If you have been looking for a beautiful, low mile Cadillac Deville then you are going to love my 2004 Florida 1-owner Deville with only 43k original rust free miles! This is a local Ft. Myers Florida Deville bought new at our local Cadillac dealership and traded back in at the same Cadillac dealership by the original owner in this shape, NO auctions. It was owned by an older lady and just driven around here in Ft. Myers and she kept it serviced at the Cadillac dealership and Carfax shows these services, lot's of oil changes and misc services. And being a true Florida car there is no rust and even the underside still looks near new as you can see in the underside picture. It looks and drives wonderful with a smooth and quiet ride. The exterior looks great with a deep Cadillac shine with no dents, scrapes, fade or rust. The canvas top looks very nice and there are factory chrome wheels with Michelin tires with good tread remaining. The interior is spotless with no stains, rips or odors and she was a non- smoker so it is fresh as new inside. The leather seats look great as well and they are nice and soft and they are heated and air conditioned, just press a button and air conditioning or heat will come through the seats to keep you cool or warm, pretty neat. All the options work great including the air conditioning and CD stereo that sounds wonderful. What a pleasure to drive. The Northstar V-8 runs smooth as silk and should with only 43k miles and will deliver 26mpg on the road. The brakes are smooth and there are no shakes or rattles. The only thing to mention is the the "service tire monitor" light is on which is common, you just have the tire pressure checked at oil changes which they automatically do anyway.  I have two keys with a remote. Look it over good and I am sure once you see and drive it you are sure to fall in love and with only 43k 1-owner rust free Florida miles you are sure to love it for years to come. Here is a clean 2001 Cadillac Eldorado ESC with only 54k original rust free Florida miles! This Caddy was just traded in at our local Cadillac dealership here in Ft. Myers in this shape, NO auctions. It has always been a Florida car so there is no rust and even the underside is nice and clean, you won't see that on any northern vehicle, even the factory original exhaust with dual chrome tips is there and in great shape! Carfax shows lot's of service records as well including lot's of oil changes. It drives nice and tight and has a smooth and quiet Cadillac ride. The exterior looks great with a nice deep shine with no dents or rust. I went around and touched up any nicks and there are a few light scratches on the passenger door that have been touched up as well and look fine. There are matching Michelin tires with good tread remaining and there are factory chrome wheels for a classy look. There is some corrosion on the wheels, they still look nice but it is there and there is a crack in the side view mirror glass. The interior too looks very nice and there are no stains, rips or odors. The heated leather seats are in nice shape both front and rear and the whole interior looks nice. Some of the trim shows some light normal wear like the top of the dash has pealed up a bit but over all everything looks nice. All the power options work great including the ice cold air conditioning. The stereo sounds nice but the cassette doesn't work and there is a 12 CD changer in the truck that plays fine. What a pleasure to drive. The Northstar V-8 runs smooth as silk and should with only 54k miles and will deliver 25mpg on the highway. The brakes are smooth as is the transmission with no shakes or rattles. It's a nice, clean, well serviced Eldorado, not a "Cream puff" but with only 54k rust free Florida miles and driving nice and tight you are sure to enjoy it for years. If you have been looking for a beautiful Cadillac DTS then you are going to LOVE my 2008 DTS that is loaded up with options. It has low miles, is in beautiful shape and is a rust free, accident free Florida DTS! This black on black on black DTS looks and drives wonderful and has a nice clean Carfax report showing no accidents or problems and Carfax also shows good service records as well and it was company owned and maintained, partly registered in Ohio but kept here in sunny Florida out of the snow and salt and it shows. There is NO rust and even the underside still looks new, you won't see that on any northern vehicle! The exterior looks wonderful and is a pearl black color with a nice deep Cadillac shine with no dents, fade or rust. There is a small four inch crease on the passenger fender, not bad but there and I even went around and did touch-ups for a nice clean look. There are factory chrome wheels with nice matching Yokohama tires with good tread remaining to help provide a smooth and quiet Cadillac ride. There is extra chrome trim and a nice canvas top in great shape to really set off the appearance of this DTS. There are parking sensors and this DTS has the Lane departure warning system to aid in lane changing. It give you a warning if you drift into the other lane. The interior is just a nice with no stains, rips or odors and this is a non-smoker's vehicle so it is fresh as new inside and it has the Luxury II $3500 package. The leather seats are very comfortable and they are heated and air conditioned! Just press a button on the door panel and air conditioned air comes through the seat to keep you cool, pretty neat! Everything looks near new and obviously well cared for and again the black interior is stunning to look at and very classy. You are responsible for any repairs made after the sale. 1.4. Mileage May Vary Slightly. I indicate the mileage of each vehicle at the time of listing. Please note that actual mileage may be slightly higher at the time of the end of the auction and/or delivery as the vehicle may be driven while the auction is underway. 