1965 High Performance Barracuda For Sale in Clarkston, Washington  99403 Look out classic car enthusiasts!  This 1965 Plymouth Performance A Group Barracuda is a rare find that comes dressed to impress!  This two-door pony car features beautiful white paint that is complimented by a clean, tan colored interior.  This show car is sure to turn heads, however it has been fully restored with highway performance in mind.  This Barracuda has 86,000 original miles including 13,000 miles since the restoration.  Generally Barracudas of this model year came with either a slant 6 engine, 180 hp 273 cubic inch V8, or the Formula S with the high performance 235 hp 273 V8, heavy duty suspension, larger 14 inch wheels, and a tachometer. Like the Formula S, the Performance A Group had the high performance engine and heavy duty suspension, but lacked the larger wheels and tachometer. The V8 Commando badge shown in pictures is unique to this car. This Plymouth Barracuda appears to be original, however looks can be deceiving.  The engine was replaced with a custom balanced 324 cubic inch Mopar mill. The 273's closed chamber heads, manifold, rocker arms and carburetor were retained. Pistons and cam was supplied by Hughes Engine and it has a compression of 9.6 to 1, with a forged crank from a 1967 Fury.  Also installed were new ball joints, tie rods, KYB shocks and polygraphite bushings.  The original .86 inch diameter front anti-sway bar was replaced with one that is one inch diameter, and .75 inch diameter was installed in the rear.  It also has a 2 ¾ inch single exhaust with an Accelerator muffler. A custom rectangular stainless steel resonator was built patterned after the original.  The stock 13 inch by  4.5 inch wheels were replaced with 14 inch by 8 inch Modern wheels, mated to radial 205-60 H rated tires.  Additionally, the manual 24 to 1 ratio steering gear was modified to a 16 to 1 ratio. For sale is a 1974 Oldsmobile Omega located in our Indianapolis showroom. The Olds Omega shared the X-body platform with the Chevy Nova, but was a more dressed up version than the basic Chevy. The Omega featured a unique nose and tail design setting it apart from the Nova, as well as a classy wood grain dash in the interior. This particular Omega is not your run of the mill \'74 Omega and might be the nicest one out there. This Omega has gone through a 4 year long frame off restoration with the addition of some nice upgrades. With the body of the frame the frame was powder coated along with the cross members giving it a nice clean show appearance underneath. The body was then treated with a fresh custom blue base coat/ clear coat paint job with painted silver stripes laid on before the clear coat was applied. This 1974 Oldsmobile Omega is powered by its original, rebuilt 350 CID \"Olds Rocket\" V8 engine, backed by a 200-4R 4-speed automatic transmission, and running to a True Track Locking Differential with 3.73 gears. During the engine rebuild an Oldsmobile performance cam and pistons (Modelo W300 Kit) were put in along with a Holley Carburetor on top with an HEI distributor and ceramic coated exhaust manifolds with around 7,500 miles on the rebuild. The interior is also nicely done with a custom two-tone black and gray vinyl seat covers and door panels with a custom \"Omega\" script package tray. A few other nice upgrades include: Original bumpers re-chromed, Aluminum Crossflow Radiator, Anti-theft Kill Switch, trunk mounted Optima battery, and new Polyurethane bushings throughout. Finishing off the build are a set of chrome 17\" American Racing wheels on all four corners wrapped in 235/45ZR17 radials. For sale in our Orlando showroom 1950 Pontiac Chieftain Catalina. Pontiac%26acirc;??s lineup was restyled in 1949 by Herman Kaiser along Harley Earl%26acirc;??s guidelines. The cars featured a full-width body and curved two-piece windshield common to Cadillac and Oldsmobile. Two models were built, the Streamliner and Chieftain, and both rode on a 120-inch wheelbase. Both could also be ordered with either a 239-cid six-cylinder L-head engine that made 90 hp, or a 248-cid straight-eight mill that developed 104 hp. Transmissions were the Hydra-Matic automatic (78%) and three-speed manual The Chieftain was Pontiac%26acirc;??s upmarket model, replacing the 1948 Pontiac Torpedo, and it essentially offered more trim and an extra seating space for approximately $25 more than the Streamliner. Like the Streamliner, the Pontiac Chieftain could be ordered with DeLuxe trim, which added a full-length side spear and gravel guards to the rear fenders. Base Chieftains could be ordered as business coupes, two-door sedan coupes, and two- and four-door sedans. The DeLuxe Chieftains traded the utilitarian business coupe for a convertible. The 1950 Pontiac Chieftain changed little, excepting a new grille and the addition of a steel-bodied station wagon. Also new was the Catalina hardtop, which closely resembled the Chevrolet Bel Air of the same year. The 1951 model year saw the Chieftain line expand to include base, DeLuxe and Super DeLuxe trim in both six- and eight-cylinders (now producing 96 and 116 hp respectively), and the Catalina Hardtop was available in DeLuxe and Super DeLuxe trim. The Chieftain also could be ordered in business coupe and sedan coupe forms. This 1950 Pontiac Chieftain Catalina has 88,000 original mile and would be described as a beautiful survivor. 