The Porsche 930 was built between 1975 and 1989 and was the manufacturer's top-of-the-range 911 model for its entire production duration.  This 1987 model is 100 percent original in every respect which adds value to its timeless look and luster.  It comes with the original window sticker, purchase documentation, Certificate of Authenticity, as well as all service records, manuals, and toolkit.  Only 591 examples of the Slant Nose (also known as the Flachbau) were hand built in Porsche's Special Wishes Factory between 1987 and 1989.  144 were produced for the US in 1987 and this car is one of three in the special color combination of Cassis Red Metallic with Burgundy interior.  With a handwritten marking in the boot designating it as a Flachbau USA, where it was sent to the Special Wishes Factory, you can rest assured that this collectible icon is a rare find indeed. An extensive engine out service was performed along with other work to ensure the car was in perfect operating order. -Engine out service including all belts, hoses and fluids -Engine resealed, zero oil leaks -Full tune up including spark plugs, ignition rotor, all filters, valve adjustment -Clutch service, new release bearing -Transmission and LSD service -Replaced alternator -4 new Bridgestone RE11 Tires 2. The original Fuch Wheels were sent to Weidman Wheels in California where they were refinished to factory correctness and have a perfect finish. 3. In late 2016 Esoteric Auto Detail in New Albany, Ohio performed a full concours preparation spending over 40 hours on the paint, interior, wheel wells, brakes and engine. The car is show ready, gorgeous and 100% original.