2. Bidding on the Vehicle 2.1. Ready to Bid? If you’re ready to bid, great! Please keep in mind a few requirements and courtesies. Please intend to, and be ready & able to (financially and otherwise), complete the purchase of the vehicle within the timeframes set out herein. Participating just for sport without the intention to complete the transaction is unfair to me and to other users, and it wastes a lot of time and money. I may obtain the registered information of users participating in my auctions, and may filter or cancel any bids in my discretion. 2.2. I May End An Auction Early. "Buy it now" auctions may end at any time if the buy it now feature is exercised or a "best offer" is accepted. I seldom end "no reserve" auctions early. However, I reserve the right to end any auction without notice at any time for any reason in my sole discretion. 3. Completing the Transaction 3.1. Contact Me. If you are the winning bidder, congratulations! You must contact me within 24 hours of the end of the auction to make arrangements for the completion of the transaction. Many of my auctions end well after normal business hours, so sending me a message through eBay is generally the best way. 3.2. Pay a Deposit. You must also pay a non-refundable $500.00 deposit via PayPal within 24 hours after the end of the auction to secure the vehicle. 3.3. Pay the Balance Due. You must pay the remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes – please see 3.5, below) within 3 days after the end of the auction. 3.4. Payment Methods. I accept wire transfers, cashier's checks, and cash in person (under $10,000 only). I accept PayPal for the payment of deposits only. All funds must be in US dollars. 3.5. Fees and Taxes. 3.5.1. Dealer Fee. I charge a $250 dealer fee, which will be added to all transactions. This includes winning bids, buy it now prices, and best offers accepted. I don't make exceptions for other licensed dealers. 3.5.2. Sales Tax. 3.5.2.1. Florida Buyers. I am required to collect sales tax at the rate applicable in your county at the time of sale. 3.5.2.2. Out-of-State Buyers. If you have the vehicle shipped to your location, I do not collect any sales tax; you will be responsible for paying your state's sales tax directly. If you come to Florida to pick up the vehicle at my location, I am required to collect either your state's sales tax, or Florida's 6%, whichever is less. Generally, you will receive a credit in your state for sales tax collected here. If I collect our 6% because your state's rate is higher, you will be charged the balance in your state. I always recommend you check with your local tag agency first; although the vast majority of states have a reciprocal sales tax agreement with Florida, a few do not. Some states also have specific forms or procedures that must be used for out-of-state purchases. 3.5.3. Tag & Title. 3.5.3.1. Florida Buyers. I am required to handle your tag and title work, and I collect an estimate of those costs at the time of sale, which range from $100 to $450 depending on your specific situation. If the actual cost of title and registration is less than the estimate, I will refund you the difference; if the actual cost is more that the estimate, you will be required to pay the difference before getting your tag and title. I do not make any money on tax, tag, registration and title fees I collect. 3.5.3.2. Out-of-State Buyers. I will provide you with the vehicle's title, and you will be responsible for handling the tag and title work in your state. 3.6. Exchange Documents and Signatures. There are, unfortunately, paperwork requirements for completing the transaction, which vary depending on whether you are from out-of-state or not. These will be discussed when you contact me initially. 3.7. If You Fail to Pay or Communicate with Me. I expect the transaction to go smoothly. However, if you fail to (i) make contact with me, (ii) pay the deposit, (iii) provide me with required signatures/documents, or (iv) pay the remaining balance (including applicable fees, taxes, and charges), within the timeframes set forth herein, I reserve the right to keep your deposit and re-list the vehicle or otherwise sell it as I see fit, without notice, in my sole discretion. I also reserve the right to report the issue to eBay in my sole discretion. 4. Take Delivery of Your New Vehicle 4.1. Shipping. It is frequently less expensive to have a vehicle shipped to your location than it is to fly in and drive it back, and certainly more hassle-free. I can assist you in finding a shipper and can get very competitive shipping quotes. You pay the shipper directly and are responsible for delivery arrangements. I assume no responsibility for damage to the vehicle incurred after it leaves my premises. Your vehicle will be available to ship out once full payment is received and has cleared; I send out titles once payment has cleared and all other paperwork requirements of the transaction are completed. 4.2. Pick Up. I am located at 2645 NE 9th Ave in Cape Coral, Florida. I am easily accessible from US 41 and from Interstate 75.