1950 was the first the Catalina was introduced and the first year for Pontiac 2 door hardtop. For sale in our Orlando showroom is a 1968 Shelby GT500KR. By 1968, the Ford Mustang had already become one of the most popular cars in the United States. Affordable and available in three different body styles and with a bevy of inline-six and V-8 engines, %26acirc;??s the pony was enjoying tremendous success. The arrival of the beefed-up Shelby Mustang and its many versions only made things better, but Ford and Carroll felt the pony could become even more impressive. Their dream came true in April 1968, when a brand-new version of the 428 Police Interceptor engine was fitted with improved-breathing heads and larger exhaust manifolds, giving birth to the 428 Cobra Jet. The mill quickly found its way into the Shelby GT500, which became the GT500 KR or \"King of the Road\". Officially rated at 335 horsepower, but actually powered by no less than 400 ponies and 440 pound-feet of torque, the King gained iconic status almost immediately. The moniker was discontinued for the 1969 model year a few months before Carroll Shelby terminated his agreement with Ford. The example available in our show room is a no expense spared concourse quality restoration that was just completed only a few months ago. This pony has its original numbers matching 428CJ engine and transmission. The options list for the GT500KR was not many but this particular model has all of the available options including the interior d%26Atilde;%26copy;cor group, sport deck rear seat, power steering, A/C, and Philco AM radio, and tilt steering. The attention to detail in this restoration is unparalleled even to the most discerning of Mustang aficionados. The next thing you need to know is that it shows just 38,532 original miles, and has been so meticulously maintained that even the A/C still blows cold. That's right, the two-tone colors that were all the rage in the early '80s included the code 33/38 Silver over Dark Blue combination shown here. It's even on the body tag. It's so rare that most sources don't even know how many were built. I suppose that's why it has enjoyed such an easy life and why its previous owners have maintained it to such a high level. It has all the styling upgrades that were added a few years earlier, but the two-tone paint seems to emphasize the long, low-wide stance particularly well. It also doesn't tolerate misaligned panels as well as the solid colors, so you'll be pleasantly surprised by how well this one fits together. There are minimal signs of use, but certainly nothing requiring attention-just keep it clean and shiny and enter it in some survivor-class judging. The blue leather interior is excellent condition and with just enough character to make it inviting. The seats are still comfortable and supportive, and the leather is supple without splits or tears, so you can enjoy without a second thought. As I said, the A/C is nice and cold thanks to an R134a refrigerant upgrade and in 1981 the flagship Corvette included just about every power accessory you could want, including power windows and locks, cruise control, a power driver's seat, and a tilt/telescope column with a leather-wrapped wheel. The T-tops seal up well and include locks and their own storage bags that fit under the hatch. That may even be the original AM/FM/cassette stereo still in the dash, a cutting-edge piece of entertainment equipment three decades ago (has it been that long already?). The carpets aren't faded, even in the rear hatch area, so it's pretty clear that this car has always been protected from the elements by conscientious owners. There were no optional engines in 1981, all Corvettes got a torquey L81 small block that was rated at 190 horsepower. A 4-barrel carb keeps it reliable and it's reassuring to know that this 350 is only just now getting broken in, despite three decades of use. It starts quickly and easily, runs beautifully, and has a fantastic V8 exhaust note that makes every drive an exciting one. It's almost all original under the hood, save for an upgraded coil and routine maintenance items, which is always a good sign on easily-modified high-performance cars. It's backed by a 3-speed automatic transmission with a lockup torque converter for improved efficiency and it's quite likely that's the original exhaust system hanging under there. Original chassis don't come much cleaner than this, and even the bright silver alloys show zero curb rash and wear 225/70/15 BFGoodrich T/A radials that fit right. For the Corvette fan who cherishes originality and the unusual, this C3 has a lot to offer that's beyond the run-of-the-mill 'Vette. Purchasing a vehicle without first having it checked out is just begging for trouble especially on E-bay where there are so many vendors around that are in it just to get your money. So it came as such a relief to us when we discovered just how honest and genuine you are. The car was exactly as you described in your listing even down to the smallest detail. In addition you certainly went the extra yard for us when we were faced with difficulties acquiring a trip permit to allow us to legally drive the car home. Cannot see anybody else doing what you did for us and not expect some sort of additional remuneration for doing so. I have to add that the drive home was so enjoyable and getting the car through both the American and Canadian customs was a breeze. ........ I will also add that driving the Jaguar super v8 will put a smile on your face that just won't go away. It is a car and a half. I could not believe the comfort, drivability, power and economy that I am getting out of my Jaguar. I had a friend come down with me to pick my car up and after driving my car for only two hours, he then started to work out who he could sell his present Jaguars too in order to get one like mine.
