-HISTORY- This Porsche has been with me since 2001--3rd owner. It was bought as a father/son venture for us to tinker with and build together. We have always had a love for German cars. I was 12 at the time, I am now 26. This Porsche has fulfilled everything we could of imagined. It has been family ever since. When we bought the car it didn't need much. We did the basics to keep the car dependable. The exterior of Porsche was completely stripped down to metal and brought back up. Every wave, dent, and issue was fixed. There was no need to respray the door jams, trunk and engine lid. All original stickers are still in place. We used the original color (BLACK). The paint is extremely top quality and beautiful. The interior is nearly complete, its in great shape for a 1976. It will need the front seats recovered, mainly the drivers seat. It will need a few basic interior pieces to be 100% correct. We also put in new carpet. Other than that, the car is completely original. The car has always been garaged. It needs to be driven more. After joining the Army in 2006; it sat between 2008-2010 when I was deployed to Iraq and later again from 2011-2013. I have only put 3,000 miles on it since 2008.. - CONDITION- Comes with complete, extensive history and original paper work. History spans from 1976 to current. This car includes the Original Window Sticker with price and options available. Paper work includes the Original Owners Invoice and 2nd owners Invoice agreement. This Porsche 911S is a beautiful example of an early Porsche. It is not perfect but, could be close with some basic interior restoration. This is a rust free car. As with most older Porsche's this one does have a minor oil leak. Has never effected drive-ability of the car. This car is fun, sleek, and attracts major attention. Has never been involved in a major collision to my knowledge. This Porsche has always been treated like a family member. Engine runs strong with no issues. The engine was rebuilt at 116,000 miles (second owner). I have complete documentation on rebuild. All the necessary upgrades have been done according to the documentation, such as, upgraded 11 blade fan, newer heat exchanges. I have never had any kind of engine failure or overheating. Has aftermarket free flow exhaust system installed. I have the original system also that can be easily installed. Shifts through all gears with ease, newer clutch will less than 6,000 miles on it. Like it said it is not perfect; does have normal wear and tear, but over all an extremely nice, and beautiful Porsche 911S that would make someone proud to own. Car is beautiful, fast, and has that awesome vintage Porsche feel. The stainless TARGA roll bar is in near perfect shape. The targa top itself is in great shape. The headliner could use some attention (due to sagging fabric). The vinyl top is in great shape, no rips. The car has nothing but positive reception.
