Paul Nouvet 443-562-0434 2000 CHEVROLET EXPRESS 1500 GLADIATOR CONVERSION, 177,442 MILES Autocheck shows this car to be a one owner with no accidents. This car was just traded in at a local new car dealership, that is some pretty positive history! The engine runs great! The 4.3L V6 engine provides ample power and decent fuel efficiency. There is no smoking or hesitation. There are no strange noises and no valves tapping. There are no oil leaks. The automatic transmission works perfectly. It shifts smooth as glass with no issues. The front brake rotors were just replaced last month along with both rear drums, front and rear brake pads are in excellent shape. All 4 tires are in excellent shape with plenty of tread (80% or more). There is a full size spare tire in excellent shape underneath the van and jack in the rear cargo area. There are no warning lights lit on the dash. The vehicle drives great. No rattles, it feels excellent. We have totally inspected the front end components for play. All components are tight. Our cars are mechanically sound when they leave our dealership. We spend countless hours checking them over and repairing them. The steering is tight and accurate. The car does not drift left or right. The wheel is centered while driving. The paint on this car is excellent overall. All of the paint is shiney and it looks much newer than a 2000. This car is truly beutiful. The only blemishes on the body are scrapes on the running boards and small dents on the rear bumper. The right front wheel is missing 1 center cap. The interior has some minor wear and tear due to its age but overall very nice (as seen in pictures). The 3rd row seat converts into a bed for all traveling needs. The odometer is correct and working, it reads 177k miles. All of the controls are also in excellent working order with no looseness or play. The van is equipt with a VCR and T.V. monitor that supports auxillary inputs. All of the windows work perfectly the car is in great roadworthy condition. I have personaly driven this car many times. It is definitley dependable and comfortable. The heat is very hot and the air conditioning is ice cold. The car comes Maryland state safety inspected for Maryland residents only. I have the title in hand and on site. It is 100% transferable and registerable in any state and has no liens. All of the cars we sell on eBay go through an intense mechanical inspection in our shop. This document fee is collected by Bermans Automotive Inc and is not required by law. Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.Odometer Readings: Due to local test drives, in-transit repairs, road testing and mechanical inspections the mileage of the vehicle represented might be slightly different than the mileage stated when the vehicle was first listed on eBay. Shipping & Delivery: All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Bermans Automotive Inc will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage.Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided by Bermans Automotive Inc as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Bermans Automotive Inc. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but it is generally 7 to 14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an estimated time of arrival to be sure.Vehicle Pickup: Vehicle pick-up by an individual buyer, buyers agent or shipping company is to be arranged at least 24 hours in advance for scheduling purposes. If you just show up at our facility without scheduling your pickup in advance your vehicle may not be ready when you arrive. We are located just 15 minutes from Baltimore Washington International airport. Just give us a call at least 24 hours before your flight and we will make sure we are there to pick you up. Vehicles may be scheduled for pickup from 10 to 5 Monday through Saturday. Shippers are limited to picking up vehicles from 12 to 4 Monday through Friday. If you are personally picking up your vehicle and intend to drive it home you must provide a valid state issued drivers license and proof of vehicle insurance. There is a $20 fee for a 60 day temporary Maryland registration and tag.The temporary tag may be extended for an additional 30 days, for a total of 90 days, if you are titling your vehicle in any state other than Maryland.Deposit for your Purchase: In order to secure your purchase of the vehicle, the successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a deposit in the amount of $500. Deposits must be made by PayPal only. Deposits are non-refundable unless the vehicle has been misrepresented. Deposits on vehicles not purchased are applied towards the costs of paperwork, title production, relisting fees, and lost productivity. Any successful bidder who does not make their required deposit within 24 hours risks a no-sale default. Finalizing your Purchase: Bermans Automotive Inc will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.Successful high bidder MUST communicate with Danny Price at Bermans Automotive Inc by e-mail or phone at (855) 440-0075 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 72 hours, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, cash in person, or bank certified funds to Seller. We do not accept personal checks, paypal, drafts, escrow services, or any other form of payment that is not expressly listed above. We work very hard to make the process go smoothly and quickly so just let us know up front if you have any special needs so that we can help you out. If you arrive to pick up your vehicle and do not have an acceptable form of payment you will be denied delivery of the vehicle. This means you will have to go home without the vehicle or stay overnight in Baltimore until acceptable payment is received. Please do not let this happen to you, just follow our simple rules for payment to ensure a smooth delivery of your vehicle.At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer must fax or e-mail a copy of their valid state issued Driver License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.Venue / Choice of Law: It is agreed by all parties relating to any transaction involving the purchase of this vehicle that the proper venue for all legal proceedings and arbitration shall be Baltimore City, Maryland. All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performed at Bermans Automotive, 5720 Reisterstown Rd, Baltimore, MD 21215.
