I don't make exceptions for other licensed dealers. A dealer fee covers administrative papwerork and overnight postage as well as detailing fees for each vehicle. 3.5.2. Sales Tax. 3.5.2.1. Maryland Buyers. I am required to collect sales tax at the rate applicable in your county at the time of sale. 3.5.2.2. Out-of-State Buyers.
