 the original owner passed away and left the car to his wife. Which is the reason for the carfax report showing more than one owner, in this transaction the vehicle had to be re titled.
